Despite pretending to forgive others she was taught to always get revenge and she does just that.  She when people are really mean and try to harm her friends and family. She is very cruel to people who do wrong, and she is very flirtatious.

Powers:
Elle possesses the same powers as her father, able to control electricity to attack or defense, as well as for a vast range of use. Her power is vast, and only countered by her brother's own elastic body.

-Electrical Manipulation. She can generate and manipulate electricity to create blasts to stun, burn or kill others. She mentally decides how many volts she releases and can release up to 10,000,000 bolts. She can create fields made of electricity to protect herself and make bridges of electricity to walk on. She is immune to electric attacks as she simply absorbs them although mystical lightning can harm her. She can summon lightning bolts and create lightning storms. She can control any electrical signal, be it bioelectricity or electrical circuitry. She can thus exert a mildly control over both humans and electrical powered devices.
--Electrical Form: Elle can turn into living electricity by a process similar to Troy's plasma form. By exciting her own electrons to much higher degree manually (unlike Troy, who's plasma form is a product of his super intense flames) she causes her body to turn to electricity. In this form, she's immune to both physical hits, and a wide range of energy based attacks. She can control her own size in this form, growing to large sizes, and she can travel along anything machine that uses electrical signals, like phone-lines. She can also travel across electrical storms. Her only know weakness is rubber, as Ezekiel is able to hurt her while in this form.
--Size Manipulation: Ell can control the size of others, first by turning them into electricity, manipulating their forms, and returning them to physical state. This dampens the powers of others if their are made smaller. She has sense learned to do this to inanimate matter as well.
-Neural Impulse Control: Elle can sense and control neural impulses, the electrical discharges that travel along the nerve fibers within organisms. She can control thoughts and consciousness or kill by blocking the heart's contraction or by either depriving or overloading the target with neural impulses. Memories can notably be rewritten by preventing them from accessing parts of their mind. Elle can also establish a link between organisms to mentally pick up and transmit neural impulses as if they were your own to begin with. This can be used in many creative ways as well, like making your target "hear" things to disorient them in crucial moments.

Elle also has the power to energize minds to achieve a higher level of focus, reflex, and sense for combat, and can also increase the surge of neural impulses that are released to perform your actions faster. In the midst of battle, Elle can suppress pain and cripple her target when there's an opening. When the battle is over, this power can even be used to prevent someone from accessing their own ability, particularly if it is consciously controlled.

Elle can make create neural impulses to stimulate targets sensitivity to pain, to mimic electric shocks, or even compel the target to harm themselves by messing with their body or mind, if she wishes too. She is even capable of shutting down a person's brain functions rendering them unconscious.

--Electric Field Manipulation: Elle can manipulate existing electric fields the force that holds atoms together within objects, machines and/or a field that surrounds and dwell in a person/being. With this power she is able to form extremely powerful tangible force fields around herself and others allowing her to form protection or even move all forms of matter. She can even negate electric fields to disintegrate matter, and can use this power to disintegrate entire cities and more.

-Power Negation: Elle has the ability to stop mutants powers for an amount of time. During this her eyes go white and she is able to control who's powers go on and who's go off. She can choose to only dampen powers or turn them off completely. She can focus them on certain people or everyone in the area.(Gained this power with the power drug)

Bio:
She is the older sister of Ezekiel. Their mother died when she tried to give birth to their younger brother. Blot was a cruel and strict parent. Elle was good friends with her brother and discovered she had the same powers as Blot. He was proud and began to like Elle however Ezekiel had his mother's power and it reminded him of sad memories. Elle developed her power at the age of eight  and trained with her father. At the age of fourteen she joined the Agency and was home-schooled by Ray.

She later discovered she had a second ability and Ezekiel thought she was a mimic. She hacked into Agency computers and learned she and German where injected with the power drug to give them Ability Negation so they could help the Agency. Elle went  to tell German and they planned to leave and fell in love with each other and began dating. Dimitri found out they were hacked and Elle decided to find the evolved human killer to train. She ran away escaping and the Agency went to hunt her down. She found Zulan and forced him to teach her to use her powers with Intuitive.

She left him  to find a man named Sindus who locked her in facility for evolved humans. She was freed later and traveled searching for her brother and decided to find the SXM and hopefully Ezekiel. She caused some trouble and  found Ezekiel. She became Shockee and helped battle the Espada on Genosha. After that she joined the team and often partnered up with Rail, Kathy, Chulance, and Ezekiel for missions. She took an active part in the battle against the Skrull invasion and went on the time travel mission to get Hitler's wife. She fought Legacy in the final battle and then became Surge. She continued to remain active on the team and learned a form of size changing from Kathy.

She helped battle many enemies, and later along with Rail was kidnapped by the Phoenix Alliance, and tortured in Ivan's dimension. Freed she rejoined them but had a relationship with Rail, and even had a daughter named Amelia whom absorbed energy, but she abandoned Amelia. She was later murdered along with Rail in the hunter's invasion. When Amora's power spiked she was revived from the dead, and helped Ezekiel, Zach, and Mikey now drunk in Vegas to deal with Nicole's team of assassins working within the Cleansers.  She then brought them to Amber's mansion, and recruiting the help of Ghost Rider Inc after Mikey turned into a werewolf they dealt with the werewolf rampage in Vegas, and she helped defeat Mikey. After his fall she joined the Shadow X Men, and helped deal with Ezekiel's wacky experiments such as Ameebo, a mutant power resistant blob to defend Genosha after the Alpha Mutant overpowered there defenses.

She was later assigned to be Milo's body guard after her, Amebo, and Ezekiel saved him from the drones Dimtri sent. She took the remnants of the drones to Ezekiel for him to study and uncover there origins, and she bonded with Milo, and they developed feelings after he made a move, and they made out. She decided to help him regain there powers unknown that she was being monitored by Solf.  However after a violent confrontation with Solf & Milo's powers restored their feelings faded. Elle then resumed work for the SXM staying with the team until No More Heroes in which their powers were gone, in which along with Ezekiel they moved into an apartment getting fast food jobs and struggling to get by.  She was more then happy when her powers were restored, and she rejoined the Shadow X Men Legion to fight crime again.

As the SXML fell apart after Mother's wave of chaos, and the monitoring act she fled to Canada with Ledge, Zach, and Kujon. There she began a relationship with Ledge as they bonded, and worked together against MRD. She ended up joining the resistance against MRD's forces, and worked with Carmen, and Kujon protecting Carmen while Elder Kai from DBZ unlocked Carmen's potential to restore her powers. She's since moved in with the X Force living with them due to her relationship with Ledge.
