Who'd win in a fight?
Conditions -Niko gets his regular arsenal, guns, grenades, no RPG. -Punisher gets his on hand arsenal guns, armor -Set in Liberty City. -Punisher gets 1 hour prep. -Neither of them have snipers.

Punisher. You gave him prep time and in the comics he has dealt with worse guys than Niko.
Now if its The Boss from Saints Row Punisher would get his ass kicked.
