Personality: Alex Banner is a very kind person and always willing to help his friends. He has an anger management problem and can get upset when people hurt Riya, his sister, or if he's in danger. He is overprotective of Riya, often driving her boyfriends away, due to his quick to judgment nature. He loves her, considering she's his only family. He is very respectful of others families, and is motivated by his suffering.
He wants to prevent others from suffering, while at the same time keeping control of his abilities. He fights for what he believes in, and often struggles to keep his temper in check.

Skills: He is a genius and is capable of hacking into any system or building high-tech equipment in minutes. He can speak a variety of languages, and is capable of learning anything very quickly. He can solve puzzle's, and such without effort. He is a master of martial arts, and armed combat. He's skilled with bladed weaponry as well, making him one of the most dangerous combatants on the planet, even without his Hulk form.

Powers:
Alex is one of the strongest beings on the planet. As his rage increases, so does his strength

-Hulk Transformation: When angry or in danger he is able to transform into the incredible a large green muscular being with superhuman strength and invulnerability. He continues to get stronger the longer he remains as Hulk and looses all control. He can clap his hands together to release destructive sonic claps. In the Hulk State he has Rapid Cell Regeneration although it is not as instant as the others and if he is fully destroyed he cannot regenerate.

His stamina is increased so he can fight for weeks on end and can move at unnatural speeds. He is immune to telepathic control  and immune to disease. He has superhuman leaping and lung adaption. He can absorb gamma radiation  or other forms of energy. He can absorb and release it.

-Savage Hulk Form: He is nigh invulnerable, and can even survive the heat of the sun. His strength rapidly grows, and he fights like a wild animal.

-Guilt Hulk Form: This Hulk is less muscular, has radioactive gamma spikes, claws, and a tail. He is taller then Savage Hulk, and has superhuman speed. He can move near the speed of light with a mere thought, and slash through the skin of an Asgardian god. This form can also emit gamma radiation powered acid breath, that can break through  through extremely durable energy shields.

-Green Scar Form: The Hulk of World War Hulk is a cunning and more powerful version than the previous incarnations, for he is the insanely enraged version of the "Gravage Hulk". His rage is at its most focused, due to meditation training. This incarnation has extremely high durability. He has had training in combat arms, including broadswords, spears, and battle shields, and is a capable leader and strategist.
Another source of the Green Scar's strength in comparison to other versions was his lack of inner conflict, if not alliance, with Alex. He can lift well over 100 tons in a functionally calm emotional state.

Bio: Alex Banner is a descendant of Bruce Banner and was born in a big family  and was had a mutation that could not be unlocked. His family lived in America but later the Agency came knowing the Banners could gain Hulk like powers and used Gamma radiation bombs to kill them all. Only Alex and his sister survived. He became the Hulk and went on a rampage in the city murdering all the attacks and Riya stopped them. Later the Agency captured him and Riya but they were freed and Riya got them away before Alex could transform.

Later when the Government went after them a man named Sindus rescued them and they were taken to his island  but both captured to be experimented on. Alex was freed and transformed into Hulk tearing the island up until Riya camled him down. He joined the group and had trouble with his transformations helping the group and later asking for training. When the SXM was started and they went to Asgard he trained with Fawkes during his time there.

He became a major member of the SXM when they returned to earth and joined Shawkun's tournament.  He battled against James and with mental assistance from
Milo he won. He later helped fight Milo when he lost control after Nate's soul was taken. He than fought Shin beating him promising the SXM would save Tanya and came and lied saying he killed Shin. He than fought Velon and was defeated. He was later possessed by a Symbiote during the invasion and fought with his sister and later William took him down and Dave took him to the base where he was studied and cured of his symbiote. After the fight he decided  they should start an X-Force like group to dispatch criminals permanently. Later when he went out to eat with his friends Samuel came and took his soul. The others rescued him and he blamed himself when  several mutants popped up.

He later helped Milo make a machine for German to suppress the powers of others aside from on Genosha and used German's blood to create a formula to rid mutants of powers. He also helped kill mutants in X-force and was a target of the Controller.  He was able to help out in the demonic invasion. He was later taken over by Controller and battled Milo, Fawkes, Keeth, and Keel.  He was defeated by Fawkes who used the gamma cannon and was put in a cell. He was released later after the fight against Controller's minions was over. He participated in the Secret Wars becoming Savage Hulk and when controlled by Controller wiped out various SXM members. He was later defeated and infected Riya giving her She-Hulk powers

He later joined the Government after signing the Superhero Registration Act and met up with Aaron and Ezekiel wanting their help to develop a cure for his Hulk powers and they decided to help Sindus with the Legacy Virus. He built weapons for the government  and helped fight his former comrades. He had Riya captured and experimented on. He gained a cure for his powers gaining Hulk like abilities in human form, but after the Civil War, he regained his old powers via ability super-charging to help stop MRD.

He took down various Sentinels during the invasion, and became an ally to the SXM once-more. He decided to become a full time member of the X-Force, utilizing his skills to provide the killing force with advanced weaponry. During the new hope arc, he helped the SXM battle Namini, but was killed, and later revived. During the Olmypian invasion he became an active combatant, and helped Milo defeat Typhoon.

When Riya was kidnapped he teamed up with Keeth to travel to Sundan to start his search for her. He learned of the African Kony who was kidnapping mutant children, and forming them into an army. He assisted in the fight against Kony, but learned Riya was not there.

He met TOAA Learning he would reunite with Riya, and upon retuning to Genosha he did just that. He located the others in Russia after viewing her memories, and teamed up with Dracarot to rescue them. After this he trained intensely mastering the Green Scar form, and helping out during Bernard's initial attack. The next day he helped combat the hunters, proving very successful, and even helping defend DC by himself. He teamed up with the X-Force, and five months later he joined Illuminati. He designed teleportation devices for the X-Force, and supported Fawkes idea to turn X-Force into the group's personal elimination squad.

He assisted with the X-Force's first assignation mission taking down Afansas the Russian who ran the Red Room in Russia, he came as a back-up, helping rescue the X-Force members he captured. He got Riya an apartment in Manhattan, taking a great interest in Terrel whom he wanted to join the X-Force. After he was imprisoned, he let Riya, and him move into his shack, while he decided to try and hack into the Omega Machine.
