-Olympic Physical Conditioning: Joel is an Olympic-level athlete and weightlifter. He is in overall exceptional physical condition, with the agility, reflexes, stamina, and speed of a professional or Olympic athlete.

-Skilled Acrobat: He is a skilled acrobat capable of performing many difficult feats and matching the feats of the finest human acrobats.

-Expert Marksman: Joel's innate ability to throw any projectile with great unerring accuracy and deadliness borders on the uncanny. Although he is not technically superhuman, Bullseye can accomplish many feats with thrown projectiles. Often, his outspoken attitude during combat about using his abilities seems to have become one of his favorite weapons - intimidation. As such, he believes that his attention in the media grants him more effectiveness in combat with a near flawless reputation, rather than an assassin who often uses fear of the unknown.

Bio: Joel Campton was raised in an abusive home that let him see the darker qualities of life. His mother was date raped when she was 16, but she refused to go through with an abortion raised in a strong christian family. Joel was the result, over time she grew into the role of being a mother, however struggling for money she became a prostitute. She grew to hate and abuse Joel mostly abandoning her christian beliefs but both were still in church. Joel had faith when younger, but turned his back on God as his life descended into madness. He dealt with bullies at school, and one day at the age of 11 he snapped and beat a kid half to death biting him. He was arrested, and separated from his mother by the authorities. He was sent to live with his Uncle a youth pastor living engaged, and he was raised in another religious family often challenging his uncle's beliefs, his uncle bonded with him by practicing shooting noting that Joel never missed a shot. He was an expert with anything he could shoot, but he wanted to go beyond that trying to less notable methods such as using marbles, and dice.

Joel distanced from his family, and to deal with his image using his expert marksman skills he joined the Baseball team making the team however he got into several fights, and was suspended from school. Some of the players came to play a prank on him and he ended up shooting one and was placed in Juvenile Detention. He managed to escape, and sought out his mother now a drunkard, and now 16 he beat and robbed his mother blaming her for what he'd became a monster. When "His" family came to visit he set fire to the hospital after that seeking to leave his life now a wanted fugitive, he joined the Military seeking to become a Sniper. Using the money he stole from his family, he obtained plastic surgery. Moving on with the Military he was one of the greatest snipers ever, and after leaving the Military, he set up a shop at the range seeking a quiet life. However this changed when SHIELD was dealing with HYDRA agents outside of his shop, he came in saving Zane, and bringing down the HYDRA agents with some knives.

He was recruited into SHIELD, and started a great friend-ship with Zane who's life he'd saved. He was recruited directly into Unit X, and was made the director of the group having no outward powers, making him the most qualified. He lead the team on numerous missions but he was ruthless in his work as he enjoyed assassination but still kept his morality through Zane. The Organization was shut down after a major mission was failed, and he worked with SHIELD  having during one mission to stop a Terrorist Attack in Chicago, the mission failed, and a suburb was wiped out his family died. Despite hatred of his mother he had grown to love his uncle, with his last love gone he brutally beat Zane, and swore to ruin him. For assaulting a SHIELD agent he was arrested, and placed on trial. Zane came forward for him dropping the charges, and Joel started a new life with his range given back to him.

Joel grew to hate SHIELD, and as a result their allies the SXM, and other heroes. He adopted to a quiet life, and hunted and cooked his own food. He was eventually hired to kill a man's boss for 1 million dollars, and he accepted killing the boss a rogue Oscorp employ, and Jorgan met him revealing it was a play to eliminate the man, and he wanted to recruit him into the Dark Avengers to save the world, and get vengeance on Zane. Joel agreed to the job, adopting his Bullseye costume once more, joining the Dark Avengers embracing heroism. He eliminated several of Jorgan's political opponents, and sought out Zane to kill him when Nicole neutralized the Resistance's powers. After he failed to kill Zane, he appointed himself on a new mission to kill the former SHIELD director going after him, and going to murder the X Force hiding out in a cheap hotel. He went to murder the members managing to shoot Fawkes in the shoulder, and got into a massive battle with Bernard whom he declared his true rival, he nearly lost the fight when Zane managed to shoot him.

In the end he lost the battle, and retired seeking redemption in a church. However he grew bored with redemption as he became a police officer, and tried to be a hero again but didn't care about humans any-more. However he was contacted by Amanda Waller, and resumed his career wanting to join the Thunder-Bolts but learning Unit X was being targeted by Kiya he was sent to assassinate her. He continued with his murderous streak until he was arrested and sentenced to life in prison. There MRD approached him with an offer to work with him for a pay of 200,000 a year and a pardon for his former crimes as long he sticked to fighting superhuman enemies. He was recruited and rose as one of MRD's top agents notorious for murdering mutants. ONe of Crowley's high ranking demons possessed him but he ended up being more evil then demon and took control. He then began doing missions for Crowley to help find the keys of hell so they could bring about Hell on earth, and sought out the fallen angel who was suppose to be his guardian. Seeking her out he used an ancient enochian spell to absorb her into him so he could become a hybrid, and still pretends that the demon is in control with his goal to gain control of Mephisto's realm, and be able to torture everyone he murders forever.
