Proficient combatant: Yelena is an extremely capable hand to hand combatant, with her skills focusing on kick boxing and muai tai. After training extensively since becoming the Sorcerer Supreme, especially in the area of self mediation and breathing exercises, she has fully incorporated her craft with her fighting skills.

The Eye of Agamotto: (which resides within the Amulet of Agamotto worn on a necklace) is a powerful and valued artifact that has many functions. Using the Eye, one can see through any lie, deception or illusion, send the eye out at light speed to intercept and absorb massive amounts of any type of energy and free others who are trapped in their own illusions. It can be used to amplify her mind's eye, giving psychic abilities that rival the most powerful of telepaths. It can also be used to play back an area's past events, lift beings weighing thousands of pounds into the air telekinetically, and open dimensional portals, as well as placing beings in suspended animation. The Eye can track beings by their psychic or magical emissions. The light given off by the Eye also weakens a variety of evil mystical beings, such as demons, devils, undead beings, dark extra dimensional entities, and even sufficiently corrupt human practitioners of dark magic. When used offensively, no being can withstand its light for long; due to its lethal effect, it is often used as a weapon of last resort. The Eye appears to be dimensionally linked to the Orb of Agamotto, and is presented to the current Sorcerer or Sorceress Supreme to aid them in their great duties. The amulet can only be used by a being with a pure heart and a clean soul.

The Cloak of Levitation: Allows her to fly (at roughly 25 miles per hour for indeterminate lengths of time), and responds to her thoughts. It can be used as a "third set of hands" to attack a foe when one's own body has been incapacitated. The Cloak is nearly indestructible, often escaping damage during even the most violent confrontations.

Powers:
She is a descendant of both the royal Russian Romanovs and the priest Grigori Rasputin, giving her a great heritage in magecraft. She displays a natural affinity for combat. She is also extremely skilled in mana utilization and can use little amounts very efficiently. She was named the new Sorceress Supreme, which highlights her skills

-Star Magic: Yelena uses heavenly body magic, a magecraft centered around astronomical objects, which harnesses the power of stars, meteors, and other such mystical objects of worship. It turns the user into a rune, that normally must remain stationary. Yelena has learned to bypass this by using Chinese and Southeast Asian martial arts. Using both her breathing and self suggestion to guide it along the body, using the same principles one normally uses for chi, she can maintain movement while casting the spell. As a result, she can not only channel massive beam attacks of concussive and burning nature, she can also enhance the strength of her physical attacks.. Her limbs appear as rocket burners when she is using her powers. Yelena is also extremely adept at self suggestion, so much so she can fire off attacks in quick succession to create machine gun like effects.

-Rune magecraft: She has studied in the usage of gaelic rune magic and can create barriers and shields that conceal those inside from mystical or psionic detection.

-Necromancy: As the heir to the Rasputin family, she is a master of necromancy. Her necromancy uses old Slavic thaumaturgy, derivative of Chthon's teachings. She can create ghouls, bring back the dead as spirits and even bring forth ghosts into her service. Empowered by the Vishanti she can do such things resurrect entire armies summon the ancient dragons, and even command the dead spirit of a Celestial.

-Blue: An extremely destructive missile attack with the power of a star. It is both her simplest and her most destructive attack.
-Crimson Bands of Cyttorak: A powerful binding spell that call upon Cyttorak. The binds themselves can function as searching tools by individual manipulation or feats of strength. They can even form a powerful crystal prison (refer to the Red Ruby of Cyttorak).
-Bolts of Balthakk: A standard energy spell that calls upon the power of Balthakk. It's destructive power can be enhanced through various methods but it's generally standard power
-Images of Ikonn: A powerful illusionary spell that calls upon the power of one of the Octenssence. Strange once used it against even Galactus
-Chains of Krakkan: Like the Crimson Bands, it's a binding spell. Unlike them however, it's function is solely that, so the power of the binding is stronger.
-Vapors of Valtorr: A two use spell. It can either summon a dark cloud that can surround and imprison an opponent. or summon a dark ominous cloud, with accompanying lightning striking at several enemy targets
-Winds of Watoomb: Summons massive winds that can move opponents away, or friends to safety
-Rains of Raggadorr: Invokes forth a powerful thunderstorm
-Fangs of Farallah: Invokes a mystical energy beam used for offense

Bio:
Yelena is the second born daughter of the former head of the Rasputin family, a very powerful mage family descendant of Grigori Rasputin, the former adviser to the Czars of Russia. As the second born, and as per her family's tradition, she was not to be taught any magic, and all the secrets of the Rasputins were to pass on to her older sister Tabitha, and she was to be trained by the girls grandfather outside of Moscow. Growing up, Yelena quickly became the taller of the sisters, something that began the inferiority complex in her elder sibling.

Unable to miss what she never knew, she was contempt with living a normal life, until one day, she stumbled upon a hidden passage within her mansion, and within it found an old journal, belonging to Grigori Rasputin himself. She discovered the true story behind the fall of the Romanov dynasty and Rasputin's part in it, the mage having orchestrated all of it in order to kidnap the daughter of Nicholas II, Anastasia.
Within the journal was also chronicled the usage of star magic, which the Romanov's had a naturally affinity for, and Rasputin was obsessed with obtaining.

Yelena used the diary to self teach herself in the magecraft, and not only that, she discerned a way to adapt it into combat and began to apply it. When her parents died under unknown circumstances, believed by her sister to have been killed by enemies of the family, she was given the title of successor despite not having been initiated in the ways of magi, and being the youngest When Tabitha demanded an explanation from the sisters grandfather, he revealed that Yelena had mastered the magic Gregori himself sought. Being passed up by her sister in such a way, and later sent to Britain to learn at their mage academies, cemented the animosity between the two sisters.

Suddenly made the head of the Rasputins, Yelena was left with a huge mansion outside of Moscow, an extremely irate and jealous older sister and a mysterious grandfather who she had barely interacted with. To make matters worse, or perhaps better, the Vishanti named her the new Sorcerer Supreme. She took the charge after some hesitation, but has so far kept to herself as much as possible and is using the vast knowledge of the Vishanti to further her own magic. From what little missions she has performed for the Triumvirate, she has gained notoriety as a brutal fighter that leaves nothing but destruction in her wake, sarcastically nicknamed "Human Missile Launcher" by her enemies.
