Heroes Uprising NPC Thread

Any NPC's you create can be posted here. Post their name, and any basic information relevant to the character. Each person can post the NPC's they introduce to the RP in the thread. NPC's are non playable characters, minor characters who appear time to time in the RP but don't serve a major role. Usually anyone can use anyone's NPC's unless the creator is against that.

Barry - A man with taste manipulation who runs Mornings, a famous restaurant on Genosha that serves primarily breakfast, as well as deserts. He's honed his power to develop some of the tastiest ingredients, and has been approached by numerous business men who want to open a chain of Mornings across the world. Caucasian semi obese chef who has a love for people and a friend of Dave Fuller.

Tom: Elderly man who runs an ice cream shop on Genosha. Grandson works for S.H.I.E.L.D. Has no powers, but is very friendly, and a supporter of the SXM giving Sandra and Chloe free ice cream.

Kenny Wallace: Official Government Liason between the International Community as a whole and the SXM, works directly for the U.N and delivered the message to Sean of MRD's SRD being closed due to insufficient funds.
