 NPC/Guest Character Thread

This is for all the guest characters, your NPC's just people you don't use often or don't intend to make into a main character. Just post their picture, Name, Alias, and a summary of them, as well as a brief description of other important info( Powers, relationship, ect)

Danny Ventro

Danny Christopher Ventro was born to Gwendolyn "Gwen" Kent & Milo Ventro, when both were in their early twenties. Gwen was studying to be a psychologist & his father a police officer. However at the time she had been in a two year long relationship with another therapist in training Nikolai Ramsey. So when he was born Gwen pretended it was Nikolai's child & so began Danny's happy upbringing until he was four & Nikolai abandoned them finding out it wasn't his child. He was raised up struggling his mother a single parent often having to spend time away counseling people on their own problems. He mostly raised himself however his mother's wine cabinet began to assist that development by the time he got into middle school. However things didn't began to change until he began manifesting his powers.

Empathic Power Randomization which meant he could manifest different abilities based on his mood swings at the time, which was troublesome for an angst ridden teenager. He manifested his powers at 15 when he was jumped his power of fear granting him superhuman speed. His power manifested at random times through out his teenager years and he didn't began to hone them until he ran away from home during HAMMER's persecution of mutants, but he began to hone his abilities. After Jorgan's reign of terror was over he returned to his mom finding her near suicidal thinking he was dead, and did his best to mend their relationship, even helping her get into the business of helping mutants with problems. However his life was impacted the most when he discovered his father was his favorite superhero in the world. He coerced his father to donate his mother millions of dollars allowing her an early retirement, while he went to Genosha to live with Milo to master his abilities, and become a great super hero like his father.

Henry/ Magic Guy/ Warlock/ ????

Skills: Master Sword Fighter, HTH, small arms weaponry (prefers not to use them, Fishing, sculptor, espionage, and magic.

Powers: Henry isn't the sort of mage who feels the need to enhance himself too much. Magic has its limit and he decided on very few things to actually focus his power on.

Regeneration- Heals faster than any human and has a pretty high tolerance for pain.

Illusion Magic- He can make himself, objects, and others invisible for a short period of time. It can be used to easily deceive his foes.

This type of magic can cast illusions upon people and machines. Strong telepaths can resist or even simply be immune to these effects, but due to their nature it could fool even very powerful telepaths briefly. Machines take a bit of extra work to fool and instead of fooling their eyes he needs to go inside of them and affect their hardware.

Teleportation- He can move through space almost instantaneously. It takes a lot of power and focus for teleportation, but it isn't impossible. So far his limit is planetary.

Hex Magic- There are witches out there who kill in very gruesome ways using Hex Bags. Henry generally likes to have a little fun with those things. While putting a bunch of knives into someone's body doesn't sound bad, he generally goes for drugging people, Food poisoning, diseases, and any number of things that won't actually kill, but seriously inconvenience someone. Technically he could put chemicals into people or if he really is feeling nasty small explosives.

Healing Magic- Can heal wounds, regrow limbs and even bring someone from the brink of death, but that much power requires some other life he can take it from.

Enchantment: The power that he uses to give him immortality is the same power he uses to improve his items. Henry can make his suit resistant to physical or energy attacks, but not immune. His sword's blade would be enchanted so that only someone of his blood and magical ability can wield it. Also the wielder can use it at speeds only bullet timers can register. It is very durable and sharp enough to cut through tank armor. The weird thing is that he doesn't carry it around with him a lot. His weapons are usually more decoration.

He needs souls for enchantment and can enchant weapons with the ability to take someone's soul when they die. Henry can then use it to give mundane items supernatural capabilities. For instance his rapier has an array of abilities that can enhance the user's own physical abilities.

The soul isn't unlimited in its potential. The amount of souls and how powerful they are matters significantly.

Goals:
- He wants to create a weapon powerful enough to challenge a God.
- Die only on his terms

Bio:

Henry has see the rise of his beloved Venice and its eventual downfall to Napolean Bonaparte. Crusades and plagues have passed him by leaving only misery in its wake. The magnificence of the Vatican and the almost equally magnificent yet terrifying force of the Mongols.

His magic has seen him through centuries of a life he wouldn't dare trade for anything. When he was first given the knowledge of this he was just a fisherman who lost his family. A witch saw potential in him and offered him a choice of rather or not to fight off the evil of death or join his family after a misterable existence alone. Henry was then a angry vengeful man. he could in no way get his revenge, but he also felt that dying of old age and being forced to be judged by whatever decided to curse his family with the plague was just as bad.

Henry was very angry, but also foolish and didn't know the cost of this new life. The witch taught him everything she knew, but was getting tired of life herself. Whether this was her curse to pass on or a gift was hard to say and Henry now can't even decide, but he doesn't feel like giving up on life just yet.

Through the ages he enjoyed his power and fought for Doges, Kings, and even some fun Pirates. His magic was more insidious in ability. He could hide himself and others. Protect one from harm when it seemed like the wind moved the arrow slightly to the left. Even finding people and tricking man's machines was becoming more and more fun.

These days he is a man without a specific profession. Sure he uses magic, but why do it exactly? Fun, profit, or just boredom? Even he feels like he is just a whim away from becoming a villain. Hey that just might be pretty fun.

Samuel Smalls MRD Field Agent

Skills:

Weapons- Mostly used to using firearms such as pistols, assault rifles and shotguns.

HTH- Learned through experience how to fight unarmed. He Is trained at disarming people of weapons and dealing with mutants in close quarters. Samuel is also a Tae Kwon Do second degree black belt.

Commander- He has been recently thrusted into the role of commanding people. While not the best he can adapt to situations as presented. It makes him good for combatting mutants who can change the battlefield.

Cooking- He is a great cook.

Yoga- Ten years of yoga makes him very flexible and fit.

Bio:

he grew up into a lower middle class home. He had a mother as his only parent and neighborhood friends as the closest thing he had to siblings. They generally struggled to actually live in a nice neighborhood instead of the Chicago ghettos, but they made it. Samuel went to a good University and straight into law enforcement.

Samuel went through the FBI Academy and was sent into FBI national security as a special agent. His work in the FBI was beginning to crossover with mutant crimes. National Security and Mutant based crimes were very closely connected and he was involved in them quite often. He barely survived investigating dangerous mutants. Apprehending suspects or following there trail ended in fighting someone who can fling fireballs at you.

Eventually his successes were gaining the right attention. Like many other Federal agents he was sent into MRD, but instead of a grunt he was leading his own unit. He figured they were desperate for men with serious experience against superhumans. Smalls didn't think he was the best for the job, but knew that the safety of his men would be in his hands. It was a lot to take in and it made him far more cautious than usual.

His first job was a minor success. No one was KIA, but he had a taste at how powerful mutants really could be.

Dawn Harrison

Species: Mutant

Skills: Dawn is a very talented in public relations and crisis management. She's very skilled at public speaking, and is extremely persuasive. She's very knowledgable about politics and is an extremely capable of leader. She's good at thinking under pressure about solutions and makes realistic choices:

Power: Reality Perception
She can perceive the whole truth no matter how hidden it is. She will automatically know if someone is lying and can sense the entire truth. She is immune to illusions and trickery from various powers including telepathy, mental manipulation, and even Illusion Manipulation. She can even use her power to produce answers to questions she asks out-loud.  She can see through the layers of people's emotions and see how there really feeling. She is also capable of seeing a person' true form including those who have shape shifted and can sense changes in the time line or reality.  Her power can allow people to see the truth about situations such  if someone is an abusive relationship see the significant other doesn't really care about them, or cause someone in denial to accept the truth about what there going through. Most importantly she is capable of seeing the truth of someone's intentions and if someone is good or bad.

As a side effect of her power she is immune to the effects of reality manipulation, although it's unknown if her power is resistant to magical induced reality manipulation.

History: Dawn was born into a strict family, her father was a government agent, and her mother worked in politics while her uncle was a US Senator with several connections.  She was unlike her brother not a wild card, and grew up a perfect honor student who never really did much wrong. She was the perfect child for her parents, and always wanted to be. Her power begin manifesting in her later years of high school when she began to always know when people were lying, and decided to pursue a career in law. She went to college, and did well before leaving to pursue a career in law. She ended up going into public relations which is what her mother was working until she was killed by some of her father's enemies. She ended up trying to go into the CIA like her brother, but wasn't cut for the work. She ended up going into public relations trying to work with politicians, but ended up seeing the situation with mutants as more important. She ended up opening up a crisis management firm in D.C to help deal with various crisis's taking place.
