Personality: Joseph is a obsessive stalker living in his own reality.   He seen Sandra when his family moved into her town while he was younger.     Despite Sandra showing no interest in him, to Joseph Sandra belongs to him.     When faced with rejection Joseph sought to punish Sandra, not though physical harm but instead ridicule and humiliation.    Using this he sought to bend Sandra to his will.

Bio: Sandra was a victim of this man before joining Genosha High.   Joseph had stalked Sandra, captured nude photos of her and under threat of exposure, used them to have Sandra do favors.   Little of this story was ever mentioned, Tanesha and her sister are the only two that heard what little Sandra has said on this subject.

As for Joseph himself, upon learning what Joseph had been doing to Sandra, Dave stepped in and chased Joseph out of town.    This let Sandra finally report to her father what Joseph had done.    Sandra's father then promptly contacted the authorities who sent a special mutant task force to hunt and arrest Joseph.     Still young and inexperienced Joseph was found and arrested quickly enough.    

Sandra was able to live the rest of her pre-teen/young adult life in peace before eventually moving from home after being accepted into Genosha.    Joseph spent those same years in a special mutant rehabilitation center.      His sentence has recently come to a end setting Joseph free upon the world once more.
