Oliver believes that the ends justify the means, and is willing to commit crimes to achieve his goals. Oliver adopts a Robin Hood-type philosophy -- he steals ill-gotten valuables from the rich and donates the proceeds anonymously to charity. Oliver has shown he is even willing to commit murder for the greater good or even in revenge. Oliver is easily overcome with despondency, and goes back and forth between a belief that his life has no purpose, and the belief that he can make a make a difference as the Green Arrow.
After his parents died, Oliver lost himself in partying, alcohol, and girls. After being wrecked on a desert island and learning archery from the natives, he decided to become the Green Arrow and fight crime in Los Angeles. He holds great concern for his team members and his friends and is willing to do whatever it takes to rescue them from harm. He is a natural leader, but is capable of working with others. Oliver is quiet fond of female company, and is a professional womanizer, despite his redemption he still enjoys drinking, and partying. He has a deep hatred of individuals having too much power, believing power should be divided amongst large groups.

Survival Skills: Oliver is a person who's highly developed his survival instincts to the point that he knows alot, such as telling time from the sunset and such.

Master Archer: Oliver Morris is perhaps the finest archer ever known. He is able to shoot 29 arrows a minute. Oliver has shown the ability to shoot an arrow down the barrel of a gun, pierce a drop of water as it leaves a tap, and shoot almost any part of the human body; although he aims only to wound and not kill when he shoots. He once shot two arrows down two different gun barrels while upside down, in mid-flip while somersaulting off a building. He is even able to anticipate a bullet in flight, and block it with an arrow, and can even hit speedsters bellow the speed of sound with his arrows.

Master Martial Artist: He is proficient in several forms of hand-to-hand combat including Judo, Kickboxing and Karate.

Aside from his trick arrows. Oliver has access to state of the line technology, and is always developing weapons ffor the Government.. Has access to his own personal line of satellite's allowing him to monitor people, and has his own 'facility' being set up in Space called the Watch-tower allowing him to monitor earth. He also does research and development on drugs that induce abilities such as Nitro an addictive drug which grants temporary enhanced speed. He also uses Vocal Alteration technology, and numerous vehicle's such as the Arrow-Plane, Arrow-Car, and more. He also keeps an Anti Mugen ring which allows him to fight with mutants, but it's rumored it might have long term effects on his health.

Powers: There are rumors that he may be a mutant, but as of now he has no known demonstrated abilities.

Bio: Oliver Morris was born into a rich family the Morris Family, and was raised in a lavish lifestyle. But from young age he questioned why they were rich, and others suffered, and grew to care about others. His parents were very rich, and were involved in the Agency as his mother had an ability to transmute matter, which is how they built up there fortune, and got Morris Industries started. He attended an expensive private school, and studied the fine arts there. His parents were eventually killed in a plane crash arranged by Angel, to prevent them from exposing the Agency's secretes. His parents died a few weeks after his graduation from high school he drowned his sorrows in alcohol, women ,and money putting up a facade of a playboy who didn't care about anyone giving up his dedication to aid those less fortunate.

During a party on his private yacht, he was attacked by pirates seeking to kidnap him, and use him as ransom, the yacht suffered damage, and he escaped the pirates with his limited archery skills. He survived in the ocean, getting to an abandoned island known as the Savage Land with various prehistoric animals. He basically raised himself, becoming a survivalist. He improved his archery skills, hunting down various wild animals, and forming a connection with the animals on th Savage Land. Two years later some Eco Terrorists came to the island intending to sell the rare dinosaurs as pets in the black-market, but he ended up saving the animals, stealing the terrorists boat, and escaping. He returned to society, and took control of Morris Industries. He wanted to develop his arhcery skills traveling to Japan he joined a cult led by Munso a revolutionary against the strict Japanese Government especially after the TOD(Tokyo Ordinance Bill) which they were now using to restrict freedom. Oliver was trained by Munso, using his skills to aid against the TOD, and the Japanese Government.

Nearly escaping capture, he abandoned Munso's group, returning to America, starting several charitable projects, and adopted the alias the Green Arrow becoming the modern day Robin Hood, he aided against HAMMER believing them to be corrupt and gathering too much power. Unlike the vast majority of superheroes he proved to be ruthless in his crime fighting methods savagely beating criminals, and even killing them if he felt necessary. The Avengers pursued him, and he proved a dangerous individual murdering Jorgan Osborn, and defeating Terrell Harrison alone before he slew the Avengers. He formed a partnership with Aaron, and they developed the world's first repulsor engine for Air Force One. Oliver gained control of Aaron's company changing it to Stark and Morris Industries with him as the CEO.

Now the CEO of the Repulsor Engines, which become popular on an international level rivaled by Ventro Incorporated's Solar Towers. Business rivals they also developed a strong bond and friendship, while meeting with Nono, he rebuilt the Avengers from scratch forming the New Avengers believing the world still needed non mutant heroes to provide a balance. There first official mission was working to stop the Absorbiums who kidnapped Galactus, and he went to stop them but was too late as Milo eradicated and repaired the Multiverse. In the new time-line he failed to stop the Absorbiums from taking Galactus, He became one of S.W.O.R.D's major allies, and befriended Ivankov, and Near as well the director of S.H.I.E.L.D. They recruited the Antichrist onto there team next Sammie after investigating some disturbances in reality, and mysterious deaths. They became the enemies of Heaven and lead to Oliver having a confrontation with Namek whom he managed to ward off with some strong words.

He had Sean train Sammie, and prepared the team who resumed fighting crime around the USA. During the Galaxy War they aided the earth, and they breached Shi Ar ships bringing them down, and Oliver used stolen technology to form his hammer-space system that allowed him to travel with more arrows. After the won the war he attended the inter-galactis peace treaty signing, and voiced his opinion having played a massive role in the war. After that he became a fatherly figure to Sammie defending her from Angels, Demons, and Voidlings during the time Zadkiel's rebellion rose up. He ended up giving her to Terrell after he defeated the New Avengers but had a tracking arrow on them, and they went after her and he helped her as Zadkiel gained power. He lead the team into war with Lucifer himself and they managed to ward off the Devil.

After that chapter combined with Sammie's powers he set her up with a new life, and lied to the rest of the team saying he was 'searching' for her. He also began developing the drug Kick and developed a superior prison system for super-powered criminals on Ryker's island and a confrontation with Jorgan revealed all the illegal activities he had planned, including the bombing of Ryker's to eliminate the world's super-villian population. He also moved the New Avengers into a Tower he constructed for them, and joined Illuminati in Aaron's absence. He continued to lead the New Avengers even letting Aaron join the team for a time, and formed the Billionaire Squad with Jorgan, and Aaron. Using their resources along with Lex's help they managed to restore Milo's powers and won the Third Hunters War. He continued to help the team, and during the massive power wipe after Jorgan was arrested he was determined to restore the powers.

He eventually broke into the prison on Ryker's leading a prison riot and during the ensuring chaos helped Jorgan escape. They moved on to kidnap the secretary of defense Yua, and torture her family gaining information on the situation. They learned of Castiel and Crowley's connection, and got in contact with the X Force wanting Ledge's help to deal with their supernatural foes despite his lack of powers. He helped the powerless SXML Deal with Castiel, and managed to stall him until Milo returned and restored everyone's powers. He hospitalized most of Yua's family, but regretting his actions payed for the hospital bills. He helped form the Shadow League as one of the senior members recruiting the New Avengers into the team, and furthering his friendship with Aaron. Using the Billionare Squad's finances he helped finance the SXML, and played a role in numerous missions on the team.

During Fear Itself he learned Sammie was one of the Worthy, and helped try to save her from the Angels. After the destruction of Heaven, he formed an unlikely alliance with Castiel to help stop sever Sammie's connection having feelings for her. He became one of the 9 Mighty and along with Keel overpowered Sammie and severed her connection from the Worthy. He later helped the Mighty assault Dark Asgard, and played a role in the salvation of earth. After Death's curse he used his money to help the world, and with the curse lifted helped improve on Milo's mission to improve global living conditions. During Surtur's debt he once again aided his friends in defending Asgard and Earth from Ragnarok.
