Personality: Carmen is a very spoiled, somewhat sadistic and emotional girl with the traumas of her past having a high influence on how she views others. While not evil, she is easily manipulated and can be coerced to do things without much thought into the consequences of her actions. Jorgan, or rather his Goblin persona, takes advantage of this during Dark Reign, and Carmen caring so much for her father doesn't even question his mental health at the time
While her actions are often without thought, she does have morals, and James has over time helped her come to realize just exactly what is wrong and what is right, and as a result she cares very deeply for him.

Skills: She's a capable combatant, having been trained by Jorgan's body guard, and butler Walter. She's learned hand to hand combat, and the usage of fire arms, as well as knives, and short swords.

Powers:
Fiction Mimicry, and Insertion: She is capable of exerting complete control over fiction, and entering various fictional worlds, in a manner similar to teleportation. She can bring passengers into fictional world's along with her, and she can bring anyone into a fictional area with a mere thought. She does not have to enter with her passengers, and she can bring passengers out of the fictional realms. She can however trap passengers in other verses for eternity. She's even capable of bringing fictional objects, scenario's, plots, events, and even characters to life. She's even capable of animating marvel comics, since they are "Fiction."  She is even capable of making any form of fiction esque real such as autobiographies, and realistic fiction. As a result of Milo's NoMorus First Sorcery spell cast following Mother's chaos wave, her ability was among the few that were rendered unable to be duplicated by other beings except for Milo.

-Mimicry: She can mimic the powers of fictional characters, and their mechanics. So if she enters Smallville she can gain the powers of any character within the program, by thinking of said characters, and can retain them upon entering the real world.  She can even gain Video game mechanics, and use them in the real world. She can only duplicate abilities from one source of fiction at a time. However, she can gain multiple powers from one fiction. She can also fuse with Fictional Characters, become them, and go into the real world. Recently she's developed her abilities more, and can mimic powers from multiple fictions at one time, and retain them for an unlimited duration of time.  She can duplicate marvel's comics, and become as powerful as TOAA himself.

-Movies: She can place people inside of movies, and can control the time period of the movie. She can place them in different scenes, and change what scene there in at will. She can also effect the passengers with remote functions such as pause, and rewind.  She can use said functions to affect the passenger's memories. She can control everything within the movie, meaning in Godzilla she has complete control over Godzilla, and she can let passengers retain their abilities, or place them under the movie's "mechanics", meaning Nate cannot fly in Godzilla. She can also do Role Replacing, putting them in the role of  one of the movie's characters. If someone dies while in a movie, she can leave them dead, or rewind to revive them.

-Television Programs: She can trap them in TV programs, and again control the time period of the TV shows. The Functions are the same as Movies.

-Video Games: She can send passengers into video games, and control the time period. She can control what levels passengers are in, and separate them placing them in different levels. She can adjust the level of difficulty, and affect them with remote functions. By starting a new game, she can either delete the passengers, or place them in the new game. She can store them in a memory database, and control the Game's Environment, and everything within it. She can force them to be under the Game's mechanics, and she can control there actions via a remote of some sorts. She can do a role replace of sorts, and can generate and manipulate cheat codes.

-Anime/Cartoons: She can place them in anime's, and use the same functinos in movies. She can however put them in specific saga's, and seasons, and force them under the anime's mechanics, or keep them in regular mechanics.

-Manga/Comics: With comics she place them in different issues, and she can do it he same as TV shows. She can leave them trapped in one issue, and such. She can make thought bubbles appear for thoughts.

-Books: She can place them in specific copies, and same as manga/comics. Their thoughts can appear in italics.

Bio:
Carmen Lopez was raised in New York City, the son of Terrel, and a mexican woman named Calista.  She was raised in the Projects as her family lacked money, but her father was hard working and devoted to the family, working two jobs, while her mother ran a hair salon, and she managed to get to a good public school, but was ashamed by her lack of money. She was often picked on due to her poor status, and she made very few friends, as she didn't have the latest clothes, cell phone's, and other things.  She made friends with a girl named Libby a ghetto girl with a similar issue, her mother Calista was killed during a robbery, and her father Terrel grew abusive, and often hit her, she snapped, and ran away from home when she was sixteen.

She was arrested by the police, and sent to a Juvenile Detention facility, where she toughened up. Dealing with criminals with rap sheets, months later she was taken into Terrel's abusive custody, and she got a job at Game-stop, there she dated Tom Vermont, and threw there relationship she manifested an interest in video games. She flunked out of high school, and moved in with Tom, but she accidentally trapped them both in a video game, where they roamed around for days, she escaped, but he was murdered inside the game. She went to therapy becoming depressed, and was placed in a mental institution after telling people about entering the video game. She bonded with several insane people, and met Libby who worked at the hospital now for Community Service.

She trapped some orderlies in a game, and realized her ability, she gained more control, and finally escaped, robbing a federal bank, then taking the entire bank, and hostages into the game, where she tortured them, she moved in with Libby after revealing her abilities, and cash, but Libby was killed in a gang fight. She was determined to became a vigilante, and imprison people. She was adopted by Jorgan Osborn, whom she formed a strong bond with. She went to College in Miami, Florida, and was tracked down by a squad of SXM, whom Jorgan had her entertain while he sabotaged the elections, she released them, and had Travis alter there memories, before Ian returned them to Gensoha. Months later she joined the Dark Avengers, the team Jorgan was putting together to Save the World. There she had a reunion with James who had feelings for her, and with her ability became the main prison system for criminals. She helped the Dark Avengers with there many battles against the Resistance put together by Dale, and Yamairo.

She left the Dark Avengers, moving into an apartment with James, and helped out during Galactus's cosmic invasion. After that she retired, continuing her relationship with James, after being a victim to Nightmare's ability she was inspired to be a hero, helping the squad Milo put together to stop Shawkun. After that she mostly retired doing as she pleased toying with people, and befriending Tiffany. She later rescued Jorgan from Mutant Holding Facility, and hid him in Bleach. She later got him in control of Oscorp again, wanting him to be a hero. After Jorgan was raised from the dead, he regained control of the company, and she later joined the Omega League. She served the Omega League helping battle against people ranging from a raging milo to SOTU Shawkun. Eventually she focused on her relationship with James occasionally helping the X Force,

However she was targeted by Heaven, and the Government's alliance. She was used as well as Sammie to power a machine that rendered mutants powerless. Milo freed her, and she adopted the alias Arcade resuming her previous activities of capturing and torturing people in fictional worlds. She then used the Kandorians and assaulted Washington D.C starting war with Waller. However eventually karma caught up with her during Fear Itself, and after a climatic confrontation  with her brother Harvey she was left without powers. She sunk into a deep state of depression as she felt a part of her was gone, James did his best to comfort her while many were glad her powers had been removed. She's gotten better at her secretary position at Oscorp with her powers gone, and is obsessed with revenge on Harvey.
