Powers:
Riya's powers are similar to Isabel in nature, but she can create her own atmosphere and turn herself into the elements she manipulates.

-Atmosphere Manipulation. She has a very advanced form of atmosphere control, that consist of creating a separate atmosphere, rather than manipulating the existing one. She can control the created atmosphere's size, as well as it's aspects. Because of this, her powers are much more precise than Isabel's.

--Wind: She has the ability to fly by gliding on wind currents as high as the atmosphere can be stretched by using her mastery over wind. or create a dome of air pressure to deflect attacks. Her power over air pressure has also been used to crush entire house and buildings. She can even create powerful tornadoes, hurricanes, and various winds that are capable of moving a vast number of objects/people including levitating an entire building. With the correct stimuli, Riya can create fire.
Riya can go further in control, such has causing air embolism in people, completely draining their air, and even destroy their inner ears to cause total loss of coordination

--Lighting: Riya can summon lightning bolts from the sky that can be used to blind, stun, or severely burn her opponents, even to the point of death. She can also use this ability as a concussive force. Her power over thunder can even be used to create deafening sounds for distracting her enemies. Her control his precise enough to allow see electrical currents, jumpstart them or end them. She can even see the brain signals within a living being.

--Water: Her ability over water and it's forms has been shown by her creating heavy rainfall, and instant floods. Her control over toxin concentration allows her to make these rains acid if she wants to.
She can cause massive tsunamis and split oceans apart. Control over moisture and temperature allows Isabel to freeze/flash freeze objects and people in the blink of an eye. She can control the temperature of her atmosphere to such a degree she can cause hypothermia and freeze people from the inside out
Riya control is precise enough that she can control any an all currents, even the ones in the human body (ie the blood flow) allowing her to control people easily. She can even sense the composition of liquids.


-Energy Manipulation: Riya can emit her powers from anywhere on her body whether it's through the hands, mouth or even toes. Riya  can also emit her powers simultaneously for example she could blast lightening from her left hand, water from her right and wind from her mouth all it the same time.
--Atmospheric Transfer: Riya can turn into any of the elements of the atmospheres she creates, such has wind, lighting, water or even miscellaneous things like storm clouds. In these states, she's similar to element manipulators like Filipe or Troy.

--Riya can absorb Geothermal energy she can channel this energy into heat blasts. If she draws on Geothermal heat she can force it into her winds which allow her to intensify the force. She can use her atmospheric senses as a form of super sense for example she could switch to thermal vision to detect heat signatures, she can sense changes in the air, and even in water

-She-Hulk: Her genes also possess the predispositions for the Hulk transformation. When her brother Alex bathed her in gamma radiation, it triggered them and caused her shift into the She-Hulk. As She-Hulk, Riya's skin, hair, and eyes all turn green. Her frame also gains another 9 inches in height and 560 lbs of muscle and bone tissue. Unlike her cousin, the Hulk, much of Riyar's gained muscle and bone mass is condensed and several times as dense as that of a human. As a result, though she is noticeably much larger than she is in her normal form, she looks much lighter than she actually is. Also unlike the Hulk, or rather certain Hulk incarnations, Riya retains her full intelligence and personality in her She-Hulk form. Most of the time, Riya is able to control her transformation, enabling her to change back and forth at will. Thus, her specialized adrenal gland is not as advanced as that of the Hulk. And while it can augment her abilities, she can still remain more in control than the Hulk.

--Superhuman Strength: As She-Hulk, she is proportionally stronger than her human form. This means that any extra strength gains as human through intense physical training will be amplified, making her She-Hulk form that much stronger. She-Hulk possessed enough superhuman strength to press at least 75 tons, but her anger can increase this. It was also stated that when angry or in fear her strength increases, but not as much than that of her brother. She-Hulk's strength has extended into her highly developed leg muscles, enabling her to leap great distances or heights. She achieves less heights and distances than that of the Hulk or Abomination due only to her smaller frame.

--Superhuman Speed: Due, at least partially, to the great muscular strength and development of her leg muscles, she is capable of running and moving at speeds that are beyond the natural physical limits of the finest human athlete.

--Superhuman Stamina: She-Hulk's highly advanced musculature produces considerably less fatigue toxins during physical activity than the musculature of an ordinary human. She can exert herself at peak capacity for about 48 hours before fatigue begins to impair her performance.

--Superhuman Durability: She-Hulk's body is highly resistant to all forms of conventional injury. Her skin is capable of withstanding extreme pressures, temperatures as high as 3,000 degrees Fahrenheit and as low as -195 degrees Fahrenheit, falls from great heights, field-artillery canon shells, and powerful energy blasts without sustaining any injury.

--Superhuman Agility: She-Hulk's agility, balance and bodily coordination are enhanced to levels that are beyond the natural physical limits of the finest human athlete.

--Regenerative Healing Factor: Despite her body's extremely high resistance to injury, it is possible to injure her. However, she is capable of rapidly regenerating injuries that result in great tissue damage and blood loss within a matter of minutes. However, she is not capable of regenerating missing limbs or organs. She-Hulk's highly efficient metabolism renders her immune to all drugs and toxins as well as total immunity to all known Earthly diseases.


Bio: Riya  Banner is a descendant of Bruce Banner and was born in a big family and was had a mutation that could not be unlocked. Her family lived in America but later the Agency came knowing the Banners could gain Hulk like powers and used Gamma radiation bombs to kill them all.  She survived and managed to stay some-what calm to find Alex  and saved him revealing she had weather powers which she gained during a lightning storm When Alex become Hulk and went on rampage he managed to save him stopping his rampage.

He traveled with him avoiding the Agency which hunted them down  one time they managed to capture Alex but he saved him and she hated having to be on the run all the time.  Later they were captured by the Agency and freed thanks to Yamairo and some others. They evaded the Government and later  were captured by Sindus. She was rescued by Isabel and she befriended her.  She stopped Alex's ramapages till he gained some control and later fought in the tournament  beating Frank and than lost to Velon dieing. Milo resseructed her and she became an active member of the SXM.

She became sad after Alex was taken over by a Symbiote  and later fought Isabel when she was controlled till Troy took over. She was seriously injured by Surfer when he was controlled by the magically enhanced Carnage. She joined the team and later fought Anna. She was nearly killed and  helped out the team more and more during the outbreak of evolved humans. She later  helped out during BH's invasion and Controller's attack.  She became good friends with Isabel and was brought along to the Secerete Wars. She grew increasingly less control of the She Hulk state in the Wars, but Isabel helped her gain control of them.

She continued to battle with the Shadow X Men, and was one of the few members who had knowledge of the X Force, and helped cover for them multiple times. During the Hunters invasion she met Terrell Harrison whom she quickly developed feelings for, and had a date with after stopping the Hunters. Later when the SXM targated him for commuting multiple crimes she fought with James over him, and had him recruited into the time, and was sort of like his moral compass. They started a very serious relationship which she was very devoted to, and often got her in danger eventually she was irradiated by Darrius who was coming after Alex.

After that she was given cancer but Terrell used his own ability to strip her of the cancer, and take it from her. She didn't learn the true events that conspired for many months, and joined Dale's resistance against Osborn, and clashed with Terrell many times under his symbiotic not knowing it was him. Eventually she learned his secrete, and recruited him back into the Shadow X Men. She worked with him to fight multiple antagonists such as All the Evils of This World, and Shawkun. Eventually Terrell shattered there relationship once more believing he was too dangerous, and she grew vengeful working with various Superheroes trying to seek vengeance on Terrell, and had  brief stint in the X Force but proved too emotionally unstable.

After there relationship was mended she joined the Redeemers, and was the head Co leader of the team. Fighting several enemies such as Monel's Black Zero who kidnapped Terrell, and more. After Terrell was killed by fusing with the Limitless nigh omnipotent energies known as Zinnon known to corrupt other forms of energy she became depressed, and lost control going on a rampage in NYC until the other Redeemers stopped her, and Construct revealed to her that he would reconstruct. After he did she attempted to stop Milo from fighting him, but Construct stopped her. She tried to keep the relationship together but the Zinnon energy had corrupted Terrell, and he ended his relationship with Riya leading to an outburst.

She lost control, and caused havoc but was detained in a cell in the Redeemers Tower, where she told Terrell off, and revealed she was pregnant with there child.  However Terrell reconciled their relationship, and with Milo's help they gathered many guests to the baby shower. They got married a month before the baby was born, and after Christian was born she decided to become the unofficial maid and cook for the Redeemers not having time for active missions due to raising their son. During the rise of Dark Serpent and the Worthy she was severely injured trying to battle Kathy who was controlled by one of the Worthy, and Christian's abilities began manifesting and with his father's help they took down the worthy however most of New York had been decimated.

Upon Dark Serpent being defeated, she kept the team on house arrest due to Death's curse on the human populace. With the curse lifted, she resumed raising her son with her husband, and also accepted Christ into her life like her husband becoming a Christian.
