Personality: Jorgan is ruthless when it comes to business, and ripping people off. He is ruthless when it comes to anyone in his way, and will do whatever it takes to get what he wants. He is very intelligent, and a master-mind when it comes to strategies. He is the exact opposite of the word impulsive, always having some sort of plan thought out before performing most actions. He hates to be disappointed and one who also has very strict punishments. He always follows the rules he set's up, and will dispose of those who disobey his rules.
He is very cunning, and devious. He enjoys working his way through others, and naturally manipulating situations into his advantage. He believes in "Survival of the Fittest" and never depends on others. However over time he's changed, struggling with dealing with the Goblin Persona, and the sins he's committed, he became an ally of SHIELD, and other Government forces, while the Goblin drove him to kill, destroy, and dominate. He drove into alcoholism to suppress his secondary personality, and entered politics to make a difference, with some super powered interference, he managed to become the President of the United States, and adopted a girl named Carmen who initially only wanted to use for her ability, but formed a strong bond with her.
He developed a unique friendship with the Void, who bonded with him due to his Goblin persona. The Goblin continued wanting to cause destruction, but Jorgan tried to win the world over with his acts of heroism. He began seeking to end violence, via gaining control of the global population, and eventually went insane wanting to throw the world into violence, until being beaten into a comatose state by Dale. He seeks death believing it will finish off the Goblin persona, and allow him to repent for his sins.

Weapons:

Cyber Goblin Suit: It's the same as the GG suit, except it's silver and has more metallic properties. There is an extend able blade in the right gauntlet, and it can emit bio-electricity via physical contact. Both of the gloves can emit bio electricity bolts, or with physical contact. The user's physical attributes are enhanced slightly, and there are energy cannons were the chest is. Inside there is a belt which uses size altering technology to contain a large arsenal of weaponry including but not limited too Pumpkin bombs, gas bombs, lighters, flash-lights, and laughing gases.

Cyber Glider: A voice activated glider, that has the ability to fly. When using the CG the boots are magnetically attached to the glider, and the glider can move at speeds equaling or surpassing that of the Military's greatest fighter Jets. On the front it is armed with various heavy artillery such as machine guns, rocket launchers, flame-throwers, and it can even emit poisonous gases. It has a self destruct feature, and it has blades on the side so it can impale others.

Iron Patriot Armor IT's very similar to Aaron's armor, and has pretty much the same capabilities.

Powers:
-Genius Intelligence: The Goblin Formula enhanced Osborn's mental capacities and creative talents. Although Osborn was highly intelligent before and was a gifted inventor and chemist, the formula pushed his intellect well into the realm of genius.

-Superhuman Strength: The Goblin Formula fortified Osborn's musculature, connective tissue, and bone structure, granting him superhuman strength. He possesses sufficient strength to lift 9 tons [9].

-Superhuman Speed: The Goblin can run and move at speeds beyond the natural physical limits of the finest human athlete.

-Superhuman Stamina: The formula also increased the overall efficiency of Osborn's musculature. As a result, his muscles produce less fatigue toxins during physical activity than the muscles of normal humans. He can physically exert himself at peak efficiency for several hours before the build up of fatigue toxins in his blood starts to impair him.

-Superhuman Durability: The formula also fortified all of Osborn's bodily tissues, making them far tougher and more resistant to injury than normal humans. While Osborn can be injured by something along the lines of a knife or small conventional bullets composed of conventional material, he is very resistant to great impact forces and blunt trauma. He can withstand powerful impacts, such as falling from several stories or being repeatedly struck by a superhuman enemy, that would severely injure or kill a normal human with little to no injury to himself.

-Regenerative Healing Factor: If Osborn does sustain injury, his body's increased metabolism allows him to heal damaged tissue much faster and more extensively than a normal human is capable of. While not nearly as efficient as the healing powers possessed by Wolverine, he can heal from injuries that would prove lethal to an ordinary human. For example, Osborn survived being impaled by his Goblin Glider and made a full recovery with only a scar left on his chest. He also recovered from having over a dozen of his bombs explode while webbed to his chest.

-Superhuman Agility: The Goblin's agility, balance, and bodily coordination are enhanced to levels beyond the natural physical limits of the finest human athlete.

-Superhuman Reflexes: His reflexes are similarly enhanced and are superior to those of the finest human athlete.

Bio: Jorgan Osborn was born in New Jersey, his father an inventor. His mother was mutated during a lab explosion, gaining the ability of Age Alteration, when he was only ten years old. His father started a small group to find a cure for his wife Lilly, and Jorgan often helped out the scientists. As the Economy grow worse, the project closed, and his mother died during his teenage years. His father went mentally insane, and he decided to find a way to cure mutants, not wanting others to go through his life. He began working on a cure for the X gene, and then started Oscorp after winning the Lottery. He began working on a super soldier serum with the Government, and gained powers.

After that he joined the Weapon X program which gave Ledge his adamantium claws, and Marco his abilities. He began to develop a split personality, and become the Cyber Goblin to cause havoc, and during the Civil War arc he joined the Government to help deal with the Anti Registration. After Virgil's capture he helped the Government develop the super soldier program more, seeking to re-gain control over his sanity. During the Legacy Saga he helped the Government, and later joined in the Secrete Service in D.C.

Later he helped Milo and Peter fight in the Predator Invasion to defend D.C. After that he was unable to prevent the kidnapping of Lex and Sindus. Then he later finished his machine to give humans animalistic abilities, and used it form Rhino. He sent him after Spider-man, and then later planned to obtain the Super Soldier Serum to become invincible. However after Dale brought down his newest creation, he targeted Dale wanting to learn to amplify his level of anomalistic abilities to all, and he sent men after him, sending multiple enemies against him, before going after him himself, and capturing him, after numerous fights, and experimented on him, until Michael, and the police force burst int to rescue him, he was shot, and hospitalized, blaming one of his workers Ernie Luments. After several months in the hospital he developed an obsession with killing Spiderman, and began working several projects to end the web slinger, who was making regaining his sanity harder.

He eventually gave up his pursuits to end Spiderman, after being thrown off the Brooklyn Bridge, the impact snapped him back into reality. He focused on Oscorp deciding to continue the Super soldier program, he gathered a small faction with Harold, Tyrone, Travis, John and Estavon in order to take over Starktowers, and create the most powerful being on the earth, the experiment was successful on Regan, who destroyed the entire Oscorp facilitty. Faking his death, and blaming Stark Industries, he did this to get his hands on the Iron Man uniforms, and with John's help they are able to acquire and study numerous models. He sought control of Regan, but after clashing against the Avengers now fugitives, most the faction was killed or incarcerated, and Aaron promised to get him behind bars.

He went into the shadows, entering politics seeking to become the most powerful man on the earth. Finally becoming a Senator, and Governor, and adopted a powerful mutant named Carmen, who was his brother's daughter. He formed a strong bond with her, never revealing there true relationship. Becoming the Governor of New York, he co-lab-orated with Isiah to turn Dale into a inter nation fugitive, and kill him, but after there plan failed he decided it was time to start there global operation to eliminate the Superhero Community, and unite the world in tragedy. He became president over the next few months, and rose to power cheating Carl out of the position, and working with John created millions of HAMMER drones who he planned to use to replace Law Enforcement, although he was capable of controlling them after a cybernetic implant.

He also used HAMMER To deal with Dracarot, and Emma who where investigating how he became president, ending with Dracarot's death, and forming Emma into a mass murdering fugitive. He quickly turned the Avengers into inter nation Terrorists, and had Carmen trap them with her ability. HE changed the world after the Negative Zone invasion, and he abolished SHIELD having HAMMER take over as the inter nation peace bringing force, and started a monitoring act to keep up with mutants. He quickly put together his own superhero team known as the Dark Avengers, and used a device to transport most of the SXM into Carmen's dimension. He quickly decimated the Superhero Community recruiting Nicole, and sending her to help decimate the X Force, and with Virus's help allied himself with Ganta, and Atlanteons, kidnapping the Spider Clan, and gaining control of all the Symbiotes.

He began usurping more control over the world, making several soul deals doing so to recruit Sandra, Void, and other useful allies, building himself up as the leader of the Dark Avengers, and the free world, while we learned from Future Yamario Jorgan would eventually become the dictator of a unified World Government, and the number one persecutor of superhuman beings, with the Goblin in full control. However he began taking drugs to sustain the Goblin, and after stopping the Phalanx-SHi Ar invasion, he kidnapped subjects infected by there Virus, seeking to use it to get rid of the Goblin persona. However others thought he was seeking control of the world, finally during the Cosmic invasion, the Dark Avengers were decimated, most of the world was in chaos, and the Goblin was in control, planning to use the Virus to resume control, battling Dale in the White House, before being knocked out, and falling. After hitting the ground he was rendered comatose, and hospitalized, his vice president Ryan taking over.

He was rendered comatose for several months, until he recovered he was arrested after the X Lords took over, and placed in reformation center in D.C where he got medication for his MPD(Multiple Personality Disorder). After Dracarot's arrest, he began working with him, and Nicole the new warden of the prison to retrieve the TGG(Terrigen Crystal Gun). Working with them he retrieved the TGG, and went to kill Milo believing he was responsible for the X Lords. He was murdered by Milo in his attempt to kill him, but after TOAA changed the timeline, he was simply kept in captivity but still received treatment for his MPD. Carmen helped him escape, placing him in Kankuro Town in Bleach to start a new life there, while she worked on getting back Oscorp, and changing his image. After his image was changed, he regained control of Oscorp, but Oliver Morris murdered him during his press conference.

He burned in Hell allowing himself to be tortured, and was one of the 99 risen. He regained control over his company, and became an ally to the Government developing weapons for America during World War 4. He confronted Oliver having information about his parents death, and the Agency wanting influence in the Hellfire Club, and rejoined the Hellfire Club upon Mephisto's request, and had Crowley restore his soul deal over David's soul, allowing them to coerce Sandra into transferring the Phoenix into Amy.
