Ruth is a very aggressive Angel, and amongst the 7 Archangels of God, the one who cares the least about those who worship her Father. All she cares for is to complete her mission, which is to avenge any and all crimes done against Heaven and the Heavenly Host. She is essentially an assassin, the manifestation of God's punishment upon the wicked
She has gone has far as call humans "monkeys". Despite this behavior, she will got out of her way to do her job, and does respect those who in her eyes have earned it.
Her time stranded on Earth mellowed her out somewhat, but hasn't erased her imperious attitude towards mankind and her unflinching loyalty to her Father

Archangel Blade: The blade of the archangels. A powerful weapon created by the Heavenly Host which can kill just about anything, including Cosmic Entities, immortals and mutants. The victims glow with a white light before vanishing.

As an Archangel, she possesses vast magical and psionic powers granted by the Heavenly Host
Standard Angel Powers:
-She possesses extreme superhuman abilities including speed, strength, reflexes and stamina. Her body is completely immune to conventional weaponry, psionic powers of any scale and even magic thanks to her divine essence. She can go without any sort of nourishment and can resist any Earthly disease
-She possesses the ability of flight through the use of her wings
-She can fire bolts of heavenly fire from her hands or summon archangel swords at will. -She possess powers of teleportation through time and space
-Psionically, she can alter people's dreams to appear in them, alter their memories and can even force others to obey her will and cast illusions. She can completely conceal her presence, though rare sensitives can still sense her
-She can resurrect the dead by sharing his own divine essence with the deceased, and this can be used to heal.
-She is capable of Exorcism which is enhanced when making physical contact with the target. This can be used against any form of possession including demonic and psioninc possession, and this skill can be used to regain abilities even a connection to the Phoenix Force or mental stability.

As the Angel of Vengeance, her greatest power is the ability to consciously control any Archangel Killing Blade that is not belonging to an Archangel itself. Meaning she has the potential to call forth any from the Heavenly Host, raining down death and destruction in the form of the Heavenly Swords.

Bio:
Ruth was the second to last Angel born, at the same time as Akroma, and together they form a duo representing the Wrath and Vengeance of Heaven. While her sister inherited the Heavenly Fire, Ruth inherited the Heavenly Blades.
She thus became an assassin for heaven, tracking down all enemies to Heaven and handing out God's vengeance upon them. Also unlike her sister she seemed to naturally fit for her job, and never once has doubted the will of her Father

As she grew into her work, she became uncaring and rude, becoming the only Angel so far who does not show an inherently good side, at least so far. She cares little for humans and will show no kindness towards them, let alone mercy for those she is told to kill.

She is the second Archangel to appear, showing up on behalf of Ruth to painstakingly explain to the SXM what exactly had taken over their friend Amber during her possession by All the Evils of the World
