-Superhuman Speed: Theo can run and move at speeds that are slightly beyond the natural physical limits of the finest human athlete. He can run at speeds up to 40 miles an hour over short distances, particularly if he runs on all fours.

-Superhuman Stamina: Blue possesses highly advanced musculature produces less fatigue toxins during physical activity than that of an ordinary human. He can exert himself at peak capacity for several hours before the build up of fatigue toxins in his blood begins to impair him.

-Superhuman Durability: Blue's bodily tissues are harder and more resistant to certain types of injuries than the bodies of normal humans. His physiology can withstand great impact forces, though he can be injured by many types of conventional weapons such as standard firearms and bladed weapons. However, he can withstand physical impacts, such as falling from several stories or being physically struck by many super-humanly strong beings that would either severely injure or kill a normal human with little to no discomfort.

Bio:
Theodore was born to a middle class family in Washington, his father being an agent for the FBI and his mother a renowned forensic anthropologist. Since birth, he showed signs of mutation, unusual reflexes, nocturnal and strange cat slit eyes. He had a rough albeit mostly normal childhood due to his strange gifts. He was fascinated by the occult and paranormal fiction.

Naturally attracted to intellectual pursuits despite his extremely rare physical capabilities, he enrolled in MIT and began working in the fields of electronics and engineering. He graduated with excellent grades and before settling down decided to take a trip around the globe. During his travels, he came upon a strange ritual in the outskirts of Moscow, coming face to face with an attempt at a demon summoning. Being detained and nearly killed by the fanatics, he escaped thanks to his mutation, and traveled back to the states. However, upon arriving he discovered both his parents had been tracked down and kidnapped by the demon summoners. He was at a loss of who to turn too, when the PDF contacted him and request he help track them down, as well as testify against them

During the rescue, he met Red for the first time. The two worked together to save his parents, but it was already too late. The fanatics had used them as "sacrifices" in their deluded attempt to summon the devil. Upon seeing his parents bodies, his mutation suddenly accelerated and he became a cat like creature. He tracked down every single person that attempt to escape and would have killed them in blind fury if not for Red and the rest of the PDF.

Since then, he refused to lose control of himself like that again, and joined the PDF to help work with paranormal threats around the country
