He is very chaotic in that he enjoys toying with people and can change his plans in a minute as long as they have the same outcome. He is insane and always enjoys messing around with his powers.  He is pure evil and insane although he is a genius.
Despite this he can be very loyal to Asgard in certain times of crisis, and he has a strange fascination with humans, which was sharpened by his time with Marcus and SHIELD

Skills: Loki has a genius level intellect and possesses a great deal of knowledge of the mystic arts, gifted with mastery superior to that of a Sorcerer Supreme's. He is also extremely cunning and an expert battle strategist. He is also a formidable combatant in his own right, particularly as a swordsman or in the use of his various energy manipulative powers in combat situations.

Powers:
Despite being a Frost Giant, Loki's body is much more like that of an Asgardian.

Asgardian Physiology: He has superhuman strength and is capable of lifting 30 to 50 tons under his normal power which he can enhance with magic. He has Superhuman stamina, Dense Tissue, Durability, Longevity. He is immune to the effects of  all known Earthly diseases and infections. He has a Regenerative Healing Factor and can heal wounds much faster than normal humans. He can regenerate damaged tissue and regrow and reattach any limbs with his magical powers. He has various psionc powers such as telepathy, physic weapons, psionc blast, astral projection however he is not capable of reading minds for some reason.

Shape-shifting: Like a number of gods or goddesses, Loki possesses highly developed shape-shifting capabilities. He is able to adopt almost any form imaginable whether it be animals, other humanoid beings, or even inanimate objects. The thought has been raised that his current form is merely a shape Loki has decided to remain in. Despite this well-known ability of Loki's, he has commented to himself, as he struggled to escape from Dormammu's mystic cage, that this is his "most soul-draining" power, apparently meaning it is more taxing than his other magical abilities. He has become such animals such as a snake, eagle, mouse and bee, gaining the basic natural abilities inherent in each form. While he can take on the likeness of another god, giant or human, he will not necessarily gain the special physical or mental powers of the being he imitates. Loki can also transform external objects into other forms and substances by magic; for instance, he has turned clouds into dragons.

Magic: Loki has the ability to generate and control a great quantity of mystical abilities for a variety of purposes. His known abilities include the ability to fire powerful beams of concussive force, generate highly durable force fields, bestow superhuman attributes to living beings or inanimate objects, teleport across dimensions and augment his physical attributes temporarily. He can also bring inanimate objects to life, or mystically imbue objects or beings with specific but temporary powers. These magical effects remain only for as long as he maintains the spell that created them. Loki’s power has been said by the Silver Surfer during their early encounters as sufficient to “decimate a planet,” and according to Dormammu, Loki’s magic nearly rivals that of his own.

Bio: Loki was thought dead after invading Asgard with a large amount of controlled villains and supernatural creatures however Thor used the odin-force and killed him.  He had cut off his hand and left it on a planet and his followers resurrected him however he needed time for his magical energies to recharge and he had managed to gain the Blade of Odinson and weakened he managed to sneak in and give Thor a potion weakening him and kill him with the potion.

He than  absorbed magical energy from Thor recharging and gaining a bit more but was unable to gain any of the runes of Odinforce.  When he tried to take the hammer an emergency signal went off and Glano and guards came to get him. He teleported away and so did the hammer and they  thought he stole it. He was pursued but he escaped  and began plotting out his next evil plot preparing and found an earthling named Keel who was the brother of one chosen for great power.

He warped down and found Keel and used his magic to help Keel discover his power to use hell-fire and train him and adopted him at a younge age so he never saw his brother Keel. He worked with Keel who later returned to earth  to join the tournament using his  powers to  place a symbol on Milo and Kano. Loki had noticed Keel had lost his soul already meaning he had sold it to the only person who could give hell-fire aka Black-heart. He than later  had recreated the Symbiotes and stole  A skull warship with the Symbiotes with magic planning to start a Skrull war as a back-up plan as he sent the Venom Symbiote to earth. He later had the symbiotes take over the Spider-clan and some members of a team during an ambuhs in which Black-heart helped him so he returned Keel's soul.

He later had members of the team turned into Symbiotes even Alisa and got Keel's soul. Loki and Keel took over Asgard and started the invasion. Loki was later defeated and  his odinsword returned to Asgard causing him to teleport away to hide. He hid away regaining magic from various sources, and becoming a literal Trickster pranking people.  He made his return assembling the Council of Gods stating the Gods needed power over humanity, and attempted to con-conquer the earth. He had a power struggle going on with Zeus the King of Olympus who wanted to lead the COG, and after Zeus's fall in battle assumed complete control, but attempted to flee the earth after the Shadow X Men, and Avengers combined as well as SHIELD Reinforcements managed to overpower his army of Pantheons. His efforts were in vain as Kano proved his superiority by slaying him without the usage of the Odinforce or Runes.

His death was merely temporary as he was revived later on, and learned Kano and Hercules had freed COG members from Tartarus, and gathered Earth's pantheons, while Loki gathered an army of Pantheons from across the Universe such as Zenn Lavian, and Shi-Ar Pantheons during the Galaxy War, and lost due to the combined efforts of Kano, and Hercules Pantheons, Victor Von Doom, and Felicia. He worked with Kano uniting the COG to fight off Victor, and they set up a camp for the powerless deities on Olympus. He then sought out and joined the Brotherhood and helped them lay seige on D.C. He then kidnapped Filipe, and granting him temporary magical temperature altering powers to free the Frost Giants from Mt Everest, and lead his army into D.C He was brought down by the Asgardian-SHIELD joint assault, and kidnapped by Terrell, tortured, and stripped of his powers. Then separated from his body, and captured by SHIELD.

Loki was imprisoned, and forced to become an advisory to SHIELD while trapped as a head. He formed an odd bond with Marcus the current director of SHIELD which helped him understand humanity more. He was eventually killed in an explosion led by HYDRA Agents, and reincarnated as a powerless child form. Due to a pact with Death which allowed his reincarnation when Asgard was in times of crisis, he aided Kano freeing him and helping him rebel against Odin from Asgard to go to earth to combat Dark Serpent, and the Worthy. Loki ended up along with Kano and Tanya making a deal with Surtur for Kano to gain more power, in exchange for him to bring about Ragnarok. The time came shortly, and he was used as a weapon to start Asgard's Armageddon. He proved his loyalty to Asgard after a battle with the revived but weakened Odin, who'd transferred the bulk of his powers to Kano. He was injured after Ragnarok was averted, and placed in medical care.
