I'm just your friendly neighborhood Spiderman
-Dale Parker

Species: Magically Enhanced Human
Race: Caucasian
Personality: Dale is a kind and caring soul who is a very simplistic person. He is very proud to be in the Spider-clan and loves his powers. He enjoys using them to help others and is against using them for personal gain. He is against killing and thinks superheroes should not take the laws into their own hands. He is a great hero and while he loves working solo he has no problems working with others as well.
He is very protective of his sister Amber and his other friends. He is a carefree jokester and that makes him good friends with Milo and Harry. He enjoys having attention and being in the public eye, although he wants to have a dual life. He thinks his magical powers are dangerous and will not use them unless he has to.

Skills: He is a very smart person and good in science although not superhuman. He is a science major and skilled acrobatic. He is a good acrobat and fighter.

Weapons:

Powers:
Dale wields the powers of Spider-clan members, which grants him a number of abilities with a spider theme. His powers seem to have developed to a much greater degree, perhaps a result of his constant use. He used to be the Sorcerer Supreme.

-Wall-Crawling: Dale as the ability to mentally control the flux of inter-atomic attraction (electrostatic force) between molecular boundary layers. This overcomes the outer electron shell's normal behavior of mutual repulsion with other outer electron shells and permits the tremendous potential for electron attraction to prevail. This ability to affect the attraction between surfaces is so far limited to Dale's body (especially concentrated in his hands and feet) and another object, with an upper limit of several tons per finger.

-Biological/Organic Webbing Generation: Dale has the ability to organically produce his own silk webbing from glands within his forearms, limited by his body's health and nutrition. These organic webs required a week to decay. The silk is released through a spinneret near each wrist containing a central web spigot orifice used for web-slinging and drag lines, supplemented by several radial minor spigots for other types of webs connected to specialized glands.
Dale normally uses this webbing to swing around the streets of New York in fast manner, and can use them to trap opponents or bind their movements

-Superhuman Strength: Spider-Man possesses superhuman strength enabling him to press lift much above his own weight. He must also pull his punches and kicks unless fighting someone of similar or greater physical durability. Otherwise, his blows would prove fatal to a normal human being. Spider-Man's physical strength also extends into his legs, enabling him to jump to a height of several stories

-Superhuman Speed: Spider-Man is capable of running and moving at speeds that are beyond the natural physical limits of the finest human athlete. Spider-Man has showed to be fast enough to catch up to an accelerating car while on foot, but prefers to travel by webs.

-Superhuman Stamina: Spider-Man's advanced musculature produces less fatigue toxins during physical activity than an ordinary human. This allows him to exert himself physically for much longer periods of time before fatigue begins to impair him. At his peak, Spider-Man can physically exert himself at his peak capacity for several hours before the build up of fatigue toxins in his blood begins to impair him.

-Superhuman Durability: Spider-Man's body is physically tougher and more resistant to some types of injury than the body of a normal human. His body is more resistant to impact forces than anything else. He can withstand great impacts, such as falling from a height of several stories or being struck by an opponent with super strength, that would severely injure or kill a normal human with little to no discomfort.

-Superhuman Agility: Spider-Man's agility, balance, and bodily coordination are all enhanced to levels that are beyond the natural physical limits of the finest human athlete. Spider-Man is extraordinarily limber and his tendons and connective tissues are twice as elastic as the average human being's, despite their enhanced strength. He has the combined agility and acrobatic prowess of the most accomplished circus aerialists and acrobats. He can also perform any complicated sequence of gymnastic stunts such as flips, rolls, and springs. He can easily match or top any Olympic record at gymnastics apparatus such as flying rings, climbing ropes, horizontal bars, trampolines.

-Superhuman Equilibrium: Spider-Man possesses the ability to achieve a state of perfect equilibrium in any position imaginable. He seems able to adjust his position by instinct, which enables him to balance himself on virtually any object, no matter how small or narrow.

-Superhuman Reflexes: Spider-Man's reflexes are similarly enhanced. In combination with his spider-sense, the speed of his reflexes allows him to dodge almost any attack, or even gunfire, if he is far enough away. Spider-Man has even been shown in some cases, to be able to dodge gunfire using just his reflexes without his Spider-Sense.

-Regenerative Healing Factor: Spider-Man has a limited healing factor; while not on Wolverine's level, it is sufficiently powerful enough to recover from severe injuries from broken bones and large amounts of tissue damage in a matter of hours. His accelerated metabolism increases his tolerance to drugs, meaning a larger dose is needed to cause the usual effect, and he can recover from the effects rapidly. His resistance to other toxins varies, but is typically significantly higher than normal. Although he is still affected by disease and infection, his recovery time is typically shorter than that of an ordinary human.

-Spider-Sense: Spider-Man possesses an extrasensory "danger" or "spider" sense which warns him of potential immediate danger by the manifestation of a tingling sensation in the back of his skull, and links with his superhuman kinesthetics, enabling him to evade most any injuries, unless he cognitively overrides his automatic reflexes. The precise nature of this sense is unknown. It appears to be a simultaneous clairvoyant response to a wide variety of phenomena (everything from falling safes to speeding bullets to thrown punches), which has given several hundredths of a second warning, which is sufficient time for his reflexes to allow him to avoid injury. The sense also can create a general response on the order of several minutes: he cannot discern the nature of the threat by the sensation. He can, however, discern the severity of the danger by the strength of his response to it. Spider-Man's spider-sense is directional and can guide him to or away from hidden weapons and enemies.
Sudden and extreme threats can cause his spider-sense to react with painful intensity. Spider-Man can also sense and dodge attacks directed randomly or by a computer. Using his spider-sense to time his enhanced reflexes, Spider-Man can casually dodge attacks up to and including automatic-weapons fire, provided there is sufficient distance. His spider-sense is sufficiently well-linked to his reflexes to the point that a threat can trigger them even when Spider-Man is asleep or stunned. His spider-sense has helped him preserve his secret identity since it alerts him to observers or cameras when changing into or out of his costume. The spider-sense does react to those who Dale does not consider to be a threat. Spider-Man can choose to ignore his spider-sense, and distraction or fatigue diminish its effectiveness. Spider-Man's fighting style incorporates the advantage that his "spider-sense" provides him. His body begins to produce more adrenaline after the sense is triggered, an extension of the 'fight or flight syndrome'.

-Magic: Dale used to be the Sorcerer Supreme of Earth, and wield magic to a great extent. He's lost this title, but can still use magic to some effects

Bio: Dale was born and raised in New York City with his parents and sister Amber. The Spider Clan had been dispersed after an incident that led to a war with the Slayers, and the majority had fled to New York as Peter Parker had lived there. Being raised Dale become somewhat of a nerd becoming a fan of anime, manga, and comics however as a twist he also had somewhat of an interest in football but no talent to play. Being raised in a fairly poor family, as his parents were for all purposes and intents immigrants they struggled. Dale made few friends growing up but developed a close bond with his sister Amber. Often growing up some strange incidents would happen some that benefited him and others that didn't as a result of the immense magical energies he wielded. He was raised a humantarian wanting to help people and speak up for the rights of minority groups. He also had an interest in science wanting to better the world, and got a job working at his father's store. When the family made more money they moved to an apartment in Brooklyn, and he was able to get a better education hoping to get involved with Medical Science.

However around high school his life changed forever, when he manifested his spider like abilities after being bitten by a spider some bullies had placed on him. He manifested his spider sense for the first time, and managed to overpower the bullies in a fight. He broke one of the bullies arms forcing his family to own up to an expensive medical bill, and Dale wanted to help them out feeling ashamed. Manifesting other spider like abilities he was overwhelmed and learned his sister Amber had similar abilities. Wanting to make a career out of his abilities instead of dealing with the sciences he got involved with football hoping to get a scholarship and eventually become a superstar in the NFL. His whole high school experience changed when football started, and he quickly gained control of his abilities far quicker then Amber due to his own untapped magical potential. He also became close friends with his coach Abdul Malik, a refugee from Iran who became a family friend, after Dale helped defend his family from some racists during a fight at his bar he ran as a side job. That year their parents were murdered in a shooting and his uncle Craig met up with them at the funeral.

He and his sister learned about the spider clan and Dale decided to abandon his abilities learning they lead to the family gaining attention from the Slayers, the group that claimed to murder Spiderman and wanted to end his people. He met with the rest of his family learning more about their origins, and somewhat of his other magical abilities but not much. After living with them he returned to Manhattan with his sister living with Malik after his own wife had divorced him and taken their children after he had began developing doubts on Islam. This also influenced Dale's growing agnosticism and he completed high school with honors. Not wanting to abandon his sister he remained in Manhattan and went to college at New York University hoping to pursue his original interests in sciences his long absence having made it unable for him to get a sports scholarship.

Their uncle came to them and told them they were part of the Spider-clan and went to visit the rest of their strange family. Dale and Amber lived their mastering their powers. They returned to New York and Dale was trying to get a job as a Scientist while working part time as a cop at Milo's station. He often fought Velon's gang many times and after failing to catch Velon was fired. Yamairo and Milo found them and they joined the SXM to help stop the Symbiote invasion.

The SXM helped him get a job as a scientist and Amber's job at the hair salon back. He later unlocked his Sorceror Supreme powers and helped Milo save Genosha from the Blackheart-clones. After that attack, he helped Amber fight off Tanya, and Shin, when Controller had them under his control.
During the Secrete Wars, he'd returned to his job researching about the Spider Clan's abilities, when he was forced to help the SXM fight.

Finally during the Civil War, he joined the Anti Registration side. The Government attempted to turn him into a public enemy, and he helped the X-force fight. He battled Sentinels, Demons, and Government agents. He returned to his job as a police officer.

During the era of the Terror Squad, Jorgan and several of his enemies teamed up and attacked in NYC. He got help from some SXM members, such as Dave, to help him fight his army of villains.
During the Legacy Arc, he fought off the attacking Legacy mutants in NYC. He began to regain public support, and during the New Hope arc, he helped fight in the Sentinel Invasion.

He resumed solo work in New York City, becoming the most famous hero there. He met the female assassin Natasha, and began to bond with her. He also clashed with Deadpool, learning more about the Kingpin, and he even came into combat with Jorgan Osborn, and Rhino a criminal bonded with animal DNA but Oscorp's newest invention. With help he figured out Howard Hawkin's identity, and teamed up with SXM members Anna, and Alisa to take him down. With Howard taken down, he managed to interrogate Rhino, and came into constant conflict with Oscorp, and The Cyber Goblin, struggling to maintain balance in his life.

During the Predator Invasion, he helped get civilians away from the attacking aliens. He helped Alex,Filipe, Harry, Zach, and others defend NYC from the Predators. Once again he ended up teaming up with Chulance, Zach, Blot, and the other mutants that came to help defend New York during the Hunters invasion. He helped rescue, and evacuate people, and five months later he decided to join the Avengers to make a bigger impact in the world. However eventually his time as a member of the Avengers came to an end as he was brutally murdered by Terrell. He was later revived and found in captivity of Kraven the hunter along with other super humans with animal like abilities. With help from Keeth, and a less powerful Terrell he was liberated from the hunter, as well as the other prisoners. He resumed work as a police officer still dealing with shock from his death, and time in captivity.

So much so he didn't join Oliver's new avengers instead wanting to be a civilian, and was more distraught upon finding out Michael left to be apart of what he considered "Space Avengers." He tried to make a move on Lucy with Michael in the Nova Corps to no avail, and stuck to his on/off relationship with Natasha. He resumed being Spiderman and joined the SXML helping Keeth sub due Kosmos. After that he took a leave of absence to work with the GRA for a time, embracing his supernatural abilities again. After honing time he returned to the League while working part time as a solo hero in New York for nostalgic purposes and to focus on street crime which often got ignored by being apart of large super hero groups.

Trivia:
-He's wearing the Original Spiderman costume Peter Parker wore.
-He enjoys reading comics, his favorite being Spiderman comics.
-Despite being one of the most influential, his abilities are quite weak in comparison to other members of the SXM, Avengers ect.
-He is in love with Lucy, and Natasha.
