Bio: Javier was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia by his maternal grandparents. His mother was an alcoholic that was in and out of rehab, and his father was placed in jail manslaughter after getting into a fight on the block they lived on. With Javier not being monitored while n the streets, he got into using drugs. He started smoking cigarettes at the age of ten, and then moved onto marijuana at twelve. He stuck to marijuana for a while before experimenting with cocaine and the heroine. He barely graduated high school, but managed to hold his one at school after joining a youth church group after his grandfather had passed away. Being off drugs was hard, but he remained strong willed until recently.

After his mother was reported to have been hit and run by an ice cream truck, Javier’s only escape was by getting high. He started doing heroine again with his best friend Seth, who told him about some scientist that was holding out on some good heroine. With both luck and skill, the two men broke into the lab. They didn’t find the drugs at first, so they started trashing the lab. Unfortunately a mixture of spilled chemicals created a fire within the lab. Javier found a container of syringes, think it was the heroine. He was going to grab it and go, but he was far from too late as there was an explosion. Little did they know, the scientist held back on making heroine, so he could focus on a synthetic mutant formula.

Javier woke up the next day in his bed at his grandmother’s place. He thought it was a bad trip or dream, until he got called about Seth dying in a chemical explosion at a Terracorp lab. Javier didn’t tell anyone about what happened and hushed up about it. Within a few days though, he found something going on with his body. He was able to do things that only a mutant could probably do. He was able to reshape body parts and tint his skin. He figured that he gained these powers from the explosion, but that didn’t rid him of his guilt. Things would only get worse though as one day while walking his grandmother’s dog, he had the urge to… eat it. He tried to fight it, but it was too much and he snatched the dog up into an unlit parking lot. When he returned home, he couldn’t believe what he had done, and immediately went to Seth’s gravestone and tied to pray over it. Sadly, no redemption was there. Instead, the feeling to take in more came. Javier had emptied out a few caskets that night. When returning home again. He said so long to his grandmother and decided he was going to run away. He didn’t know where, but he couldn’t live with himself being around people after what he did. He didn’t want to be connected to anything he did, so he fled to the streets with barely anything.

His attempts to stay away from society didn’t help him. His hunger just grew. It was like a bad addiction that wouldn’t stop. He’s heard of a string of murders taking place during the times he has blacked out. Some of the people he actually remember killing were in his head.
