Her life as a child was filled with mostly pain and fighting. Parents treated her more like a tool than a child and she was taught to see others as animals to be slaughtered. There was little no real way she could grow up normal in that environment so she developed a personality to keep herself alive.
When she was adopted into the Assassins order there was some change. Mostly she was very capable of acting as if she was normal and can even charm others if she needed to. Of course some of the Assassins could tell what sort of person she really was, and were actually curious where her real loyalties lied. Alisa has learned from many different swordsman and fighters. She is more than capable of using most blades with ruthless efficiency and slicing up her opponents with ease.
Saboteur- Extremely capable at stealth and sabotaging the enemy whether it be a gang or an entire army Alisa can disable them. Explosives, stealth, hacking, and even assassination are all tools under her belt she can use.
Acrobatic- Like many Assassins her physical abilities are above any average human. Alisa could even participate in the olympics and win pretty easily. She can almost any obstacle and has practiced parkour and free running.
Magical Knowledge- As part of the deal with the entity Alisa was given the knowledge of most forms of magic. Mostly taken from her own family and uploaded into her brain she knows how to fight a magus effectively. However, her ability to use magic is very limited to simple spells.
Weapons: Wooden Sword- Japanese wooden sword often surrounded by a field of pure energy as a lethal weapon.

This power was given to her by an extra dimensional being that claimed to be a God. Her family made a deal with this creature for the power to destroy their enemies and claim the true magic. Of course they had to first sacrifice their children for it. Alisa was a sacrifice and was given many abilities. When transformed her reflexes has increased significantly. She can cut a travelling bullet in a 100 pieces before it even moves. Her speed has increased beyond peak human allowing her to run up to 500 kph. Increased levels of strength to superhuman. Able to lift up to 30 tons. Capable of electocuting her opponents with physical strikes.
This ability doesn't last forever it is only temporary. Alisa has no choice but to rely on it for 10 minutes and even then she doesn't always prefer to use it. Being an Assassin to her means being stealthy and that ability is usually used as a last resort.
Weapon Energizing- A mutant power that is capable of making a field of energy around any object. A sword can essentially be turned into a lightsaber capable of burning through most obstacles or people. Even mundane objects like a pen can be used to melt through the armor of a tank.
Bio: They altered a human being, down to the marrow in their bones, instilling in them the skills and techniques of battle, changing their body into a weapon in and of itself. However, it was not just physical strength that the words imparted. The person's entire body—their psychology and physiology—was re-optimized for the sake of combat. Their breathing, their heartbeat, their thoughts, all existed only for fighting—they were no longer a human being. There was no doubt that afterwards they were nothing more than a weapon taking the shape of a person. Everything they were, everything they had, was aligned to one end—a tool with but a single purpose.
Alisa came from an old family of mages who sought to create the perfect warrior to access the root by destroying the competition and taking their knowledge. Alisa was the result.
