He is not evil or good, and imply believes in doing a good job and keeping his family safe. He does have a code of conduct as a mercenary (and later hero) which he follows.

Powers:
Metal manipulation: Metallic can create and manipulate metal to a massive extent, ranging from solid to liquid, all the while maintaining the base temperature. His control is so extensive and vast he can cover an entire city with his powers, as demonstrated in his creation of the Shining City.
He most often uses his power in the form of a liquid metal coating to capture his foes without struggle. However, given the ease with which he creates metal, he could easily rain down death on his opponents in the form of projectiles or attack them from bellow with emerging spikes. The only limit to his manipulation is his imagination.
-Metal Form: Metallic can turn his body in metal, both liquid and solid, and manipulate his body to form weapons or to coat his opponents. He normally uses this form to disappear into the battlefields he creates and launch surprise attacks on opponents.
In his metal form, if hardened, he can lift well in excess of 70 tons, comparable to Luke's steel muscle form. However, he can supplement his form and grow in size, thus increasing his powers beyond these levels. His endurance is also increased, to the point he can survive any level of physical attacks.
He can also survive long periods of time without sustenance such as air, water or food.

Bio: Metallic appeared in the rp as Tesla's partner and James strongest fighter.  He captured many mutants with his tricks including Katy, Sandra, and Milo, trapping them in a computer generated world.  He stayed with Tesla and took leadership of the group the two formed after James defeat.  They got imprisoned in the mutant prison and was released to fight Dark Phoenix Sandra.  They stuck mainly to themselves afterward until later joining the SXM.   Metallic had his group assist the SXM and later became a group leader when SXM was split into teams.

Trivia
-A running joke about him is that his name was never revealed, and just as it seemed like it would circumstances would prevent it from happening. When he saved his family and brought them to Genosha he finally agreed to reveal his name.
