Personality:
Initially acting emotionless and little more than an automaton, the Homunculus modeled after Isabel was slow to show herself even possessing humanity or a sense of self. The few times she experienced emotions, she assumed it was due to the lingering memories of the real Isabel, whom she was modeled after. However, interactions with the SXM and especially Yamairo slowly lead to her realization she had feelings of her own, and when the Angra Manyu was implanted in her in an attempt to create a being of pure evil from birth, she resisted and found herself aware of her own humanity due to it.
Since then she has slowly come to express herself form, although she is still extremely reserved and calm. The one exception is if Yamairo is threatened to which she replies with fury and over protectiveness. She seems to struggle with others, even with her own infant daughter, but slowly learned to open herself to in turn receive an emotional response.

She's a capable fighter. Supposedly she has the same skillset as her namesake, but she rarely shows them. Unrelated to that, she's a very good chess player

Powers:
She can be called a sculptress. This is the best way to summarize her control over weather patterns. She has one of the greatest potentials for raw destruction and is an omega level mutant.

-Atmokinesis. Isabel can see the world as ever changing energy patterns that she can mold to create a multitude of weather effects, even on global scales.
--Wind: She has the ability to fly by gliding on wind currents as high as the atmosphere can be stretched by using her mastery over wind. She can create a dome of air pressure to deflect attacks. Her power over air pressure has also been used to crush entire house and buildings. She can also create powerful tornadoes, hurricanes, and various wind patterns that are capable of moving a vast number of objects/people including levitating entire buildings. Her control and awareness of air in the atmosphere even allow her to determine if nearby people are breathing or not. She has particular control over this aspect of wind manipulation and can use it at a much greater radius than the original Isabel could. She can take away someone's air and subject them to vacuum conditions. Her control is such she can sense air displacement for miles if she focuses.
--Lightning: Her main choice of attack, she can summon lightning bolts from the sky that can be used to blind, stun, or severely burn her opponents, even to the point of death. She can also use this ability as a concussive force. Her power over thunder can even be used to create deafening sounds for distracting her enemies. She can manipulate lightning down to the electrons of its charge. She can gather entire planet's worth of electrical power into a single massive bolt. She can create lightning storms in an area.
--Water: Her ability over water and it's forms has been shown by her creation of heavy rainfall, and instant floods. She can cause massive tsunamis and split oceans apart, and control the currents beneath the waves. Control over moisture and temperature allows Isabel to freeze/flash freeze objects and people in the blink of an eye. She can also raise massive mists for cover and move clouds. Using moisture to refract light, she can appear nearly invisible to the naked eye
--Concentration of Elements: She can also control the amount of certain elements in the surrounding atmosphere, and she uses this power mostly when countering fire users, but also uses it to increase their potential, or cause large explosions on her own. She can also coalesce pollutants into acid rain or fog.
--Interstellar weather: When out in space, Isabel can manipulate effects such as solar storms and winds, as well sense effects such as interplanetary geomagnetic fields.

-Energy Manipulation: When using her powers, she becomes one with the energy patterns she manipulates. This gives her the ability to project weather effects through her body. For instance, she can generate lightning, intense cold, and intense heat, from her hands rather than from the actual atmosphere

-Earth-Link: Her powers has created a psychic bond between herself and the primal life force of Earth's biosphere. This bond with the Earth gives Isabel spiritual and material sustenance with an almost empathic sense towards living things. She can sense inherent imbalances in the Earth, including the magnetic field and earthquakes as well as weather patterns. She can discern her position on the globe by interpreting the weather patterns visible to her.

Bio:
After Isabel was killed by Yamairo during Iliria's awakening, Iliria herself became aware of it. Due to Iliria's own ruthlessness, she got a contact of her family, a very skilled alchemist, to create an homunculus that looks just like Isabel, with all her memories. The clone was used to attack Yamairo. However, it backfired when Marie attacked and nearly defeat Iliria herself. She was forced to leave the clone behind.
She was kept in confinement during all this time, and during this time, Anna helped her to gain some measure of emotional capabilities. She seemed to develop an emotional attachment to Yamairo.
As time passed, Yama himself also began to feel conflicted over her, not knowing if he should even be near her because of who she looks like. Her first instances of actual concern came with Yama's falling to the Legacy Virus.

Soon, the Hunters attacked, and she helped defend the island against them.
5 months later, she was officially on active duty in Isabel's former role. During this time, she slowly came to grow close to Yamairo, albeit never seeing herself as more than a replacement for the original Isabel. While these events happen, Dark Reign starts, and she's captured very early on. Being freed right at the end of Jorgan's reign, she fights in the final battle against HAMMER. After these events, she takes up residence in Yamairo's old warehouse, all the while feeling more and more the effects of her attraction to the samurai. She convinces herself it is nothing more than residue memories and emotions from the personality given to her.

It is during Amadeus plan, when she is captured and given the essence of All the Evils of the World, that she truly realizes she truly loves him. At this point however, she is unable to control what is growing within her. But, thanks to the SXM and Yamairo, she's saved and lives to finally owns up to her humanity, separate of what the previous Isabel. From that point onward, she is much more open, and shows a much great range of emotions (albeit still very reserved).
She follows him as he joins the resistance against Milo, and as the SXM are finally fully reinstated as heroes and accepted into the community

She is present along the following arcs. During No More Heroes, Yama and her return to Japan. They get married there. After Harry and Filipe arrive to recruit them for the new team, she naturally follows Yama.
She helped defend Genosha during the Serpent's and Sutur's attack.

During the Cancerverse invasion, she is forced to fight alter Isabel, who was still the original one. Showing herself to be vastly above her, she also loses because she sacrifices her defense to save Aya.

When MRD begins to push for registration, she is amongst those that remain at the mansion, neutral, both refusing to fight MRD or put on the monitors. Eventually, after Mother's final spell, MRD conquers Genosha and the superhero community is splintered. She flees with Yamairo to the outskirts of Tokyo to stay with Aya and her son. During this time, she becomes pregnant. Despite this, she still chooses to fight in the final battle for the planet against the Brood, defending Alcatraz and the portal to the prison dimension as the heroes attempt to extract Chulance to remove power to the prison. Almost defeated by the waves of Brood, she is saved thanks to Stew and Gary's timely intervention.

She then moves to Hokkaido's forests with Yamairo, Aya and Filipe's family.
