Muramasa Blade: Isiah is the current owner of the blade, which he specially made Created by having his soul infused into the katana, the efficiency of a mutant healing factor is decreased dramatically if any one with a form of regen sustains injury from the Muramasa Blade. Anyone wounded with the blade, no matter how minor the injury, takes a long time to heal from it. It is extremely durable, and can cut through any substance. It cannot cut through psionic energy, or psinoic based shields.

Powers:
Isiah Peres can control some type of black electrical energy resembling a photographic negative. He uses this energy to change from Isiah Peres into Mister Negative, and can charge his dagger with it. He also has some undefined level of super strength.

As Isiah Peres, it has been implied that his touch will heal people, and he is even capable of curing Cancer.

However, as Mister Negative, his touch can change people an make them serve his interests. The people he changes also take on a photo-negative appearance and return once they have completed their task. He can even control people with abilities such as Telepathy, and Kinetic Energy Manipulation.

Bio:
Isiah Peres was born in Israel, and from a young age was thrust into the Christian religion, forming a close bond with his pastor, his parents were both murdered during a religious war. He was raised, and educated in the church, never straying far from it, due to the constant battle's sparked by the various religions. However as he was older he befriended a muslim named Abraham, and began to see how complex religion really was and began to loose his faith partially because of his abilities to see the pros and cons of situations. This ability made him very cautious, and is what allowed him to survive his harsh upbringing, and avoid death in the various faith based wars that sprung. He managed to complete his high school education, and get a passport to America. He moved to America, moving to Chicago because of the various movies that where there.

He went to college hoping to get a business degree, and began studying hard exposed to the college life. He became immersed in sin, and also saw discrimination of not only Muslims and other middle eastern citizens but of mutants. He was the butt of many jokes, but harnessing his power beyond seeing the good and bad of a situation he managed to deal with his antagonists. He got involved with the criminal business his power helping him build a criminal empire, it fell apart during a massive fire fight against the DEA aided by the SXM. He escaped the fallout, moving to New York, and getting involved with a chain restaurant business. Although successful it didn't fill his thirst for wealth, and he used the restaurant as a cover business, starting up his criminal empire to the point that it rivaled the likes of the legendary Kingpin.

After the Kingpin was put away, his empire only grew, competing with other crime lords in the underground to replace the criminal legend. He became an enemy of Spiderman, clashing with Dale Parker. He rose to greater heights during Dark Reign when Jorgan recruited him into the Dark Avengers and he helped make vigilante's out of several of his workers, and clashed with the SXM numerous times.
