Personality: Shakat is a very vengeful person, which makes him a danger to society. He wants revenge for anything ranging from name calling, to shooting his dog. He hates being annoyed, and he simply wants peace and quiet. He hates being denied revenge, and does not like being underestimated. He is a person who will not bother others, but has a temper when people won't answer his questions.

Skills: He is a skilled sniper, and a capable athlete. He is skilled at building constructs made of sand, and he can whistle loudly.

Dust Form: He has the ability to convert himself into a destructive dust blast by simultaneously transforming the substance of his body into loose silicon particles and creating an explosive release at his center, expelling his dusty mass at high velocity in all directions, then cause his particles to reassemble themselves back into his human form. With apparent telepathic control, he can then move at high velocity resembling a sand storm. The sand storm effect is strong enough to destroy steel and rip the flesh from one's bones.

-Enhanced Durability: His skin, bones and muscles are augmented to make them stronger and harder than human; he's impervious to injury to a certain extent.

Bio: Shakat was raised in Orlando, Florida into a happy go lucky family, and at a young age he became interested in quite activities such as reading. He grew to dislike his loud and obnoxious family, wanting to pay attention to more intellectual activities. His powers began to manifest when he turned into dust, and he was unable to return to his human form. He managed to reform, and sought out to control his abilities. His family moved to Odessa, Texas wanting to get to a quite area, encase a family member went missing again. Shakat trained his abilities, and decided he would join the military.

After he completed high-school, he joined the military. He stayed involved for about three years. During his time was a sniper, and after that he got a job as a college professor. He taught Biology, and he was the strictest and most hated teacher in Yell. Later however he began dealing with the Principle's annoying brother, and he left to kill the brother. However he was stopped by Milo, and Kathy. Then he was arrested, and later when being moved to Lex's new prison, he escaped and went after Milo/Kathy. He is currently on the run from the SXM and Authorities.
