Skills: He is a skilled street fighter and wrestler. He is great in armed and unarmed combat. He is rich thanks to his father and can take a lot of pain.

Powers: Superhuman Strength: He's powerful enough to rip apart human flesh. Thanks to his strength he can push and pick up many normal sized vehicles such as Cars,Suv's and even a toss a bus around. He can carry small planes and Jet-boats. He can push medium sized boats when using full strength and he can punch through wood, metal, and brick. He is capable of throwing objects for miles and punching the ground at full-strength damaging his hand but causing cracks in the ground. He can perform enhanced leaps much like the Hulk allowing him to literally move from roof top to roof top. Due to the serum he's constantly gathering more strength to the point he can up root sky scrapers from cement, move commercial air-liners, cruise ships, and push mountains.

-Artificially Enhanced Physiology: Benjamin already had superhuman abilities before being injected with the Super-Soldier serum which instead of making him peak human, made him peak super-human. He's now in peak physical condition he's got intelligencen, strength, speed, agility, and durability that belongs to a peak superhuman. Although the SSS is definite, he maintains an overall healthy lifestyle including a regular exercise regimen and a balanced diet.

-Peak Human Speed: He can run at speeds of up to approximately 48 kilometers per hour (30 miles per hour) or higher, and has on occasion run a mile when under duress mile (1.6 km) in 73 seconds (49 mph/78 kph)). Due to being a peak superhuman however he is capable of moving at speeds beyond some of the fastest race cars on earth, and can almost become a blur in terms of movement.

-Peak Human Stamina: Rogers' body eliminates the excessive build-up of fatigue-producing chemicals in his muscles, granting him exceptional endurance and lung capacity. He can exert himself at peak capacity for hours without any rest and before showing any signs of fatigue.

-Peak Human Agility: His agility is greater than that of an Olympic gold medalist.He can coordinate his body with balance,flexibility, and dexterity. He also has the ability to leap hundreds of yards out in a single bound and hundreds of ft into the air without a running start.

He is durable enough to the point that if a person beats him with a thick wooden stick, the stick would eventually break and Viper would show little discomfort. This level of durability is how he survived other forms of extensive punishment throughout his career such as falls from several stories like when he landed on a car from 200 feet with no discomfort. The serum enhancing his already natural durability pushed him to the point that he can wist and gun fire, destructive beams of concussive force, electrical surges, and various other forms of pain up close with minimum discomfort.

-Peak Human Healing: Viper's healing speed and efficiency is at the highest limits of human potential, which means he can heal faster than most humans. The white blood cells (WBCs) and the SSS in his body are efficient enough to fight off any microbe, foreign body and others from his body keeping him healthy and immune to most if not all infections, diseases and disorders, also Benjamin cannot become intoxicated by alcohol, drugs, or impurities in the air and is immune to terrestrial diseases. He is also highly resistant to hypnosis or gases that could limit his focus. His body has advanced to the point he can heal from minor and small injuries very quickly, and major injuries like broken bones he can recover from in a matter of hours or days.

-Peak Human Mental Process: His mental performance has been greatly enhanced, allowing his mind to operate in the most efficient and rapid manner possible. One manifestation of this is his tactical genius; the ability to quickly process multiple information streams (e.g., threat assessment) and rapidly respond to changing tactical situations. Benjaminalso possesses an eidetic memory, meaning that he never forgets anything and has perfect recall. This enables him to remember any military tactic and apply it to any situation.

Bio: Benjamin was born on Haiti an island filled with war and was the son of Venjo the leader of Haiti and the army causing war with the citizens. He lived part of his child-hood there training with his body-guard Glen. He later left Haiti and was sent to America with part of the army to protect him. He lived with his uncle and aunt in America he was sent to school where he often had trouble and when fourteen had bully problems.

He met and befriended another troubeled student named Rail and discoverd his powers using them to get revenge on some of the bullies and protected Rail. He began to due drugs over the next three years and Ray his science teacher found out. The police came and Benjamin started a fire in the school planning to escape but was captured by the police and sent to Juve. He planned to escape and formed a gang with many Juveline deliqeuents there.

He met Shawkun and helped him learn to use his ability. They all planned and escape and Shawkun was forced to take Benjamin's soul temporarily to finish the plan. Benjamin and Shawkun parted ways and Benjamin and his gang began causing trouble and getting revenge on people from the high-school killing them and the family. He used his money to help his gang and became dangerous later the Agency pursueing him since he was a dangerous being.He evaded them and later met a former class-mate Nate managing to kill his parents but not him.

He later learned of his father's death and went to Haiti to avenge him but the current leader Velon left and he attended his father's funeral and left Glen in charge of Haiti as he took some men and than went in after Nate pursueing him cornering him until Milo and some cops came. He fought but Milo fought back manging to defeat him and injure him causing him to be arrested and the police began taking down his gang. He recuperated ad thanks to Dimitri planned to escape but had a re-match with Milo loosing.

He was sent to a hospital to recover from the battle and Ray, Wave, and Rail were sent to rescue him. Later Ray took him back to the base and he was healed and decided to help the Agency however he did not like Samuel's plan and was locked up and imprisoned. After Samuel's death he joined Velon and Dimtiri and went on the run with them he used his gang to help the trio evade capture until Zulan came and spotted them attacking. He fought with the others but was murdered by Zulan and the latter took his powers. He wa srevived by Samuel and Shawkun and forced to battle in his tournament fighting Sandra and Frank the latter nearly killing him. He decided to return to his gang and later they accidentally released Nate during the demon invasion.

Benjamin was later hunted down by the police from an anonymous tip from the SXM, and arrested. He escaped the officers, and rebuild his gang up, rising in gang activity clashing with the Mafia and Chinese Triads, as the Handro Clan. He often clashed with Dale as Spiderman, and Milo helped Michael capture him. He was sent to the Vault for years where he met up with Shawkun and eventually Ben planning to escape. During prison he'd studied a formula, and planned to escape to obtain the super soldier serum in order to get stronger, and be the toughest inmate in the Vault if he ended up sent back. In the end not due to his own efforts but Red Skull's he finally obtained a potent strain of the super soldier serum enough to battle against some of the SXM, however he proved inferior to Milo. He was abandoned by Red Skull, and Shawkun, he was captured again. However he managed to escape the Vault, and returned once more to his criminal activities. However he found himself in despair over his new found immunity to substance abuse, leaving him sober, and angry all the time.
