Vinlo: Alright let's go.

"Vinlo had the prisoners hand-cuffed, and teleported them to Xandar with Ixia telling her to escort them to the prisons before leaving to the trash planet to retrieve the space vessel, and got in it heading back towards Xandar before using com systems to contact Ixia."

Vinlo: I'm cruising..through space, take the box to Worldmind for examination we need to figure out what it is, I'll see about interrogating some of the Black Zero agents to find out what they planned to do with it.

Surfer: I'm glad I could get to you, and also glad you're not sacrificing innocent lives to the world eater. I have come in contact with woman who's had insight into the future and have had visions of great peril, an evil that would rot not just one world or two but multiple several ones..I saw Galactus himself hunched over in pain dying of a lack of food..a famine is coming...and I seek your help to stop it.

"Kor sighs and walks over to whisper in Cereza's ear"

"Cereza orders the guards to lower their guns"

"Vinlo was just sitting in the ship cruising through space for once it seemed a mission had gone well but something about that box didn't sit with him. He wanted to use his own powers to analyze the weapon after the World-mind was through with it but as he was flying he began thinking and turned the ship around going back towards the planet he was leaving."

Vinlo: Maybe..just maybe..

"As he was nearing the planet a foul smell entered his atmosphere, and some sort of corruptive precense was felt rotting his ship causing it to fall apart, and Vinlo phased out as the ship broke into pieces crumbling in space as he supported himself with nova energy looking out at the trash planet and it seemed the planet had a thick dust running through it and he turned off his ability to smell and formed a couple fields as he flew down into the planet landing on the ground only for part of it to crack open and fall around him."

Vinlo: What the hell is this..there's no life...the energy to sustain keeps diminishing and rapidly...what was in that box?

"Vinlo walked over to a man someone dumping trash, and saw a crashed ship, or what was left, and the man's skin was rotting, his eyes blood pouring out, and his arms blew up splattering liquids eveywhere as he began melting screaming in pain while Vinlo felt his barrier starting to fade and began to fly higher and higher outside of the atmosphere of the planet."

Worldmind: this weapon..this is one of the most powerful biological weapons in the universe, it's origins are Celestial in nature, and beyond even my complete under-standing. From what little information I have, it's very dangerous..lethal..probably on a planetary scale but as long as it's not opened..there's no threat, however if opened...the effects could be cataclysmic...not only for the area it was opened in but the entire universe. Take this to our top security storage room, and lock it up so that it never see's the light of day.

Surfer: I Don't think it's reached that point yet to the point where he would starve, surely if the effects had transgressed to that level we'd have discovered it, I need your help to investigate and begin a search perhaps whatever this famine is we can find the root of it and discover, perhaps if you see the psychic she can help you as well. Her powers allow her to see the future in relation to the individual, she's a Semarian my relation to Galactus is minimal compared to that of a current herald.

Ixia: See? Sensors didn't pick up anything

"Bart offers him a handshake and heads off, a few guards accompanying him to help with the supplies."

Kor: You will have to hurry Milo Ventro, I was merely stopping here on my way to another assignment on the edges of the Imperium.

Worldmind: WHAT!!!!

Worldmind: Be careful! However it's true upon further analysis of it's nature and inner contents I cannot detect the presence of any..weapon within biological, inanimate or otherwise, so perhaps the arms dealer was attempting to pass off a fake, it would explain so much more such as how he managed to acquire the weapon if it was not indeed legitimate, but if Black Zero had managed to acquire this we'd be in a universe of cosmic trouble. Still transport this to the weapons vault chambers and lock it, I'll conduct further investigations on this matter at another time, aside from that you're free to go until another assignment pops up.

Surfer: Of course, I don't know how Galactus makes heralds these days but see if you can keep up.

He took up the speed of light due to enteirng hyper space and it wasn't long before he was entering the atmosphere of the planet."

"Surfer yawned as he arrived making sure Catherine was there and began descending into the city of Purel. A beautiful sparking village, it didn't have hte most advanced technology, but it had advanced past anything on modern earth, it seemed the people here prefered a life closer to nature then that of what was currently going on on earth. Surfer began flying lower and Semerian children and citizens seemed to wave and smile bringing joy to Surfer's heart."

Surfer: It's something isn't it, the happiness that some have when there are those who have plenty and are in despair. Anyway we must head to the temple, that's where Lady Shanu resides, and she can read your future and it's correlation to this planetary famine.

Milo: I see..my boss is calling me too apparently there's a raging genetic DNA eating monster in a galaxy over that I need to deal with before he absorbs the populations greatest defenders and becomes a threat not bound to a planet. I'm trying to get help to build a team, a league of sorts of people of whom I can call on when dealing wtih dire threats to the universe such as the Wave I was wondering if any of you would be willing to volunteer or know of anyone in the Imperial who'd be of some service.

Ixia: Hey Worldmind. Just a question. If it's something like a virus or a bacteria, and it just escaped the box, wouldn't it start infecting everything? Maybe I'm infected? I should prolly be quarantined as well right?

"Surfer smiled happy Catherine seemed to enter her human form, although they weren't on vacation it was good to see she could relax. He could sense darkness in her past, but unlike most as a herald it seemed she'd progressed further into the light at Galactus's side. As they flew they neared the temple and surfer landed his board now in hand and a guard approached."

Guard: Who dares.
Surfer: It is I Norrin Radd, I am here to revisit Lady Shanu and I've brought the herald of the world eater
Guard: Progress...Radd.

"The Guard moved to the side, and Surfer led them into the temple, a beautiful smell of nature, and candles were lit, as they left and found a lady sitting down at a table meditating and Surfer took a seat pulling out a chair for Catherine, while Shanu waved her hand and two cups appeared."

Shanu: My special tea please, you...ah..Catherine Anderson..I see..Isee give me your hands..I will see into the future and your correlation to this famine.

Milo: Thank you, Kor, it's been a pleasure, but I too have another mission on planet Tamatar..I must go Epoch is calling.

"Milo opened up a gravitational vacuum and sucked himself in reappearing in the void of space above the planet and he could sense war, this planet was one where battle was constantly happening."

"Milo began flying his cape flowing in the wind as he entered the atmosphere. He began using telepathy and senses to search for his next target Lomur, a dangerous gladiator who was trying to take over the planet and build an army to go to war with the rest of the universe while speaking of the end of the universe and needing an army to stop it."

Worldmind: Any signs of infection would surely be showing by now I believe you to be safe Ixia, quarantine may not be necessary perhaps it's best if you seek some time off work merely rest, my further analysis of the device will determine the nature of this weapon, but according to what knowledge we do have, a weapon of this magnitude would already be showing signs of infeciton in you.

She heads back up the complex system that compromises the Xandar cluster and heads to the hangar bay, coming across Kratho"

Ixia: Oh hey newbie. How was your mission
Kratho: Annoying. The chief Elder of planet Nocturne refusing to share their minerals with the other major space fairing planet nearby was causing friction and threatening war. We solved it.
Ixia: Volcanic planet inhabitants are always so much fun aren't they?
Kratho: On the flipside, we have a new recruit
Ixia: Lovely. I'm off to relax. Wanna come with?
Kratho: Can't. Not all of us are lazy

"Ixia throws out her tongue at him and gets on board a small craft, taking off. She'd have time to head home, relax a bit. Worldmind would take his time with the analysis"

"Shanu seemed tense and full of fear as she peaked into Catherine's mind clearly what she'd seen had been disturbing to her. She saw an everlasting expanse of pain and suffering, planet after planet rotting, Galactus clenching his stomach speaking of how he'd never thought he'd miss the worlds of mere insects, and beams of destructive energy flying through the galaxy, people suffering, famine on various worlds, pure agony, and suffering, death, annhilation. Shanu let go of Catherine's arms and was sweating."

Shanu: It will truly be end times...
Surfer: What?! What are you talking about, what vision did she show you?
Shanu: Be Gone Anderson! Death and destruction will follow with every step you take, with each second you wake...you must change your future for the sake of all of ours.

"Michael had enjoyed his time back on earth before returning to Xandar to speak of other matters. He was going about his business and he had to go speak to some new recruit when Worldmind spoke to him."

Worldmind: Michael I speak to you with great emergency, a great threat is emerging.
Michael: A great threat what are you talking about?
Worldmind: An anarchy will spread through the universe unlike which you've ever seen, something must be done, has to be done! Let me fill you in on the details listen..

"Catherine stares at her, and then her face and demeanor change to her aggressive and more human side"

Catherine: Okay see, that isn't helping me. That advice wasn't worth a goddamn thing. How about you stop talking in shitty riddles and fucking give me something that can actually help me and Galactus.

"Shanu glared at the woman and Surfer put a hand on her."

Surfer: Please I think it is time for us to go..that is all her power is capable of..Lady Shanu is very well respected and that is not how she deserves her power makes it able for you to see it is up to you to interpret your vision you simply need to peer into the depths of your conscious to do so.

"Some guards walked over and Surfer motioned for Catherine to get up, although Shanu was not a vengeful woman she did not appreciate Catherine's attitude."

"Milo was clapping his hands before forming a sphere of cosmic energy draining the gladiator of his negative energy with Isiah's ability before wiping some sweat off his brow."

Milo: Alright then another time guys.

"Milo waved his hand taking flight to leave the planet, while he was thinking about heading back to earth for a while to see what was going happening on Genosha he detected an anomaly in the "northwest" of the Milky Way."

Milo: Epoch didn't say anything about that but I should probably check this out anyway.

"Milo teleported away arriving at the location and was suddenly struck with disorientation and felt himself getting lost and looking around at what appeared to be a massive storm in space."

Milo: What the heck is going on..

"Milo appears to he lost in some kind of cosmic storm, unable to get his barrings. Finally, he happens upon a planet. It seems to have people on it"

Catherine: But nothing she said helped! A great hunger? How is that going to help be. Far as I can tell there was a famine, but even if civilizations go through famines and die off, Galactus' would not be affected...unless whatever causes the famines actually saps a planet of its very life energy.

"Catherine was trying to think. She was new at this, so she wasn't sure"

Catherine: Okay. Best bet we got is the Xandarians. The Worldmind has the biggest library in its database. We maybe can find something there, maybe a previous happening.
