Personality: Ryan is very reclusive and will rarely ever show himself in public or talk to people directly. Only his second in command Jet gets to see see Ryan regularly face to face. Ryan uses Jet as a go between, taking him with greeting most people in person and using him to send commands to the troops.

Joking aside Ryan's Pocket Sand is in reality more of a sleeping power, magically enhanced it'll work on most beings. Once tossed or blown into a persons eyes it'll quickly put said victim into a deep sleep. Not much use against fighting a group, but works wonders in a one on one situation.
Powers: Dream Manipulation - Ryan can infiltrate and manipulate peoples thoughts, but unlike a ordinary telepath that force their way into another mind, Ryan sneaks in though a persons subconscious, but a person who's knocked out can also work. As long as he's not detected and forced out, it's believed this backdoor way of invading ones mind can also let him bypass a telepathic's defense. He could possibly manipulate the likes of Sandra or other telepathics this way. If not careful though he will awaken a telepathic, and if awakened they can easily overpower Ryan and force him out of their heads, possibly even being able to track him back. So while feasible, trying to manipulate a telepathic is sort of a high risk, high reward gamble. But with careful enough probing, it is a possibility.
Bio: Due to Ryan not interacting with anyone outside a select few, his past is largely in the dark. What we do know is at some point Ryan was recruited to Genosha by a man calling himself Shawkun. At some point Ryan tried to invade the mind of the schools head, while motives are unknown about what he hoped to gain, it now does not matter. One tiny slip was all that was needed and Ms. Goodmen caught the intrusion on her mind, quickly flipping the script and putting Ryan under her control instead.
