Rosie is fairly new to Gotham City. So new that the first big thing she experienced was the Particle Accelerator Explosion, which turned her into a Metahuman in a place she didn’t know. Which is something she is still learning about and trying to understand. So now she's attempting to understand where she was because it's clear that she was nowhere near her home and someone had transported her into this new world. On her Earth, most considered Rosie an outlaw, even though she did nothing against the people in the town she resided in unless they were outlaws themselves. When not preoccupied with chores on her family’s ranch or helping out the Blacksmith in town, she was keeping an ear open for news about outlaws passing through the town or nearby towns. Rosie had stopped many outlaws from robbing banks and trains, thwarted cattle rustlers and horse thieves, and even a few superhumans and monsters, all while keeping her face hidden to keep the townspeople from knowing it was her. A few of those even caused her to cross paths with the Justice Riders and finally convinced them she was dealing with the outlaws and not helping them. There, she gained a reputation for carrying twin six shooters and her abilities in fast draw/marksmanship, equestrianism, tracking, and fixing minor issues with mechanical horses. Rosie was also very skilled at making her own bullets, but that was something she kept to herself. She helped her parents keep their ranch going by entering competitions, working with the blacksmith, working on mechanical horses, and collecting bounties.
