Personality: Ganta is an individual who is very caring for nature, and it's various creations. He hates those who perform disgusting actions such as spitting on the ground,and other things. He also hates pollution, and as such he's against waste and especially disposing of garbage in lakes, and oceans. He has a hatred for teenagers, as he considers that period the Rebellious age, and feels angered when he hears of teens complaining, especially ones with large sums of money. He does not believe in wasting anything, thinking materials should be saved, and recycled, and also shared, and distrusted equally.
That being said he is a just ruler, and often hears both sides of a problem, and his solution is often a compromise. He is not quick to give out punishments, unless the crime is very bad. Despite his seemingly peaceful exterior he is quick to anger, and to unleash wrath on those who hurt him or his people, and often he attacks, and asks questions leader, which can lead to him placing blame on the wrong person, but often the damage is done before or if he ever learns the truth about something.  He's often manipulated or forced to help others, when his people are threatened or in danger, an example being when Virus threatened to use his ability to wipe out his people, unless he joined Jorgan's team.
Despite his violence, he does not judge people, and often shows gratitude to those who help him, and his people, an example being he has helped the X-Force countless times due to them saving Atlantis during the Skrull invasion. He is fascinated by marine life, and with his position as a World Leader, is always trying to get the Government to be more strict on stopping pollution, and similar activities. He is an active member of Illumanti, although he can be quit biased when it comes to his opinions.  Like many in Atlantis he worships the Olympian Gods more specifically Poseidon, and he will do anything for his Lord, even turning against his friends as seen during the Olympian Invasion.

Expert Combatant: Ganta's extended lifespan and his involvement in numerous conflicts both under the sea and in human wars have granted him a great deal of experience in hand to hand combat. Growing up, he demonstrated natural skill in both armed and unarmed combat and likely received extensive training in both later on. He is a master swordsman, marksman, and is capable of wielding other weapons such as spears but rarely does so due to his preference of hand to hand combat.

Bold Diplomat: Ganta is also a highly skilled leader and capable ruler.

Weapons:
Sphere of Poseidon: A weapon he received due to his devotion to his Lord Poseidon, this is one of the most powerful weapons, and one Poseidon gave up as a reward for his service. It Provides Ganta with immense magical, and ocean based abilities.

Hydrokinesis- As a result of the Sphere he can manipulate and control water. He can summon Gigantic Waves, Hurricane, Rain, Typhoons, and various other water related occurrences. He can manipulate the water inside of a person,  even extending to blood control, and can even drain a person of their bodily fluids, It's functions are similar to those of Mutants with water related abilities, although due to his sphere being magical in nature, it does not operate with regular limits.

Earth-quakes and Storms: He is able to generate Massive earth-quakes, and also manipulate the weather, similar to Kano's Mjlioner. The storms he can create are from massive lightning storms to raging Tornadoes, and again said abilities are magical in nature. He can even use sphere as a conduit shooting immense blasts of lightning from it, or powerful gusts of wind. He can also unleash raw beams of magical energy, that are capable of being concussive, or explosive.

Powers:

-Human/Atlantean Physiology: Ganta's powers come from his being a unique hybrid of Atlantean Homo mermanus and mutant Homo superior physiology combination. Because of his unusual genetic heritage, Ganta is unique among both ordinary humans and Atlanteans; , while the majority of his observed superhuman powers come from the fact that he's a hybrid of Human and Atlantean DNA, his ability to fly can't be explained by either side. (Atlanteans are an off-shoot of "baseline" humanity.)

--Amphibious Physiological Adaptation: Ganta's body is specially developed for underwater conditions, granting him specialized blood circulation to withstand freezing temperatures and highly developed vision to see clearly even in murky ocean depths. This hybrid physiology means he can survive indefinitely underwater or on land, though he would still need occasional contact with water to survive.

--Superhuman Strength: Like all Atlanteans, Ganta is super humanly strong but his physical strength is greater than that of any other known member of his race. While Ganta is immersed in water, or is not severely dehydrated, he is capable of effortlessly lifting far in excess of 100 tons. However, the longer Ganta is out of contact with water, his strength gradually weakens to the point where he possesses mere fractions of his peak physical strength. For instance, if he has been out of contact with water for a period of several hours his strength reduces to the point where he can only 85 tons. Any form of contact with water or consumable liquid will immediately restore him.

--Superhuman Speed: Ganta can run and move at speeds greater than even the finest human athlete. His speed is greatest, however, while swimming. Whereas most Atlanteans can swim at speeds greater than 60 miles per hour, and has shown he can reach a speed of over 100 miles per hour.

--Superhuman Stamina: Ganta's advanced musculature produces considerably less fatigue toxins during physical activity than the musculature of normal human beings, and most other Atlanteans for that matter. Ganta's stamina, much like his strength, steadily declines the longer he is out of contact with water and will diminish to the point where he only has slightly greater stamina than the finest human athlete.

--Superhuman Agility: Ganta's agility, balance, and bodily coordination are enhanced to levels that are beyond the natural physical limits of even the finest human athlete.

--Superhuman Reflexes: Ganta's reflexes are similarly heightened and are superior to those of the finest human athlete since he can react at impressive levels of super speed.

--Superhuman Durability: The tissues of Gantar's body are much harder and more resistant to physical injury than those of normal human beings and most other Atlanteans. Ganta can withstand tremendous impact forces, high caliber bullets, falls from great heights, exposure to temperature and pressure extremes, blows from powerful superhumans and powerful energy blasts without sustaining injury.

--Aquatic Healing: If he was somehow injured, Ganta's body can heal damaged tissue faster and much more extensively than a human or most Atlanteans. Ganta's accelerated healing is at it's peak while he is immersed in water and does diminish the longer he is out of contact with water or if he is completely dry.

--Radiation Absorption: Ganta can absorb certain levels of radiation. His potential is unknown.

--Extended Longevity: Atlanteans age much slower and live much longer than human beings with the average Atlantean lifespan being about 120 years. Ganta, at this time, is considered to be in his physical prime.

--Amphibious Breathing: Like all Atlanteans, Ganta can breathe indefinitely underwater due to having gills located behind his ears. Unlike most Atlanteans, however, Ganta  can also breathe on land indefinitely as well without the aid of breathing devices whereas most Atlanteans can only survive being out of the water for a matter of minutes.

--Aquatic Telepathy: Ganta possesses a telepathic rapport with all, forms of marine life. He is able to mentally communicate with most forms of marine life and can mentally persuade them to do his bidding. He is not limited to earth's aquatic creatures, as he can control any aquatic creature even extraterrestrial, and mystical. He is able to command The Kraken, Several Giant Serpents, and various other "Sea Monsters".

--Augmented Vision: Ganta's enhanced vision enables him to penetrate the ocean's depths and see through murky water.

-Flight: Ganta also possesses vestigial "wings" on both of his ankles, by which he seems to fly at speeds upwards of over 150 MPH. Since the "wings" by themselves could never carry Ganta, it has been speculated that he uses the wings for steering and flies in some other manner, perhaps by telekinesis. During the the times he's lost his ankle wings, he is unable to fly at all. Ganta's ability to lift weights while flying is lessened.

-Animal Mimicry (Aquatic Life): Ganta has the ability to mimic the characteristics of all the undersea creatures. Some of the abilities he has demonstrated are:

--Sonar: He possesses a natural form of sonar.

--Lateral Lines: He can detect subtle movement or vibrations around him, particularly underwater.

--Bio-Electricity: GHe can discharge bioelectricity similar to an electric eel, but seldom uses it. He seems to be able to absorb certain energies and convert them into bioelectricity. It would appear that he needs to absorb energy from outside sources to produce a charge.

-Olympian Force-As a result of his servitude to Poseidon, his god has connected him to the Olympian Force. Only the most powerful of Gods, and there loyal servants can access this power. It provides him with Limitless Magical Energies, which are elemental in nature. Being a servant of Poseidon, his Olympian Force skills are related to Poseidon's elements like his sphere. His natural physical attributes are increased, he's demonstrated the ability of mass teleportation, and granting others the ability to breath under water for an extended period of time.

Weakness

Due to his dependence on water to maintain his health and vitality, Ganta possesses a variety of unique vulnerabilities.

-Water Deficiency: When not exposed to water, many of Ganta’s physical attributes gradually decline and can reach a point where he possesses only a small fraction of his powers. Ganta's strength, stamina, and durability are affected most and, at their minimum known level, are much closer to the levels possessed by the vast majority of other Atlanteans. Renewed exposure to water will immediately restore his abilities. Complete lack of contact with water will prove fatal in about a week’s time.

-Oxygen Imbalance: Ganta has demonstrated a vulnerability to oxygen imbalance when remaining too long in either water or air, resulting in manic-depressive mood swings. Ganta is believed to be in the midst of an imbalance during the times in which he becomes angrily very easily, which he is well known for, and is unable to think clearly and logically. He can prevent this imbalance, however, by dividing his time between the two atmospheres.

-Dehydration: Very powerful heat-based attacks are a somewhat concern, as they can cause dehydration and cause his body to dry faster and weaken at at a accelerated rate.

-Pollution: If Ganta is immersed in or exposed to polluted water, it can have a negative effect both on his physiology and the efficiency of his physical attributes.


Bio:
Ganta was was born in the year 2240, a year filled pollution, and people getting sick from pollution. Atlanteon's were in a war against humanity, and mutants were spread out on both side's. His parents involved in Civil, a group who avoided the war, and tried to make peace between all three race's. His father an Atlanteon, and his mother a human. He helped out in Civil's activities, and got heavily involved with Civil's Government. He eventually left Civil joining the Atlanteon's, and using them to protect Civil. He took over Atlantis's forces, and fought for years, while secretly forming a faction to find any time travler's the Government hadn't killed.

They found a dying time traveler in hiding, who in his last moments sent Ganta back in time. He arrived a few months after the Hunter Invasion had taken place, and began to learn how different the world was, and he sought out other Atlanteon's, meeting up with a "lost" Atlanteon named Jedof, who claimed to be trying to find a device to help filter the polluted waters of Atlantis. Ganta decided to assist him, not knowing Jedof was exiled, and trying to get explosives, wanting revenge.

He hunted Down Atlantis, learning Namor had vanished. He took over Atlantis, and set out on a path to stop pollution. He formed a small faction to prevent pollution, and later X-force helped the Atlanteon's fought off invading Skrulls. As a result he had Atlantis help the SXM battle Hitler's Sentinel Army. Almost a year later Milo came to him, and  got him involved in the hunt for Kira. He helped battle Kira's Army, and later he lead a massive Atlanteon Attack in NYC. Later he confronted Yamairo about how the Government attacked Atlantis.

He learned the Kree were responsible, and later joined forces with the SXM in the invasion of the Kree's homeworld. Upon learning it was a big misunderstanding he went home, returning to ruling Atlantis although he was still bitter about the damage the Kree had caused him. The SXM went to gain his help during the Hunters Wars, and since they caused Namor's death, he gathered his armies and aided in the battles against the Hunters all over the world, and he became a World Leader in the next few months along with Kano, and Son, changing the earth's opinion on non human entities greatly.  However when Jorgan became President, he joined his forces after Virus threatened to wipe out Atlantis with a virus. He was a major help in bringing down the X Force, and later helped out during the Cosmic Invasion helping out against the Phalanx.

He continued his activities in Illuminati voting for Carl to join, but refused to have the Atlanteons aid Aaron with his hunt for Terrell as his people suffered enough.
