Harmonia flexed and fought off Sandra's hold " HA, sorry bitch but this is the good stuff, adamantium and vibranium, a bit above your pay grade "

She whirled around, becoming a blur, but before she could attack Sandras right, something seemed to yank her left leg, throwing her off balance. Harmonia quickly regained her balance and jumped back. No way that had been Sandra, she looked around and found that Emmet was back on his feet, arm outstretched.

Emmet was shocked, he'd seen Sandra about to be attacked and reacted on instinct, mentally pulling at Harmonias leg. Telekinesis? He had no time to debate this new power however. Harmonia slammed her fist against her chest, hitting some device.

Off in the distance the iron maidens suddenly started vibrating, their eyes glowing an angry red. The one Kano was about to defeat suddenly caught his punch and squeezed with enough force to her the asgardian, slamming its fist into his chest and knocking him away, three others gave chase, their speed vastly different now.

Victoria shoved Cassandra out of the way as one of the iron maidens arms transformed into a gatling gun rained bullets. Thanks to Tabithas buffs, Victoria was only taking minimul damage, but it was stacking up, even when she used chi.She was beginning to get overwhelmed as well.

An iron maiden caught Teslas by suprised, it's fist striking her back hard enough to cause a crack in her diamond form.Tanesha ran forward on impulse, despite her dislike of Tesla, they were still on the same team. But before she could get to the girl, two iron maidens attacked, one with a shot gun arm and another with tazers. She managed to slow down the shot gun one, but the tazer one grabbed her by the neck and sent burst of electricity through her body, ringing out a scream lout enough for Sandra to hear.

" Go " Emmet said, gathering flames around his hands " I'll handle her, or we will " Kaiser appeared beside him, katana drawn.

Suddenly Roberta landed down hard enough to make a small crater. in her right hand was a crushed robots head, she wore a manic expression on her facve " No, somethings screaming at me to fight her, you guys go help the others "

Emmet could sense something swelling within Roberta, she was rapid adapting to the conflict.

" Very well dawling "

They dispersed, Emmet taking to the sky, the sight he saw was not good at all. The iron maidens were overwhelming them, the other horsemen hadnt even joined the fight yet, let alone the Lees.

Donovan was standing in front of Tabitha, shielding the mage as she worked on trying to heal Dave who'd taken a bad hit. Garfield was working on keeping the iron maidens against the support mages, but using so much magic was draining him.

Emmet dropped down, cosmic energy pulsing around his body. He spied the spot where Riku had been taken down, his remains were gone, that gave Emmet a surge of hope. This battle was not lost, not even close, but they needed to close the gap.

He flew towards Katy, her initial feats seemed to be having some effect, but now they were causing the iron maidens to explode, he swooped down, catching the girl before she could be engulfed.

Sandra gave Emmet a nod and flew off in Tanesha's direction. Seeing Tanesha in trouble as she neared made the girls blood boil and she instinctively drew on the power of the Phoenix, not even really aware she was doing so. With a fist covered in cosmic energy she connected a flying punch to the side of the Maiden's head, screaming at it to drop Tanesha as she did so. This took even the buffed Maiden's head clean off in one well swoop, this shocked Sandra as she realized she must of called upon the Phoenix's power. So was this the type of strength this strange space energy provided? She had to time to ponder this and she blasted the headless corpse of the maiden as it still seemed to be holding on. The cosmic fire energy of the Phoenix quickly took care of what was left of the maiden. Sandra quickly caught Tanesha as she started falling from being shocked and she helped to gently ease the girl down. "Tani, Tani are you alright?"

Tesla was shocked after seeing the events unfold, these iron bitches where strong enough to crack Tesla's own armor in a single hit. That was no small feat and took immense amounts of strength to accomplish, yet it seemed to stand no chance against the power of this Phoenix Force that Emmet and Sandra had. Just how strong where these two? Or a better question, how strong are these two going to be if they are already this strong now? It seemed to Tesla that Emmet and moreso Sandra acted out of instinct and emotion, neither of them might not realize how strong they actually are.

Katy realized a bit to late she had pinned herself in as the malfunctioning maidens where beginning to explode. Before she could get swallowed up in the explosions she found herself swept up and whisked into the sky. Looking up she seen it was Emmet. "Phew good timing on the rescue there Em."

Cassandra quickly put up a telekinetic barrier them to give Victoria a breather. "Wow that gun would of ripped me in half. Victoria, thank you." While they had a moment Cass didn't have nearly as much training as Sandra, this barrier would only be able to last so long and these iron maidens seem to everywhere, all around them and attacking everyone. "Any ideas on how we're going to get out of this mess?"

"Think nothing of it dawling! " Emmet said as he placed Katy down and turned to face three charging iron maidens.

Cosmic energy flowed through his body, to his hands. He'd been training quite a lot over the last month, on not only his natural abilities but of course on the phoenix force. Control was the key thing about the power, everytime he attempted to sense the outer limits of it, he failed utterly, making him believe the cosmic entity was boundless. Keeping this in mind he focused on drawing a measured level of power so as to not be overwhelemd, but that was easier said then done.

He came up with a few training regimens, one being drawing a perfect circle. He came up with the idea after perusing through a few books on the mathmetician Archimedes. From there he set to work, he spent hours drawing circles, trying to get to a perfect one. It took a great deal of concentration and calculation, but he achieved it, next he began applying it physically, with balloons no less.

He conjured orbs of cosmic energy inside the balloons, of course they would burst on contact. But that was point, to learn more control over the power. He was thankfully he needed very little sleep to get by, it allowed him to pour a great number of hours into it till he managed to get it right.

Emmet gracefully conjured up three basketball sized orbs of cosmic energy. He sent them flying, the moment they made contact, they smashed straight through the iron maidens, destroying their chest and lower cavitiesd before exploding. He shot straight up into the air as four more gave chase, he sent a lone orb straight down, smashing through the robots in a straight line.

Harmonia immediately went on the offensive, charging straight for Roberta. Her cybentic enhancements tweaked to one of the highest settings, making her a virtual blur. She appeared behind Robera, aiming to punch right through her chest, but Roberta twisted to the side, narrowly avoiding the attack.

They began a sort of dance, both in constant movement, Harmonia attacking and Roberta dodging by a hairs length.Roberta had good reflexes already, but she'd been training hard with using chi, she apparently had a good amount of it, trying to master everything Kaiser and Noah had to teach.

As Harmonia went for an uppercut, Roberta suddenly dissapeared reaapearing a few inches to the left and catching Harmonia's wrist. She hammered a few punches into the womans gut before hurling her against a tree, catching up the moment she made impact. But Harmonia's reflexes were pretty good too and she swiftly pushed off from the tree.

Landing in a handstand, the bottom of her metallic feet opened up and sprayed intense waves of fire. Roberta jumped back to the avoid the fire, but Harmonia immediately met her, leaping up, she caught Roberta by her neck and slammed her hard into the ground.

" This is pure adamantium you little bitch, your got getting out of this, now hold still and let me watch the life drain from your eyes! "

Roberta thrashed against Harmonias hold, but the woman was right about her limbs, an immense amount of strength was being put into them. Thinking fast, Roberta began to relax,an odd sense of calm came over her as she took in everything around her. All the conflict and violent was oddly soothing to her, suddenly a flood of power washed over her body, she grabb hold of Harmonia's arm and tossed her off.

Taking in a few blessed gulps of breath, she leaped to her feet and side stepped another attack from Harmonia, she began using shundo more, coating the bottom of her feet in chi and moving swiftly, but Harmonia's was still able to catch up with her, but the longer the fight went on, the more something became apparent. Roberta was getting stronger.

Harmonia glared at her as she the girl dodged her attacks more easily and began to strike back, their dance being a rapid tug of war as they each reacted to the other more, but Roberta was growing more accostomed to Harmonia, even as the horsemen of war was mixing up her combinations, from kung fu to caporeira. But Roberta was matching her.

Roberta felt an intense anger beginning to overtake her, realizing it was Harmonia's power, but instead of letting it controll her, she channeled it, her strikes beginning to catch Harmonia off guard. Harmonia roared and put all her strength into her next punch. Roberta instinctively brought her arms up to block it, making Harmonia grin savagely.

But the moment Harmonia's fist connected, a loud clanging sound rang out. Golden gauntles had suddenly manifested on Roberta's arms down to her elbow, baring a slight dent, but otherwise unbothered by Harmonias attack, much to the womans shock. Roberta seized her chance and hammered her fist into Harmonia's chest, sending the woman flying.

Harmonia landed, one knee to the ground, she glared at Roberta, but her attention was diverted to the sparking coming from her chest, Roberta had struck the controller for the iron maidens and was causing it to short circuit.

Meanwhile the iron maidens had lost the red glow in their eyes and were beginning to move more jerkily. Suddenly an immense amount of demonic energy exploded into the area, followed by a surge of darkness that speared through several of the robots.

" Good move Robbie, now lets take dollar store hoes down! " Riku declared as he stood on one of the spike points he'd created and jumped down, sending out blast of demonic energy and hellfire.

" You heard him dawlings, this fight has only begun and we shall not lose it!! " Emmet yelled.

Noah, moving like a golden comet, smashed through several of the robots, joining Donovan in protecting Tabitha, she'd finished taking care of Dave and the boy rejoined the fight. Kaiser was slicing through the robots, fiding that it took around ten or so cuts to down the things, but that was a simple enough task for him.

" I'm good, thanks " Tanesha told Sandra as her girlfriend helped her stand up " You alright? " she asked Tesla as the three girls began fighting together.

Victoria resumed her teamup with Cassandra and Emmet was joined by Katy and Riku.

Sandra smiled pleased she'd made it over in time, she was with Emmet when the sudden and unexpected attack took them by surprise. If Sandra was to lose Tanesha it was all bad enough, but the girls had promised to watch each others back and had she broken that promise almost immediately, hell she doubted she could even look herself in a mirror anymore. Luckily the fight hadn't spread out to much and Tani was close enough to get to quickly. Helping her girl up Tanesha checked on Tesla who joined the two. "I took a nasty hit, but don't worry I still have a lot left in me."

Sandra had also progressed with the Phoenix, she remembered how Emmet had thought her to summon the power at the tip of her fingers. She had continued that line of thought and had gotten to the point where she could shoot out beams of cosmic energy from her finger tips, kinda like Frieza's Death Beam in Dragon Ball. She also still had the more widespread sweeping wave of cosmic fire, something she immediated from Emmet and tried to use on Harmonia the last time they fought. Emmet also worked with the girl making sure she understood not to draw forth more power then she could control. Sandra however was a girl that largely fed off her emotions, and that was much harder to control. The attack she just did to rescue Tani was one such emotionally driven moment with Sandra seeing Tanesha in peril and needing to save her. Using the Phoenix in the way she did there was something Sandra had never trained in, and it's questionable how much she restrained herself in that moment as her emotions had took over. But Sandra had avoided letting the power go to her head and consume her, at least this time.

The 3 girls jumped back into battle. Tanesha and Tesla resumed their team up from before though this time they had cover fire from Sandra to help take some of the stress of the Tani. With the red eyes gone Tesla was able to resume smashing Maidens heads in. Sandra's finger blasts of cosmic energy seemed to rip though any Maiden's they hit like butter. Tesla with a lot of force was capable, but Sandra and Emmet seemed to on another level. They where damn near Riku-ing these bitches.

Cassandra held her shield long enough for Victoria to have a breather then the two girls continued their combined effort on the Maidens.

Katy and Riku joined Emmet, knowing she still can't get though this Maidens armor with force, she continued attacking them from the inside like before. While she was more careful of her surrounding this time, there should be much less of a risk of getting boxed in again with Emmet and Riku beside her anyway.

" Hmm, it appears theses children are handling Harmonia and her forces quite well " Thanatos observed, he was standing on the beach, but somehow he could still what was happening towards the center of the island perfectly.

" Can we dispense with appeasing Harmonia's ego and get to the task at hand? " Iskandar asked

" Yeah Grandpa, I wanna see Adrian again! " Limos put in, she'd developed a bit of an obsession with him.

Thanatos nodded " Yes, my horsemen, we shall do as the client has paid us, all but Adrian Fabrey are to be sent to the other side screaming in agony "

As Emmet noted there had been a considerable decline in the iron maidens, a cold wind started to blow, starting as a light breeze, it quickly changed into a hurricane.

The Lee's are here! Emmet mentally told the others.

A tornado descended down from the sky, in it several people could be spotted. In the next moment, the wind became so powerful that everyone was knocked off their feet and sent flying into the sky and spiraling off to different parts of the island.

Emmet managed to halt his fall as the wind died down, but was followed by a burst of frost turned the island into a tundra. Emmet melted the ice in his general area, finding that he was in the schools ruins. He could sense the others but they were all scattered now, this wasnt good, they needed to regroup, but it didnt appear that was going to happen easily.

He turned around to find a dapper looking older gentlemen standing there, holding a cane.

" I take it that you are death "

Thanatos smiled " Yes, I am Thanatos, the pale rider "

Emmet immediately adopted a fighting stance, a thin layer of cosmic energy coating his body, he would be the one to have to face the leader.

" That is a good stance " Thanatos commented as he unsheathed the blade from his cane " Yes, I believe you may be the one to deliver it to me "

Emmet immediately spun around and dodged a sword stroke " and just what may that be? " he fired one of his orbs and Thanatos used shundo to avoid it

" Death " the older man responded.

Adrian managed to somewhat direct himself in the windstorm, landing not far from the camp " What now? " he said to himself.

" Adrian!! "

A well built girl in a track suit came running towards him, he immediately fired a bolt of electricty, but she opened her mouth and seemed to swallow it, a moment later her right arm became electricity.

So this was famine? He still didnt remember her or their fight, but he instinctively knew this was bad.

" Aww dont be like that Adrian, I know grandpa made it so you dont remember me, but Im Limos and were really close, lets get even closer! " he electric arm lashed out and Adrian slipped into the ground to avoid her attack. Limos looked around, trying to tell where he'd resurface.

Limos blast of electricity in every direction, hoping one would hit Adrian, she yelped as she felt hands grab her ankles and attempt to drag her down. She quickly grabbed the hands and yanked Adrian up, but quickly let him go and leaped to the side as a generator went flying towards her.

Adrian dusted himself off as Tyrone floated down

" Told you were partners, now lets take this bitch down "

" This is really a bucket of fuck " Riku said

He'd made it down without any problems, grabbing Katy and Garfield along the way. Now they found themselves in front of Michael Lee, who was suspended in the air on a chunk of ice, the boys skin had turned blue a result of his power.

" Im low key happy I ran into him, now I can make up for that earlier fight " Riku said, his fingers becoming blackened claws.

" Hey! Were supposed to be trying to save them! " Garfield snapped, noting the particular bloodlust in the demons tone.

" Yeah yeah, still waiting on an actual plan " Riku said, he sent a blast of hellfire to counter Michaels large shards of ice " In any event, you deal with the others "

Garfield and Katy were confused at first till the spider sense kicked in, followed by a rumbling sound. Off in a distance, they could see an army of kids, two specifically, the twins Mitch and Stacey Lee.

" Hmm, dont hold back, theres no way that the originals will be leading the charge, so you can tear them apart without a worry. Or we could swap opponents and you can deal with frosty and I could mow down these brats "

Garfield felt unnerved by Rikus sadistic smile

" Fuck no, Katy and I can stop them " he said with more confidence then he felt.

Riku shrugged " As you wish Garfey " he sprouted wings and took to the sky.

Victoria, Tesla, Cassandra, and Kaiser landed in the same location where an older man in a suit was waiting for them, none of them could place him, but based on the info Adrian had recalled, this was another of the Lees being controlled by the white rider. His power appeared to be having very durable skin.

Kaiser raised his sword, scanning the area for Emmet. He sensed his mother fighting with a very powerful opponent. His first instinct was to rush to his mothers side, but he knew that Emmet wasnt going to go down easily and he could feel more people, practically an army coming this way.

" Ladies and gentleman " the man spoke " My name is Iskandar, offering you my name is the least I can do before killing you "

Iskandar was speaking through all of the Lee's now, applifying their powers to the limit, many of them would perish, but the ones that mattered would survive the battle and thats all that mattered.

Dale charged forward as the twins army leaped over the hillside to join him.

Tabitha managed to cast a spell, creating her own wind to get herself, Donovan, and Noah safely to the ground. Only to be met by Hannah Lee and her twins army.

Roberta and Kano were fighting against Harmonia, her iron maidens, and the clone army.

Dave found himself with Sandra and Tanesha " You guys ok? " but before he could get an answer, the sky lit up and a large blast of energy struck the ground, tossing everyone aside. Lily Lee descended from the ground, coated in a billowing cloak of energy. The clone army had now spread out across the entire island now, joining every battle. Mortimer lee's power ensuring their physical capabilities were amplified.

Tie was currently floating in the air, covered by an enchantment to render her invisible. She had a birds eye view of every fight, allowing her to decide where to go. Off in the distance she could the landscape beginning to vanish, that would be Tanya Lee, it was too chaotic for her to make all the enemie forces invisible. No, finding the source of the clones would be best.

" The sky is really falling down " she said, pulling her tie off and transforming it into a sword, it's true form. As she worked on a spell to search out the clones originals, she could hear musing flaring to life all around the island.

Sandra had been waiting for the girl to show up and she certainly did so in style. As the three picked themselves up this Iskandar seemed to send a message to them though the girl. Sandra had been considering a possible idea of how to unveil this mans location, but if largely relied on if there was any little sliver of Lily still remaining, and if so was she willing to trust Sandra enough to help her. If she could get this Iskandar's location, they may be able to still rescue the Lee Family yet via taking Iskandar down and freeing them from him. But Sandra couldn't do this on her own, Iskandar was to strong to break with brute force alone. If she could get Lily to help her though...

Sandra could also detect the clone army incoming. "Alright quick plan time, you guys leave Lily to me." When Dave asked why don't they work together, Sandra replied with "Because of them" and pointed out the approaching clone army. "I can tell from their thoughts, they are all copies. Dave, Tani, feel free to go to any lengths you need to. You both stay alive."

As Tani and Dave prepared for the incoming battle Sandra turned her attention towards Lily and approached her, stopping within talking distance. She ignore Iskandar and tried appealing to Lily directly "Well Lily I said I'd be back. My team established the battlegrounds and now here I am. Are you still with us sweety, or is it only him now?" Sandra realized there was likely no avoiding having to fight the girl, but she did still hold out hope she could save the girls life.

Tesla was no stranger to having tough skin, but with this mans power being boosted physical damage might end up doing little to him. Tesla hated to admit it, but having Cass on the team might be helpful here. Unfortunately Tesla had no time to worry about Sandra and Tanesha, she could only hope the other two girls landed together or otherwise with allies.

It was confusing for a moment, it seems the team had all gotten mixed up. One moment Katy was with Emmet and Riku, then a storm and now Emmet was replaced with Garfield. They had to refocus quickly though as a new challenger also arrived, soon followed by a army of children. Soon Riku was off and Katy and Garfield was left on babysitting duty. "Well "Garfey" (quoting Riku), it only looks like to many count (in the time they had anyway), I'll certainly try my best to make sure your faith in me has not been misplaced." Her words like his sounded confident enough, but the way she phased what she said, yep he knew that she knew that Garfield had just signed the two of them up for a war.

" Your quite the dancer " Thanatos commented amidst his flurry of attacks.

" Your too kind " Emmet responded as he danced around Thanatos attack, despite the pleasantries of conversation, Emmet was just barely managing to dodge crititcal damage. His outfit was riddled with cuts and stains of blood as he healed from the attacks. At the same time Thanatos was effortlessly dodging Emmets orbs.

Flames exploded between them, Emmet unleashed a torrent of his regular flames and took to the sky. He could feel himself reaching the limit of the phoenix's power. The entire island was embroiled in combat, Mitch and Staceys power had brought a whole army for the horsemen. Oddly enough they seemed to be avoiding this spot, most likely at Thanatos order.

Thanatos jumped up and just missed Emmets neck by an inch, the boy plunged down, sending a cosmic orb, that Thanotos twisted to dodge. Emmet out a cosmic orb surrounded by fireballs, rapidly raising the temperature in the area.

" His movements are becoming smoother " Thanatos mused " He's adapting rapidly, and his power. Im aware of the phoenix force, but the other flames he's using, at first sight they appear normal, but there's a trace of the divine, making them fluxuate in power " Theres something in the way and I think i'll have to get rid of it for this fight to reach the point its meant too "

Garfield sighed internally and recited a spell, creating a fireball and threw it into the rushing clones, igniting several of them. He winced, but the clones winked out of existence. He gulped and leaped high into the air.

Gather spirits of fire and flames, become my limbs, reach down and sear my foes, twenty arrows of fire!

A barrage of fire arrows shot down setting the clone army ablaze, Garfield dropped down amidst them and laushed out, throwing punches and kicks, even as he was getting swarmed, unleashing a wave of magically force pushed them all back.

High in the air, a massive collison of ice and hellfire clashed. Riku flew through the air, dodging the chunks of ice, demonic energy swirling around his body and lashing out in the form of jagged spikes that struck Michaels wall of ice that surrounded his body.

" Nuh uh you unsalted french fry, bring that ass out here!! "

Darkness enveloped the ice wall, but Michael left the wall, riding a platform of ice. But Riku was there to meet him, Michael retaliated with a seemingly endless rain of ice spears. Riku flew straight into it,laughing madly as his body was torn apart.

Kaiser appeared behind Dale and aimed for a non lethal spot in his back, but his sword connected and bounced off. The mans skin was extremely hard, Kaiser vanished, slashing Dales body a hundred time in the span of a breath, he appeared back by the others.

" His skin is the strongest substance i've ever seen due to Iskandars augmentations. Knocking him unconscious would be a good tactic since were aiming to save him, but that may not be possible "

Victoria shundo'd out of the way as Dale barreled forward like a rocket and crashed into the spot she'd just been, creating a large canyon. As the clones met them, Kaiser turned his attention towards them.

" I'll take care the clones, you focus on him, see what you can do to shut him down, but know that this could turn into a battle of time and his body may not hold up for long "

Victoria nodded and cracked her knuckles, she was already strong and durable, but her training with Kaiser and unlocking her chi/ki had made her even stronger. Still this guy was leagues ahead of them. It was like fighting a castle, it wasnt even a matter of numbers.

Dale jumped out of the hole and charged towards Tesla, but Victoria did a sliding move to throw him off balance.

" Dont worry, we got this " Tanesha told Sandra " You go take care of her "

Dave nodded in agreement and prepared for the fight. Soon the clones were on them, Tanesha briefly touched Dave then took a deep breath and breathed out a cloud of poison. Tanesha had been working on using her power in a way that wouldnt heurt her friends, with a few tips from Riku, she devised a way of rendering people temporarily immune to her poison. She first had to touch them and infect them with a harmless variant that counteracted her more deadly poison.

The clones stumbled and fell all over themselves, being augmented was working against them in this instant, they were more closer to being real, and therefor more effected. Coating her hands in corrosive poison, Tanesha layed into them.

Dave was casting magic missile and fireball, the main offensive spells he knew. It wasnt fun attacking these guys, but he just told himself they were gonna save them, hopefully. Suddenly something yanked him backwards, he instinctively teleported, but was still slammed into the ground. He quickly got back to his feet and saw Mortimer Jr.

Lily cocked her head to the side, as if in contemplation, but when she spoek, it was Iskandars voice that came out " Give up girl, this one provided a good deal of resistance, a testiment to her power. But I've done away with her rebellion and she is mine, i've grown quite fond of her, of her powe " as he spoke, a pink line of energy traced along her body.

" Now then, lets play " he said in a sickeningly sweet tone that could only come from a child "

Lily held out her hands and unleashed twin beans of energy concussive energy that grew bigger the closer they got to Sandra.

Sandra jumped back and took to the sky, she was able to get around Lily's beams and fired back with shots of the Phoenix energy. Things was looking bad, Iskandar had indeed gained more control. Still, Sandra believed Lily was still in there and dormant. If she wanted to save the girl she had to get to Iskandar, and she believed the only hope they had of finding him was with Lily's help. Sandra would have to wake Lily up first though.

Before long the sky became a light show of cosmic and concussive energy blasts. Lily was quite powerful for a child and while Sandra had the advance of flight compared to Lily hovering, the scale and size of Lily's attacks still made them hard to dodge. Sandra was thinking she might have to bring this fight into close quarters combat. While she wouldn't exactly call herself a master martial artist or anything, she figured she might still have more experience in that regard then Lily. Throwing around large scale energy attacks seemed to be right in Lily's wheelhouse, but Sandra wondered how she could go about closing the gap without getting herself blasted out of the sky by Lily's energy attacks.

Tesla noticed Victoria throwing Dale of balance. She took advantage and lifted the man off his feet before chucking him back into the hole. Victoria, Tesla and Cassandra gathered back up. "So the name of the game is staying alive and stalling for time" Tesla commented, based on what Kaiser said. "Cass I know you probably can't mind control him due to the Horsemen's own telepathic control, but how strong is your telekinesis? Could you possibly bind Dale and hold him?" Cassandra was surprised, did Tesla actually just call her by name and talk to her like she was a member of the team? "Um well I'm not as strong as Sandra or Emmet, but I could try to hold him for a bit."

As Garfield used his magic Katy took the fight directly to the clones. It felt weird fighting children, but Katy just had to remember they where only copies. Her own powers along with Garfield's magic attacks kept Katy from getting swarmed.

The fight between Thanatos and Emmet had started heating up, and not just because the latter was continuing to increase the temperature in the area, the large, golden axe Emmet had earned, appeared in his hands. Not missing a beat, Emmet began wielding it, a little rough at first, he'd never used one before. But soon he was moving like a master, each move calculated, balancing out with Thanatos.

The older man was becoming more and more enthralled, even as his blood was beginning to boil in his veins. He spotted a clear shot to run Emmet through, his left leg lagged slightly and through his off. Now that he thought about it, that had happened several times during the course of the fight. Telekinesis? There was no data that suggested Emmet possessed this power. But it appeared he'd manifested it recently.

Whats more his use of it was incredibly subtle, not going for big movements, but far smaller ones that even someone as experienced as Thanatos had failed to notice, brilliant. Emmet traced a finger along the axes blade, leaving a clear trail of cosmic flames, coating it.

Thanatos jerked to the side, avoiding another orb, leaving him the path of Emmets axe. Emmet slammed the axe down, but something caused it to pause.

" I must say you are a very precious enigma, so much so that I cant hold myself back anymore "

Thanatos had caught the axe with his right hand, but something was wrong, the hand in question was skeletal and coated in emerald energy. The right half of Thanatos's body had followed suit. Emmet shot up straight into the air, he looked down, unnerved as the older man discared his sword and manifested a large scythe, covered in the same emerald energy.

" I see, you trully are the horsemen of death " Emmet said " A grim reaper "

" Partly, you see I am someone that has spilled so blood and caused so much death in my life, that I attracted the effection of a reaper, it was so taken with me that it merged itself with me. Such a twisted act of love " Thanatos said, his voice a mixture of affection and disgust " It has given me a glute of different abilities, but more so it has rendered me unable to die, old as I look, I doubt you'd be able to tell i'm 800 years old "

Tie landed hard, creating a shockwave that dispersed a number of clones, she scanned the area and immediately located the twins, but they werent alone, the father, Mortimer Lee was with them, holding their hands. It was sweet and almost sad, she could make out the tell tale signs they werent holding up well under the strain of the powers being augmentated to such a scale.

" Iskandar is it? Most people would just go for Alexander as a whole " she shot forward like a bullet, a wall of clones appearing in front of her, but she cleaved it clear in half, only for another wave to slam into her, with much greater force then before. Was the fathers abilitie finally being used?

" It is a little more obscure, but it is the embodiment of conquest, I would use no other name " Iskandar said through the three Lee's " I assume you used magic to find these three, no matter, it just means I can advance them to the fullest "

Mortimer and the twins all gasp, veins bulging across their bodies. More clones were being created, but instead of surging forward, they converged together till they formed a giant humanoid of the clones, pulsing with further enhanced power from Mortimer.

Garfield and Katy were managing to hold their own against the clones, but suddenly something changed and the clones stopped coming at them, instead climbing all over each other and creating giant forms, three in total, all emanating further power. Garfield quickly threw up a barrier around them as the giants all attempted to stomp on the. The barrier was immediately starting to crack. Grabbing Katy, he threw them out just as the barrier came down.

" What the fuck is going on?! " Garfield asked to no one in particular.

Looks like they megazorded up

The two could hear Riku's disembodied voice, but looking up they could see the riddiculous fight between him and Michael, his body was torn to shreds, but he was still fighting like nothing was wrong.

I'd help you, but this guy is taking up 99 percent of my attention, the last 1 percent is talking to you

Garfield rolled his eyes " Can this one percent do anything "

Obviously, Jackass. Your training has been coming along well, largely due to my stellar teaching. But this is kinda beyond you. Buuuut this isnt an impossible situation, remember what I told you about entomancy?

Garfield did, it was a type of summon magic that revolved around insects, Garfield hadnt gotten around to studying it extensively though " Yeah, what should I try to summon a giant ant or something? "

Garfield caught a scroll that suddenly landed in front of him, after a moment he unfurled it and saw it detailed a number of different kind of insencts. Maybe there were some he could call on to help.

Ands as for basic Katy, well I can offer a curse that should help. I say curse but its more of an enchantment." The curse of mermaid " forget the disney movie, those bitches are vicious, but their strong and I can temporarily give you something like a boost. If you want, the decision is yours.

Dale came barreling out of the hole, Victoria jumped out of his way again, but this time he manaaged to grab her ankle and slammed her into the ground repeatedly, till she was able to free herself. She aimed a chi enhanced punch at his gut and winced,her hand bounced off with an explosion of pain. Hr grabbed her neck and started squeezing.

Dave was quickly back on his feet as Junior began his assault. He began rapidly teleporting to try and throw the boy off, while casting magic missile from each spot. But Junior was managing to dodge each attack, while at the same time, a number of the clones were sent flying at Dave.

Sandra suddenly felt a sharp pain in her left shoulder and looked down to see a hole. Lily was smiling broadly, holding up her hands, each finger was sparking with pin pricks of energy.

" Did you think that was all I could do with her power? She has control over multiple forms of enrgy, such as light! " Iskandar exclaimed. several fast beams of light shot towards Sandra, some piercing, but many simply grazing. This struck her as odd, seeing how Iskandar seemed so boastful, surely he'd be trying to casue more harm, unless something was holding him back.

"Sounds fair to me. May as well fight fire with fire right?" Katy said. This Lee family was fighting with boosted states, if Riku was offering something somewhat similar then why turn it down. There is a time and place for honour in a fight, but this wasn't it. This was a fight for survival.

Victoria gasps for air for a moment until Dales grip seemed to loosen, some force was prying his fingers from Victoria's neck and soon the girl was set free. We see this was Cass telekinesis and once Victoria was free Cass then blasted Dale away. Tesla came over to check on the girl seeing the reaction when she tired to punch him. "Hey you ok, hows the hand?"

Sandra winched from the pain as Iskandar spoke. Several more beams would come at Sandra leading to her taking a few more hits, but she noticed many also just grazed. Was this a sign that Lily was still subconsciously trying to help her? Sandra gathered her chi and flaw straight towards Lily who set off more beams of energy. As Sandra expected though there was a ever so slight of a opening. Sandra got through the beams closing the gap and managed to land a punch to the girls stomach. "Forgive me Lily" she said, feeling terrible she had to do this. She held her arm out grabbing Lily in her telekinetic grip and looked pissed. "Iskandar you bastard, I swear I'm going to make you regret this." As gutted as it made her feel, Sandra pulled Lily towards her and struck the girl again. Now that she'd closed the gap Sandra couldn't allow Lily to regain distance. This fight needed to remain close going forward.

Emmet was now facing a personification of death, of all the things he'd prepared for, this wasnt one of them. He looked around,though he couldnt see any of the fights, he could feel the conflict that engulfed the doomed island. How long had they all been fighting, it couldnt have been too long, but felt like theyd been at war for hundreds of year, he wasnt quite sure where he pulled that number from though.

More important, the Lee's, Iskandar was pushing them all to their outer limits, how long could the family last,how long could the true notes?

" Before we resume our battle to the death, HA, may I ask you something? "

The human half of Thanatos face appeared to be amused " Go ahead "

Emmet took a breath " As a mercenary, you are accostomed to taking a different manner of jobs....How much would it take for you turn on the white rider Iskandar? "

Thanatos starred at Emmet for a moment then burst into laughter sas cold as the grave " I'm afraid not, putting aside professionalism, I have no doubt that you could accumulate the funds to hire me in normal circumstances. But money is the last thing on my mind and all I crave is death "

Emmet nodded, he assumed as much " yes, forgive me for making such a ridiculous offer "

" I assume you want to save the family that Iskandar has taken control of. Unfortunately I couldnt help you even if I felt obliged to. Iskandars power is absolute, deeply embedded into their minds in such a way that not even his death would free them. It would take someone of compararable power and skill to Iskandar to do it or a miracle in the form of them having the strength of will to free themselves, but I do not see that happening "

Emmet didnt either, honestly it like the Lees were a lost cause and again he felt an immense amount of confliction, his indifference was at odds with his desire to make his friends wish to save these people come true.

Thanatos saw the internal struggle going on and he didnt like it, here was the one who could possibly bring him destruction and he was being bogged down by nonsense.

" Do you trully feel so much compassion for them, because from where im standing, you couldnt care less " Thanatos said.

The temperature skyrocketed to the point the area was engulfed in flames.

" Im fine with a dear friend calling me out, but I wont hear it from someone like you! " Emmet yelled and unleashed a wave of cosmic fire. Thanatos sliced through it with his scythe and fired several energy blades. Emmet dropped down to avoid the attacks, but Thanatos seemed to have obtained a degree of flight for he was coming straight at Emmet.

For a moment the world dimmed, had he used to much cosmic energy? This wasnt good, he twisted his body mid air to avoid reapers scythe, but it was a feint, for Thanatos skeletal hand firmly latched onto Emmets face.

" Yes, I can see it clearly, this worthless facade thats been forced on you, let me free you! " Thanatos cried.

Emmet screamed as the Reapers power flooded his mind, body, and soul.

Cordelia sat up straight, knocking over the guy that had been eating her. She'd been somewhat keeping up with the horsemen situation, but Thanatos true nature had completely gone over her head. She could sense the man through her connection to Emmet, he was attempting to erase Cordelias hold and through the foreign power of a reaper, he could succeed. She immediately fought back, any telepath on Genosha immediately started to get headaches as the worlds strongest mind began to attack.

The white queen looked up from her book as she felt a disturbance. She stood up and waved her hand, creating a doorway, stepping through she entered a room filled with crystal balls. A countless number of them, all serving one purpose, to bind the essense of a god. Cordelia loved crowing about how the capture of Emmet is mainly acredited to her. But the truth is, it wouldnt have happened without the white queens high level ritual that had taken months to prepare.

She cast a look down at the husk that was her left arm, the price for binding a gods divine essense, a badge of honor really. Based on the the violent reaction occuring in the room, someone was attempting to undo her hard work and she couldnt hand that. She summoned a pure white staff to her hand and joined Cordelia in fighting off Thanatos.

Katy blinked and felt an odd sensation, looking down she saw that a long, scaled arm had pierced through her chest. Before she could say anything, she found herself suddenly engulfed in dark water, glowing eyes. Pain wracked her body, wringing soundless screams from her mouth.

dark blue scale, spread across Katy's arms and legs, her hair grew longer and thicker, gills ripped out from her neck. Katy dropped to her knees, gasping for breath, she attempted to speak but no words came out, water swirled around and engulfed her, bring relief.

Well Katy you took to that easier then I thought you would. Well you should find your powers are a lot stronger now, and has a fish theme to them, those scales give you an added bonus in defense, you have to stay in water to breathe so theres that downside. Theres a time limit on this, otherwise you'd probably go insane, anyway gave fun, im going back to my fight.

Garfield looked up as one of the clone masses loomed over him and aimed a giant fist at him. He uttered the last word a spell and watched as a giant beetle appeared over him and blocked the punch. He summoned a giant moth and commanded it to lift him up and two large hornets latched onto his arms, allowing him to use their stingers to attack.

Riku had fully regenerated his body and coated himself in a thick layer of hellfire. Michael was attempting to lower the temperature to absolute zero but Riku was managing to offbalance it with some fire spells. Riku summoned Gae bolg, wanting to just activate its ability and take this guy out, but remembering that he wasnt supposed too.

He slipped into a void and appeared Michael A wall of ice instantly formed between them, but Riku pressed his hand against it and created a massive explosion. Michael was sent flying off his ice platform, but Riku was there to meet him. His the demonic spear to deflect the ice shard attacks.


Riku sensed something happening, something big was coming and he couldnt help the demented grin plastered on his face.

Victoria coughed, rubbing her throat " Its fine, probably would have been broken if I hadnt used chi " she flexed her hand, it felt numb but otherwise fine. She could see Dale getting back up, what were they supposed to do? She and Tesla were melee fighters, but they werent strong enough to make a dent in the mans insane defense. This wasnt a fight, it was basically keep away.

Dale charged again and Cassandra worked on holding him back, while Tesla and Victoria darting around him to keep him distracted. But Dale was beginning to break through Cassandra attempts to hold and blast him away.

Suddenly dale changed course, charging towards Cassandra, as he did this he vanished along with a good chunk of the area. Tanyas power had spread through the island. Victoria leaped towards Cassandra, immediately yelling as she feels Dales fist collide with her chest, she coughed up blood, wildly reaching out and latching onto Dale.

As invisible blows battered her, she felt something beginning to well up inside her. Dales next blow struck her chest again, but bounced off with an odd sign. Victoria gasped as her body altered,her skin took on a dazzling red sheen. With a roar, she slammed her fist into what she assumed was Dales face and felt him go flying.

She took a moment to look over her body, for the briefest moment, she felt happiness that her secondary mutation had finally activated, but she quickly pushed it aside and focused on the task at hand " Try to sense his chi out " she told Tesla, knowing that the mans mind was blicked from Cassandra, so she wouldnt be able to sense him.

" He felt less solid, its possible he's wearing down " she didnt know if that was really a good thing or not.

" Striking a sweet young gir;, have you no heart?! " Lily cried out in a pain wracked voice. Sandra was torn, but held strokg, but the little girl grin savagely " Good, hearts get in the way! "

An energy charged punch slammed into Sandra's gut, followed by another, till the two were engaging in a bare knuckle brawl, Iskandar was focusing the girls concussive energy into her limbs, making her punches and kicks even stronger.

Katy briefly inspected her new temporary form, she certainly wasn't expecting her powers to be boosted in this way. She had to keep a bubble of water around her or she'd suffocate like a fish, but it seemed like a small enough trade off. Katy quickly found she could levitate and fly with ease via manipulating her bubble. She found she could gather and form water much faster as well and her control over ice seemed to remained in tact. Katy raised her hand, water gathering and forming dozens of spares that promptly froze solid, Katy sent them forward taking out numerous clones that made up the giant forms at once. She was still feeling things out, but having this degree of ease of her powers was certainly something. Katy wondered what else she was capable of in this form?

Victoria made a good call as the invisibility set in and with some focus she was able to feel it, Dales chi. It acted almost as a beacon, like a lighthouse in the fog was the best way Tesla could think to put it. "Vic Cassandra doesn't have as much training as the rest of us, and with telepathy not being a option she's going to struggle to defend herself. We have to take and cover her."

The brawl became intense with the two trading energy fuelled blows with each other, there was little doubt in Sandra's mind she was fighting Iskandar not Lily. While not impossible, it was unlikely a child would have any need to learn how to fight to this degree. Lily ultimately came out on top with a blast of energy knocking Sandra away. Lily followed Sandra though the air with a energy gathering in her hands for a killing blow. Sandra recovered from the blow back and reach her hand out. Lily felt a odd sensation wash over her body, but this was no telekinesis. A swelling up of energy brought Lily to a stop. She tried to harness it but this energy was unlike anything she'd ever felt before, and she seemed to have no control over it. Sandra spoke up, she like Emmet still didn't fully understand the Phoenix Force, but she remembered the basics she went over with Mien during her week being dead.

"Lily you may be a master of energy, but what you feel is a power beyond the control of any who wasn't chosen to wield it. Phoenix, erupt!" Lily's body became racked in pain as the foreign energy in her swelled up. Lily did for a moment think her body would explode, but Sandra wasn't going to take it that far. The moment of pain was quick, a shock to hopefully jolt Lily's consciousness awake. Sandra gave another command "Phoenix, seek and destroy!"

Knowing the Phoenix Force had a fondness towards telepathic's, Sandra was hopeful the Phoenix energy would be able to trace Iskandar back though whatever connection he had with Lily. The energy Sandra put into Lily wouldn't be enough to kill Iskandar obviously, but maybe it'd give him a nasty little jolt and distract him for a second or two.

Sandra approached Lily putting her hand on the girls forehead, this was their only chance. "If your there Lily you need to work with me, where is he? Reveal Iskandar to me." Sandra didn't need much, she'd been building up to this moment and if it failed... well she'd worry about that later. But right nowthis was all about finding Iskandar and taking him out. Obviously, Sandra would have no idea of the exchange of words between Thanatos and Emmet. Sandra was still under the assumption that taking out Iskandar was the key to freeing the Lee Family was there nightmare.

Emmet felt as if he was being torn in half, Thanatos power was ripping him apart, but at the same time he felt two hands attempting to shove Thanatos away and put him back together, but their presence felt no better then Thanatos.

This tug-o-war was quickly falling out of Thanatos favor, whoever had rendered Emmet in this state was quite powerful and there was more then one person involved. Oh well, he couldnt liberate this being, but he could poke a hole.

Cordelia and the white queen felt Thanatos presense slip away, but not before a concentrated blast of undead energy that sent both women reeling. Thanatos dropped Emmet and leapt backwards, waiting.

Tanyas power swept through the area, obscuring everything from sight. But a brillaint flash of cosmic energy forced it back, Emmet stood up and faced Thanatos, the half reaper noted that the boys normaly blue eyes were darker now, caught between red and blue. Thanatos could sense a drastic difference in him now, almost like he was facing a completely different person.

Emmet cocked his head to side, his expression unreadable. Thanatos was suddenly engulfed in a column of searing flames, pain ripped through his body. Emmet apppeared above him and created four large orbs, each slammed into the man.

" I dont know what you did, but I feel....lighter " that was the best way for Emmet to describe it , it was like something had been weighing him down this whole time and now that burden had been lessened somewhat.

He swiftly dodged as a ravaged Thanatos attacked again, his body was destroyed, but rapidly putting itself back together. Thanatos was ecstatic, this was a true battle now. It was so close to him now, so very close. The sweet destruction he longed for was within his grasp now.

But as the battle raged on, Emmet felt something tugging him away, he sensed something, a calling more like. The invisibility was beginning to recede back and he didnt believe it was Iskandars doing.

" I'm afriad I must call an end to this battle....theres something I have to do " Emmet stated he slammed his axe into Thanatos chest, infusing the axe with cosmic and some other foreign energy. Pinning Thanatos to the ground, the half reaper thrashed, his poster suddenly gone.

" NOOOO, COME BACK, ITS SO CLOSE, I WANT TO BE DESTROYED!! "

Emmet gave him one parting glance, it froze Thanatos to his core, no words were needed, because a promise of absolute annihilation was just formed. Emmet shot off into the sky, following a feeling to it's source, he landed and dispelled a cone of invisibility. Finding Tanya Lee, kneeling on the ground and looking awful. Blood was seeping from every orifice on her body.

She looked up, blood pouring down her cheeks, her pupils had dissapeared and she couldnt see anything, such cruelty. Emmet starred at this pathetic creature, her body was breaking down, Iskandar severed the main connection, leaving her to die alone.

" Tanya " Emmet said softly

The girl look opened and closed her mouth, her vocal cords werent working anymore, but Emmet could hear her thoughts, feel her emotions. She was crying out in feat and pain, it was a terrible swirling of colors, normally he would have been overwhelmed. But he was armored now and pushed the colors away, he walked over to her and gently placed a hand on her head.

" Fate has dealt your family a most cruel hand, but you can rest now, you dont have worry anymore. Go on ahead and your family will soon be with you "

Emmet felt the girl relax, his words seeming to have a calming effect on her.  With a single thought, her body was engulfed in flames, incinerating her body within seconds, not even leaving ash behind. This act sent a shockwave throughout the entire island as the other Lee's spasmned for a moment in pain.

Iskandar found himself being overhelmed by this foreign energy he'd tried to absorb, this must be the cosmic enrgy of the phoenix force. He was forced to make a retreat from Lily while he gathered himself. Lily's consciousness was briefly allowed to fully resurface. She heard someone talking to her and it took her a moment to make out who it was.

Her vision cleared and she saw the red headed girl from before, she was asking her where Iskandar was, she wanted to help. Tears started to form, was it possible? Could she go home to her mommy, daddy, brothers, and sisters? Thats all she wanted, for them to be safe and this nightmare over.

She attempted to answer Sandra, but her thoughts were obstructed, Iskandar was nothing if not cautious, having mental blocks on his puppers knowledge of him. Lily tried to fight against it, but it was too strong for her.

" I'm sorry " was the last thing Lily said before forcing Sandra back with a medium concussive energy blast.

" I must admit, your smarter then I initially gave you credit for " Iskandar said, once again in control " Trying to find me, since you cant break my hold on your own. Its textbook when dealing with a superior telepath, but I'm delighted to inform you my death wont free these people, in fac-!!!

Iskandar suddenly gripped his head and screamed, sending out a psionic backlash " W-W-What was that?! " one of his puppets had been killed, the one with invisibility. She was on the verge of dying so he'd abandoned her. But whatever killed her, had attacked him through the connection as well, which shouldnt be possible.

Tabitha created a magical barrier of wind around herself and Donovan as they fought Hannah Lee, Noah was working on keeping the clone army against them. The womans wind powers were incredibly strong and Tabitha was barely holding her own against her, suddenly the womans attack stopped and seemed to be flailing around in the air.

Creating a massive tornado, Iskandar was still determined to finish this job, even as self-preservation was saying to cut his loss and flee, he would push his puppets as far as possible, suicidal attacks should do it.

Donovan looked up to see that Emmet had arrived and alerted Tabitha. She saw the boy and quickly noted that something was off about him, he floated above the tornado and waved his arms abouts, in the next moment, flames appeared around the tornado, as it spun it spread the flames till it was completely engulfed.

The flames ate through the tornado till it reached Hannah and swallowed her.

Again Iskandar felt the pain, but more intense this time since he'd been directly attached. He saw now who it was that taking out his puppets, the boy Emmet Elizabeth Jones. He rubbed his head through Lilly, the rest of his puppets were falling apart, but Lilly and Michael were fine, Jr was in bad shape but would survive.

What to do, it wasnt a simple task to break his connection, that was the downside to his absolute control, meaning as the rest of his puppets were attacks and destroyed by Emmet, the power he was wielding would continue to strike him too and he didnt know how much he could take.

" This situation was gone south, time to make my leave "

He turned and started having Lily flee, at the same time he was trying to kill off the rest of the Lees himself to prevent further damage to himself.

Riku gathered a massive amount of demonic energy, a swirling massive of black and purple energy " This has been cute, but its time to wrap this up, I have a big fight to deal with in the near future and I'm not losing to some random bitch, now take this L! "

Michael threw a giant iceberg, but Riku unleashed his attack, the demonic energy launched forward as a beam that split into thousand of spike that pierced through the giant chunk of ice and struck Michael, piercing all of his body, but only striking non-lethal spots.

Riku sealed him in a coffin of darkness, just as Emmet appeared. The boy starred at the coffin then shook his head and flew off. It appeared that Michael wasn in danger of dying, so he was fine to be passed over.

" Hmm, I wonder how many he's killed so far " Riku wondered as he took a seat on the coffin " This, im not missing out on seeing "

Dale was slouched over, his inhales of breath were coming in slower. Victoria, Tesla, and Cassandra were watching his caughtiously, he'd been slowing down more and more as the fight progressed, till he just stopped, he'd spasmed and let out a few random cries of pain, till he just stopped.

Cassandras, being a telepath could sense something was happening, couldnt place exactly what. Emmet appeared amongst them, he floated past Tesla and gave her nod. He approached Dale and unleashed of flames upon the man.

Victoria was shocked, was Emmet really killing the guy? She wanted to protest against it, but something told her not too, Dale was dying because of Iskandar, it was better to put him out of his misery, it was cruel and heartless and she didnt like it one bit and a part of her was happy she didnt have to do it.

" Hmm, your more durable then the others " Emmet comented, his flames werent having the same effect as the others, the old man seemed to have a greater potential then initially apppeared.

Emmets face twisted into an awful smile as something began to come over him. A desire....for destruction, it shook him too his core and he couldnt hold it back. He raised a hand and brought it down, a giant orb slammed into Dale and exploded, then another, and another till nothing was left of Dale but a large hole in the ground.

Emmet hugged himself as he shivered with excitement, he couldnt recall ever feeling this way before, no it was simply such a long time since he had felt it. Emmets emotions were beginning to darken and rage out of control, it began to mingle with the phoenix force, fueling a dual desire.

Victoria began to feel afraid, but couldnt say why, she'd never been afraid of Emmet persay, his talent and charisma could be intimidating at times, but it was nothing bad " Emmet? Whats happening? "

The boy turned to face them, his face was a mask of terror, beauty, and something else " Dawling, what is happening is the grand curtain rising of a magnificent production, watch and marvel at the death and destruction I shall reap upon this island, my enemies shall know who they have crossed!! "

Everyone took an involuntary step back, Even Kaiser, who was trying to keep his composure. Victoria swallowed hard and asked " Are you still Emmet "

He offered them all a smile that seemed to be from Emmet and not from Emmet " I am the all consuming flame, I am creation and destruction incarnate....I am Phoenix! "

A sihoute of a flaming bird appeared behind Emmet and he vanished.

This turn of events was very disheartening, this is what Sandra was planning for a while and everything worked out perfectly but Iskandar had one last fail safe that ruined everything, metal blocks.    They where to strong for Lily or Sandra to break.     So close and now back to square one.    So now what?    It was beginning to dawn on Sandra that she might have no other choice but to finish the kid off.   Sandra didn't want to, this child was innocent in all this but Sandra also had her loved ones and friends to consider.

Iskandar started to speak to Sandra, he said his death would not of free's his victims and was about to say something else when it seemed something attacked him.    "Even if killing you won't work, you did this to them so you know how to fix it."     Sandra said this as if she intended to somehow, someway get that knowledge from Iskandar.     But the problem now was tracking him down.     Sandra was counting on Lily being the key, but that road seemed to be a dead end.

Suddenly Iskandar went into retreat and Lily started fleeing, Sandra realised that another opportunity might of just opened itself up.     Sandra quickly followed hoping Lily would lead her to Iskandar.     Of course there was still the issue of trying to figure out how his power worked, but one step at a time.    Nothing else could be done until Iskandar was located, so that was step one.     Sandra spoke to Tanesha and Dave though telepathy to update them on the situation and her whereabouts so they wouldn't worry when they seen she was no longer with them.

Tesla remembered her talk with Emmet and what he may of been forced to resort to, but she hadn't expected this.    Was this Phoenix thingy taking him over, or altering his personality in some way.    Or was the Emmet they knew just a mask, and this was the real Emmet finally revealing his face to the world?    "Hmm, I wonder if the same thing is happening to Sandra?"   Emmet always felt like he had a deep underlying darkness, but it was hard to tell if it was from him, or from the Phoenix.     If this Phoenix was acting up but Sandra was not going though, that could be very telling and imply that this is actually Emmet, not any outside forces acting upon him.     Sandra in the past has shown brief spots of darkness in times of anger, but this from Emmet seemed like it was something more.

Tesla reverted back to her normal state, steering at the hole where Dale once was.     This seemed like it more then a last resort, Emmet looked like he was enjoying this.

The battle with the clones seemed to be winding down. Katy and Garfield watched on as the clones seemed to be barely fictional at this point. Katy spoke to Garfield "I guess this must mean the original has reached their limit and are starting to break down." All the True Notes remembered seeing how bad shape the Lee family was in when Riku was spying on them, they knew the Family was at their limit. Although Katy was a bit surprised they already falling apart so soon. They must been in even worse form then the True Notes had thought.

Tie had been in the thick of it against the massed together clone giants, but several times during the fight she saw them spasm in clear pain and after the last one, they'd completely fallen apart, All the clones laying prone on the ground and beginning to dissapear.

She approached the spot where the three Lee's were and it was not a pretty sight. Mortimer was holding the twins Stacey and Mitch. Their skin had turned a nasty shade of yellow and bleed was seeping from their pours. Something had been happening, Iskandar had pulled away from the three, she could sense more of the Lee's true selves now,it showed in how Mortimer, in the worst shape, was cradling his children.

" Such a shame, they wont last much longer "

Tie looked to her side as Emmet seemed to appear out of nowhere, writhed in an aura of cosmic energy and an expression on his face that was anything but sympathetic. His eyes danced with a sort of morbid delight that she would expect from Riku.

" And what exactly do you intend to do? " she asked as Emmet started to approach the family.

" I would think that was obvious dawling, I'm going to close the curtains on their suffering, with a glorious annihilation! " He let out a bout of maddened laughter as he seemed to gather pure destruction in his hands, this curtain closing would not be painless.

Before Emmet could do anything though, a blade was suddenly pressed to his throat. He looked at Tie in mild suprise " Problem dawling? "

Tie nodded " I'm afraid so, you see I dont quite believe your the friend i've come to love battling it out on the stage with. Not entirely anyway somethings come over you and I dont think I like it....Time alter, double accel! "

Time around Tie increased and sped in front of the Lee's, blocking the sudden attack on them, she gritted her teeth, she'd taken a bit of damage, but the Lee's were safe.

" Marvelous dawling, I would expect nothing less from my stage rival " Emmet said with applause " But really now i'm going to have to insist that you, you have an excellent seat awaiting you, why not enjoy the show? "

Tie shifted into a fighting stance, casting several buffing spells. Based on what she could tell, something had happened to Emmet during the course of this mass fight, it effected him and the entity known as the phoenix force, driving them to this insanity and yet she couldnt help but glimpse some truth. She'd long since had her suspicions about Emmet, maybe if she could stop him here, she'd get her answers.

" You know me Emmet, i'm not one to sit idly on the sideline when theres a spot light to claim "

Emmet held up a hand and summoned his axe " Fair words, I not want to harm a friend, but in order to spare you all pain, I shall have you join me in a dance before putting you to bed! "

Tie laughed " Oh you most certainly are not the Emmet I know, he's not the kind to buy into such bullshit! "

They charged each other, resulting in a large explosion.

Victoria was still feeling shaken, Emmets last words, honestly they were in line with Emmets dramatic personality, but she was wondering the same thing as Tesla, how much of this was Emmet and how much was the mysterious entity known as the phoenix force and if he could be taken over, what did that say about Sandra? The girl could be very passionate and angry at times, were these things the phoenix force was impacted by?

She looked over at Kaiser who was staring at the ground, his expression unreadable. Suddenly the ground started shaking and they could hear the sounds of a battle echoeing across the island, what was happening now?

Riku floated down to the others, still sitting on the shadow coffin holding Michael " Good job, kinda suprised you survived, but it just shows how great I am "

Garfield rolled his eyes as he sat back and took a breath, it didnt feel like it, but they'd been fighting for hours and he could feel the fatigue setting in, but as he looked around and saw the clones sprawled out on the ground, it spurred him to push aside, they still needed to save the Lees.

Suddenly Katy began thrashing around in her water bubble, her head felt like it was going to split open and her skin was itching like crazy as more scales began to rapidly cover her body, her legs were beginning to fuse together. Riku snapped his fingers and Katy fell out of the water bubble, gasping as her gills dissapeared, along with the scales and her hair shortened to its normal length.

Shortly after that the tell tale signs of a large battle could be heard. Garfield immediately jumped to his feel, there was still more fighting to be done before they could save anyone. Riku looked off in the explosions and felt mixed feelings, Emmet and Tie fighting was interesting and Emmet killing the bitch wouldnt bother him, but he knew in the long run Emmet wasnt going to be happy once(if) he came down.

Tanesha and Dave were currently stuck to each other, courtest of Jr's power, though thanks to Daves teleporting, they were managing him fine. It was also made easier by some random bouts of pain he seemed to be suffering, ultimately resulting in his falling over along with all the clones as Sandra told them she was going after a fleeing Lily.

Iskandar looked back as Sandra followed after, he growled in annoyance, this job was more trouble then it was worth, he surrounded himself in a bubble of energy and sent blast after blast back at Sandra while he contacted the others. Limos was out of commision and Harmonia was still in the thick of battle with no intention of falling back, fallen to her usual battle madness. Thanatos was unreachable, his mind a torrid storm, what was happening on this island?

Katy suddenly found herself painfully transforming into what seemed like it was going to be a mermaid before gradually returning to her normal self.     She pushed herself off the ground with deep breaths and in a sweat.    "Fuck, the hardest part of this whole battle has been your bloody transformation Riku."    Climbing back to her feet she took note of the sounds of combat in the distance, whoever where clashing was both strong if the fight could be heard from here.    "Well, I guess we know where we have to head to next."

As the impact of battle surprised the group Cassandra seemed to be able to pick up, or was at least allowed a few mental images of what was going on.    "Is that Emmet and... Lilia.    I think they are fighting."    Cass couldn't see to much, neither person was easy to read.    But she managed to see their faces indicating they where the two involved.    This news came as a shock, and Tesla only imagined there being one reason the two would fight.

Sandra managed to get around several blasts, she suspected Lily to some extent was still trying to help her as the blasts seemed ever so slightly off.    Before long though the sheer number of blasts became to much and Sandra took one head on and started falling out of the sky almost being knocked out by the hit.     In need of assistance Sandra reached out mentally to Dave giving him exact coordinates to her location before her vision faded to black with her final sight being the rapidly approaching ground below her.

Dave and Tanesha seemed to come unstuck as Jr and the clones started to drop unconscious.   This battle came to it's conclusion just in time as Sandra's message came in.     While Dave wasn't entirely sure what the message meant, a feeling was telling him not to wait around and that Sandra may of needed immediate assistance.     Dave grabbed Tanesha's arm, the feeling telling him there was no time to explain and the two teleported.      

Dave and Tanesha arrived at the location just in time to catch the falling Sandra.    All three wound up hitting the ground pretty hard but it quickly became clear why Sandra called them as the drop Sandra was in probably would of killed her if not for a timely rescue.     Sandra was passed out falling head on towards the Earth in basically a death drop.

Eventually Sandra could start hearing voices though the darkness, and as she awoke she found herself being cradled by Tanesha, with Dave being at her side as well.    She smiled "Hey, good to see you guys made it in time."     Dave and Tanesha noted all the damage Sandra had taken, it looked like Lily had really put her though the ringer.    The blasts Sandra had taken though the shoulder and the blood looked particularly nasty.     But Sandra refused to throw in the towel yet.

Insisting she was still good to go, Dave and Tani helped Sandra to her feet.    Sandra wasn't out for to long, she'd blacked out for maybe a few minutes.    However it was long enough that Lily now had a massive lead and was long gone.    Luckily Sandra felt like she could feel where the girl was in a way, a very trace amount of Phoenix energy still lingered in Lily's body from earlier and it acted almost as a beacon, letting Sandra know exactly where the girl was.

"Alright guys we have a lot of ground to cover if we're going to catch back up to Lily.     Hopefully if my hunch is right, she'll lead us straight to Iskandar.     Luckily after that last blast he probably thinks he's finally managed to take care of me for good.    So that puts the element of surprise back into our favour."

After what Sandra had seen today she knew Lily was still in there, that after all this time she was still doing her best to resist Iskandar's control.     If anyone from the Lee Family had a hope of surviving this, it was Lily.     And Sandra would be damned if she didn't try her absolute best to save at least one life today.

Riku rolled his eyes " Katy there needs to be a thank you among all that bitching, who do you think you are, me? You could neva "

" Whats happening now? " Garfield asked

Riku created a platform of darkness beneath them and floated them into the sky " The fight thats happening is fucking up space, so I cant void us there " he said, obviously ignoring Garfields question.

Garfield was about to ask again, but Riku held up a hand " Just shut up and wait, you'll see soon enough "

A little taken aback, Garfield knew he wasnt going to get a straight answer, so he held on as Riku sent them flying through the air at breakneck speed.

Victoria was shocked " Emmet and Lilia are fighting?! "

Kaiser suddenly vanished, clearly heading off in the direction of the fight. Victoria sighed and rubbed her head.

" If he's worried then this is really bad " they'd gone from fighting the enemy to fighting each other. That brought back unpleasant memories, but she was with the group now, had been for a long time now " We need to get there and now "

" Damn,this bitch did not want to go down easily " Tyrone said as he worked the kinks out of his back.

Limos was currently suspended in the air, her face was blank. The two boys had quickly realized that external attacks were not going to get them anywhere, so they'd turned to internal ones. Combining Tyrones telekinesis and Adrians gravity had done the trick and managed to throw the girl off, till, and Tyrone was still a little iffy on the details, but they'd pulled blood from her brain and now she seemed to be in a vegetative state.

Adrian had his hand in her skull and was in the process of phasing her brain out, this was too good of a power to pass up on, given that this was only the first act of Luthors plot, he needed more power.

Tyrone looked up as the sky filled with light, followed by explosions. A major battle was happening, she sighed in annoyance, he'd completely forgotten about the other fights. He needed to find Victoria, he knew she was fine, he needed her to be fine " Wrap up whatever your doing, we've got other places to be "

When Adrian didnt respond, he turned towards him and saw some older man with blade pressed to Adrians throat. He briefly looked in Tyrones direection, his gaze telling Tyrone that if he tried anything, he'd kill Adrian.

" I'm going to have to ask that you put my granddaughters brain back in it's proper place "

Adrian wordlessly did so, in a flash, Limos was gone, now held in the arms of Thanatos. He pressed his hand to her forehead and frowned, her mind was quiet. He looked at the boys, his eyes holding an unreadable expression.

" You should get going, i'm retiring from the fight, but that doesnt mean it's over " he turned and walked away.

Harmonia was pressed back against a wall, surrounded by stone and ice spikes. Her iron maidens were all gone, Roberta and Kano nearly had her in check. But she wasnt done, not yet, she was war personified and she could not, would not lose to these damn brats, no matter how string they may be.

The ground shook, not far from them they could hear and feel a large scale battle taking place.

" Emmet....Lilia... " Roberta said,her consciousness was slwoly climbing out of her battle haze " There fighting... "

Kano could sense the two of them as well, but Emmets energy felt distored, like there was more to him now, had his true self resurfaced again? " We need to go to him " he glared at Harmonia " You are a worthy opponent, despite your failings, but we must see to our comrades "

" You think i'm just gonna let you walk away from m-!!!! "

A small bolt of electricity to her head from Kano rendered her unconscious " Yes, I do, lets go Roberta "

Tie was forced back the last clash, but she was holding on, barely. Blood dripped down her face and her clothes were in tatters, she briefly looked behind her, the Lee's were....existing still. Emmet was nothing like he'd been when they fought in the tournament. It was more then just the bump in power, he was wielding that axe like a maste, his technique and movements were much the same, which only lended more to her initial theory.

If it wasnt for her parry skill, she wasnt sure she'd still be hanging in there. As Emmet came forward with a renewed attack, she created multiple swords of light and set them towards him, barely a distraction, but it was something. She swung excalibur, releashing a wave of intense light.

Emmet mimicked Ties attack, creating swords, spears, and axes outof cosmic energy, but on a greater scale and speed. Tie found herself completely on the defensive now, this style of combat, she knew it. As Emmet dispelled her wave of light, he appared at her side, stopping his gatling gun attack.

Tie charged up her sword with all of her strength " EXCALIBUUUUUUUUUUUURRRRR!!!! " and unleashed a massive blast of golden energy pointblank.

In a split second, Emmet fired a blast of unknown energy and clashed with Ties. The sky over the island completely lit up, completely obscuring everyones vision.

Iskandar felt a wave of relief as Sandra went down, it was unlikely she was dead, but would no longer be able to stop his flight. He just needed to leave the island, from there she could make it too the ship. He would give the others some time to make it there, but if they didnt, he would leave.

This was a total disaster, but this girl almost made up for all of it. He'd barely scratched the surface of her potential, with time he would craft the ultimate weapon, even the mighty phoenix force would be helpless to his power.

No.....

He blinked, what was that?

NO

he gasped, he'd started slowing down.

NO NO NO NO NO NO, I WANNA GO HOME TO MY FAMILY!!

Lily's consciousness hard started manifesting, he'd taken more damage from Emmets mental assault then he'd realized " Foolish child! Be silent, your family is dead!! "

He felt Lily's sorrow and her anger

NOOOOOO YOUR LYING, MOMMY, DADDY, TANYA!!

She screamed out for her family, fighting against Iskandar. Her body floated in midair as two minds fought over her body. As Emmet and Ties massive attacks met, Lily screamed as she was blinded. Unknowingly, her and Iskandars fight was causing her power to go out of control, she attempted to absorb the energy coursing through the island and was quickly overloaded.

She was sent spiraling towards the ground.

As Sandra, Tanesha, and Dave tracked Iskandar/Lily, the were getting closer to where Emmet and Tie were fighting, just as Sandra alerted the others that Little had stopped, she sensed Emmet and the phoenix force, in a dark, twisted knot, just as they were all blinded and sent flying by the backlash of the attack, she could sense Lily's anguish and Iskandars shock.

Considering Riku's response to Garfield Katy opted just not to ask. Seems they'd see when they get there.

Tesla agreed, they didn't need things getting any worse today. It hasn't even been confirmed if all of the enemy was taken care off, this was not the time for in-fighting among the team. "We better get a move on then." With that the three girls started heading towards the fight.

Sandra barely had time to contemplate what she was feeling from Emmet and the Phoenix when a light blinded the 3 and the results of a mighty clash sent them all flying. Recovering from that event Sandra could now feel Lily as well, she was resisting Iskandar's control. She felt a deep anguish from the girl, what was going on? Sandra wanted to check on Emmet, to see what what was wrong with her friend, but at the same time she couldn't abandon Lily either. "Arg what the hell is happening on this island? I can sense Lily, she's up ahead. But something isn't right with Emmet, I need at least one of you to go check him."

Sandra suspected Tanesha may want to stay at her side and help as best she can with the Iskandar situation. Dave would make the most sense to go and scoop things out anyway.

" I'll go " Dave said firmly

Depsite all the fighting and conflicts, Emmet had never left his thoughts, he knew Emmet could handle himself, but that didnt stop the worry. Whatever was happening with Emmet right now couldnt be a good thing " Sandra, can you sense where Lily is? If so send me the location "

Sandra managed to pin point the girl after a moment and showed Dave. A put a hand on both girls shoulders and sent them there. He'd been working on that trick for the last month, thankfully he'd managed to get the hang of it. With that done, he focused on Emmet location and teleported. What he arrived too was a devestated spot, where had once been a larfe hilltop, was completely gone. He clutched his chest, it was difficult to read for some reason, now that he thought about it, something was wrong with the " space ".

" Dave "

He turned around to find Emmet, behind him was an unconscious Tie and three other people floating in the air. Emmet floated towards Dave, his ruined outfit transforming to a completely new one. Before Dave could say anything, Emmet threw his arms around his neck and kissed him deeply. This quickly moved into heavy making out as Dave wrapped his arms around Emmets waist and squeezed him close. The whole world seemed to melt around them and lose meaning.

At some point Emmet pulled away, realizing that Dave needed air while he didnt. He rubbed the other boys cheek and let his hands move down his chest, past his stomache to below his pants. Dave blinked rapidly as he tried to catch his breath, that was the best kiss of his life and what Emmets hand was currently doing to his groin felt amazing too.
" Em, whats going on, something seems different about you? "
" Hmm really? dawling I hadnt noticed, i've been quite busy of late "

Dave gulped as he heard his zipper being pulled down " Ummmm yeah, I mean all the explosions and light shows, um your eyes? "

" Is something wrong with them? " Emmet asked, seemingly unaware that his eyes were obscured by cosmic energy pouring out of them.

" Oh fuuuck " Dave moaned, it was becoming more difficult to stay on track with Emmets soft hand on him like that " What happened to Lilia and those are the Lee's right? Are they o-o-o-ok! "

Emmet smirked and kissed Daves neck " They are on the verge of death, but it's fine, i'm going to utterly destroy them, dying at my hands, being engulfed in absolute destruction, doesnt that sound much better then the ugly deaths the white rider has prepared for them? "

Dave gasped in shock and pleasure " WHAT?! Dude no, I mean isnt there something we can do to save them, you can heal them or maybe Sandra, maybe both of yo-!! Daves thought process was completely derailed as Emmet mouth engulfed him down there.

Iskandar coughed, they were currently laying face up in a stream, he'd managed to cushion the fall with a quick bubble of energy, but still they'd taken damage. No, how could he be losing control like this, the childs mind, had it always been this strong or was it his influence on her power. He'd awakened her potential and boosted it, the effects would be permanent in her and the two brother, Mortimer Jr and and Michael, they were still alive, as were Mortimer Sr, the twins Mitch and Stacey, suprisingly the grandmother Ivy was somehow hanging on.

Ivy was on the boat, her power of forsight had initially been a boon, but her visions had begun to fade and even his power couldnt bring them forth the way he wanted....wait there had been a vision, the very first he'd gotten from her. He saw the outline of a figure, writed in beautiful flames, the landscape around was ablaze and bodies littered the ground. The vision came back again, but this time he could see the person fully, it was Emmet.

What did this mean, it didnt appear to be the island, no he could make out buildings among the blaze, was the boy going to cause destruction somewhere else? It didnt matter, what did was his survival, he loathed to abandon this toy, but there would be others, if he could just make it back.Ivy, he needed to get to her,but he was too deeply wound and inbedded into Lily and the others, Emmet seemed to have paused in his slaughter for the moment.

He was weakened, a personal failure, but he could get away, but he would need to forcefully pull himself away now. Lily's mouth quirked into a cruel grin. As Sandra and Tanesha suddenly appeared in front of him " Hello again Sandra Fuller and Tanesha Mack, i'm afraid i'll have to be going now, but dont worry you can keep this corpse!! "

Lily suddenly began screaming, an immense amount of psionic energy pouring out not only from her but other surviving Lees as Iskandar's attempted flight was wreaking havok on their bodies.

At this point Sandra didn't know what to do, she was hoping Lily would lead her back to Iskander but it looked like he was just going to leave the body instead. All she could do was hope Lily would survive and that she could fix any mental damage Lily may obtain afterwards. She held Tanesha's hand only able to watch and hope for the best.

Emmet stood up and wiped his mouth " Thank you for the treat dawling " he kissed Daves cheek and zipped him back up. At that moment Kaiser arrived, with Riku, Garfield, and Katy coming down from above.

" Ah, i'm so glad your all alive and well, hmm it seems the others are making their way here as well " Emmet said, smiling broadly

" Emmet " Kaiser said quietly " Whats happened? "

Emmet floated to his side and took his hands " Oh dawling everything is fine now, those terrible and tacky horsemen have been defeated and shall soon be dealt with, but for now I have to focus on that unfortunate family "

" Yo Em, got another one for you here " Riku called, pointing at the coffin he was sitting on, he looked over a Tie and others floating in mid air, obviously not thrilled that Tie was still alive, but not super upset either.

Garfield ran over to them " Oh no, something bads happening?! Emmet please, can you help them? "

Emmet appeared at Garfields side " Of course dawling, i'll help them just as I've helped the rest of the family "

Garfield started to let out a sigh of relief, but then Dave suddenly spoke up.

" No!! Dude dont believe him, he's going to kill them like he did the others " Dave yelled, coming out of his orgasmic daze " Somethings wrong with him! "

Garfield looked confused " What? No way, Emmet wouldnt do that. He wants to save them too, right? Tell him Emmet "

Emmet carressed Garfields cheek softly " Daves phrasing is harsh, but it is the truth. The Lee's are beyond saving and so i've granted them a great mercy, absolute destruction by me, it's better then the ugly deaths of Iskandar, i'm sure you can understand dawling "
Emmet blinked and found Garfields fist an inch from his face, held at bay by his telekinesis, Emmet appeared to be confused by Garfields actions and the angry tears pouring down his cheeks.

" NOO, YOU FUCKING MONSTER, ITS NOT TRUE, THE LEE'S, WE CAN SAVE THEM, EMMET WOULDNT DO SOMETHING LIKE THAT, HE WANTED TO SAVE THEM JUST LIKE THE REST OF US! " Garfield screamed.

Emmet was silent for a moment then shrugged " But I didnt dawling, these people mean nothing to me, but all of you do, please see reason. Theres nothing we can do, but welcome them into delicious obli-

" STOP IT!! " Garfield screamed " Just stop, is-is this really you? Your a monster like Riku, like these fucking horsemen, you just wanna destroy everything, have you even tried to save them?! "

Emmet took an involunary step back " Is this me? "  he looked down over himself, this.....was him?

Garfield felt Emmets hold over him vanish and immediately jumped in front of the Lee's and cast a barrier spell over them. Dave teleported to his side, not knowing what he was gonna do, but knowing he had to be beside his best friend.

Noah appeared in the area, Donovan and Tabitha holding onto him. Tabitha bent over and took a breath, that had not been a comfortable experience. She took stock of everthing happening in the field, her gaze immediately zeroing in on Emmet, the amount of power he was giving off was riddiculous and she spent a lot of time with Riku so she knew. Noah was also trying to perceive what was happening.

" Hey, Tabitha we need you! " Garfield yelled " Can you heal them? " he gestured at the Lees, his expression hopeful.

Tabitha took a look at the family and felt her stomach turn, they were in so much pain, theor bodies looked almost like they were being rung out " I-I dont know, but...I can try "

" No "

This simple word made everyone freeze, Tabitha gulped, there was no added power and he hadnt used telepathy or anything, no his voice seemed to embody command, like a king on their throne. Whatever Emmet had been going through, he appeared to have settled on something, his expression becoming darker, his smile more terrible.

" It is as I said, they are beyond saving, even if I were to try it wouldnt amount to anything. Sure you see dawling, only destruction awaits them, from that we will be reborn anew, more beautiful " with a snap of his fingers, the remaining people were brought to the area. Tanesha looked around confused at the change in location then gasped when she saw Emmet.

" Ah with that the sets complete "

Lily was lifted into the air, along with Jr and Michael to join the rest of the family

" Iskandar how cowardly of someone claiming the title of horsemen of conquest, trying to run away, I wont have it, allow me to show you how to properly be a conqueror " Emmet declared, his eyes flaring with more energy and the construck of a flaming bird manifesting behind him " Time for the curtain call "

Sandra walked straight up to Emmet, shaking off the confusion quickly. She didn't need to ask questions, her telepathy already gave her all the answers. Standing face to face with Emmet she slapped him right across the face, which to Emmet's surprise left a slight sting. Emmet could see she to was calling on the Phoenix, probably more of it then she ever had previously. Of course it was still nothing compared to the power Emmet was putting out. The two Phoenix's steered into each others glowing eyes when Sandra spoke "I know I can't stop you, I know I can't save the Lee's. But the girl, Lily, she lives. You understand Emmet. If you want to welcome her into your absolute destruction, then you'll have to welcome me to it first you son of a bitch."

Just as Emmet was refusing to back down in his drive to end the Lee's, he could tell Sandra would not back down either. The others might back down to a simple word spoken by Emmet, but he could tell Sandra would not relent so easily.

Everyone was frozen in shock, epecially those who'd just arived, but were quickly brought up to speed. It was a real conundrum, Emmet had been killing the Lee's and intending to finish the last of them off, but Sandra had put herself between them, declaring Lily off limits. There were mixed reactions among the group, some agreeing with Sandra that Lily shouldnt have to die, none of the remaining Lee's should die, they could find a way to save them. Still there were others all for putting the Lees out of their misery and killing them.

Adrian didnt particularly care about the Lee's, but staring at Lily was making him feel strange emotions, emotions he didnt think he had anymore. He elected to push them aside and focus on Emmet, the power he was radiating was off the scale, clearly more then what Sandra was, even as they drew from the same source. What was the difference between the two and why what had caused Emmet to fall into this state?

Kano remained stoic, this situation felt beyond him, as someone not from this realm, he didnt know if he had any right to way in on the situation, were it his choice he would have the family live, but to what ends? Looking at them it was more then clear they did not have much time.

Emmet rubbed his cheek a little " You seem quite attached to the girl, but that is all the more reason to give her to me, she is suffering all the same as the rest of her family, Iskandar has sped up their deterioration with his cowardly antics, how much longer do you imagine they'll live. It's better for them to pass now, in the process we can take Iskandar down as well, freeing them and delivering vengeance all in one beautiful move "

Even as Emmet spoke, he could see that Sandra would not be moved,she was resolute in her desire to save the girl, it was admirable, if not a tad annoying. Why did none of them see the truth he was speaking? It made perfect sense, from there they could show the rest of the horsemen oblivion and why stop there, this world should be bathed in fire and  reborn a new, yes, yes, yes!

Emmet let out a peal of insane laughter, becoming warped and distorted the longer it went on " Very well then dawling, if that is what you wish, then so be it.....then so be it, you will be destroyed!! "

Sandra suddenly felt an unimaginable force of power begin to come rushing towards her, but in the last moment, Emmet backflipped out of the way of Tie's blade. Emmet sent out a torrent of cosmic fire, but it slammed against a large wall of darkness. Riku and Tie moved to stand on either side of Sandra.

" Nice to see you join us you basic cunt " Riku said

" I was merely taking a brief rest, but im back so you can go sit down and shut up " Tie said, magically repairing her clothes

Kano leaped over to join them as well " It appears we are not going to let what has befallen Emmet have its way then "

" Obviously, thats not Emmet, not all of it anyway " Riku said, summoning more darkness " As it stands were about to kick our shit collectively kicked in, but I'm not stopping till I save him, which will save the little girl " he nodded briefly towards Sandra, making it clear where his priorities were.

Emmet burned through the darkness and looked rather shocked at Riku " Out of everyone here, I would think you would understand the most dawling, i'm hurt "

Riku looked uncomfortable for a minute, but quickly pushed that aside " Trust me, I get where your coming from, but I also know that this isnt you Em(not the current you anyway), the real you would see how tacky this all is, do you really wanna throw hands with your friends, the Emmet I know decided to take all the hate onto himself, all the blame just so the others wouldnt have too "

" He's right! " came Tesla, diamond out " What you told me yesterday, I believed that to be true, you care so much about this group, so much that you were willing to commit murder so we wouldnt have too, but you also said it was a last resort and if it seemed like there was a way to save them, you wouldnt go through with it. Was that all a lie? Or has the phoenix force taken you over, I wouldnt have thought you were weak enough to let something like that happen to you Emmet, stop being a wuss and come back so we can find an actual way to deal with this situation! "

Emmet looked around him as one by one many of them arranged them themselves in battle stances, some joining Garfield and Dave to protect the Lee's. Kaiser pulled a dagger, seemingly out of nowhere and for a moment Emmets eyes were locked on it, he shook his head and let out a sigh.

" If that is how it is to be, then I shall show you the error of your ways and bring you to my side!! " the entire island was shaking now as Emmet readied himself for the fight, summoning multiple orbs to float around him and coating his axe in cosmic energy, of course music began playing.



Garfield scowled " Why does his boss music have to sound so awesome? "

" What the fuck were you expecting? " Riku snapped as he launched himself forward, sending out a wave of demonic energy that clashed with Emmets cosmic energy for a moment before being overhwhelmed. Emmet appeared behind Riku and swung his axe, only for it to be deflectec by a bolt of lightnign from Kano.

The young Asgardian created three clones, each with a large shuriken made of ice and sent them flying, at the same time the ground cracked open and spewed out jagged spikes of stone. With a graceful arc, Emmet averted each attack, twisting his body to catch a punch from Noah and throwing him into Riku. Roberta came around the side just as Tie did and he began fighting against both of them, he caught Kano in a telekinetic grip and flung him straight into the sky.

Sandra, she suddenly heard Kaisers voice in her head, Theres a way to knock him out of this, but it's going to take a bit of time, when the moment comes your going to have to land the final blow.

Cordelia got up from the ground, blood dripping from her nose, how long had she been out for? She quickly checked the status on the island and wanted to slam her head into the table. Emmet was going out of control and it was worse then all the other times, this was a dark phoenix situation, one of the worse natural disasters capable of happening in the world. That group of school children were ill prepared for it, even with a demon, asgardian, fallen angel, and warrior of the church.

She grabbed a bottle of vodka and chugged it, no she needed to calm down. Emmet was nowhere near full power, checking with the white queen showed he still a far cry from his true self. That fucking reaper addled his head and allowed for the phoenix force to become corrupted, but it wasnt too late, it seemed a plan was being hatched. She sat back in her chair and directed the mind controlled man to continue eating her out. She'd have the necessary people on standby in case this situation hit space mexico.

Sandra was probably just as surprised as Emmet when Riku took her side, it seemed even he could see that Emmet wasn't himself.    That said she certainly welcomed the help, the power she felt as Emmet moved in for the kill... which the realisation in that moment, he was actually going to do it.    All that they had been though together, all the hard times they shared and good times they had, and he was actually going to end her.     What had happened to Emmet, killing the Lee's if he needed to was undesirable but understandable decision, but to resort to killing his own friends?     The Emmet she knew would of never condoned such a vial action.

Lilia would rejoin the battle among others stepping up to support Sandra and the Lee's.     There was to some degree a odd... relaxation or comfort?    Oh sorts anyway, knowing that if they do die here today, at least she'll die alongside her real friends instead of alone.

As the battle started Kaiser would contact her, it seemed her knew of a way to knock Emmet out of this state he was in, but said it'd be up to Sandra to  land the final blow.    She responded back I understand, just say when and I'll be ready.    Back to the fight Sandra and Tesla shared a glance, Sandra telepathy allowed her to know heard what Tesla was thinking and the two simply shared a nod.     Using her telekinese Sandra lifted Tesla off the ground and flung her high speed at Emmet.     As she rocketed though the sky like a bullet towards Emmet she held a fist in front of her kinda Dragon Fist style.

Sandra took to the air and used Phoenix energy attacks to help lead suppressing fire to her friend against Emmet.     She had no idea if Phoenix attacks could even do anything to a fellow Phoenix, she don't recall herself and Mien discussing that possibility.     It was however the strongest thing Sandra had in her arsenal and it was the only thing she could think of that might at least have some chance of doing something against Emmet.

Katy full well understood she was woefully unprepared for this, she had Riku's help against the Horsemen let along a super powered insane Emmet.     Nonetheless she hopped into the fray, she to at least do what she could help her friends though this.

Emmet immediately noticed Tesla's incoming attack, he sent Roberta and Tie flying in her direction, but the two girls passed into Riku's void, while another one opened up directly in front of Emmet with Tesla flying though it, her fist slamming straight into Emmets gut, the momentum propelling them both backwards.

Tesla gasped as Emmets grabbed her wrist, she felt cracks beginning to form from the spot Emmet was hold, for a wild moment it felt she was about to shatter, but sensation suddenly faded and her body seemed fine, but Tesla was rattled, she could tell if Emmet had actually tried to shatter her or was it a telepathic trick. It didnt matter as Emmet caused them to alt then swung Tesla into Roberta like a make shift back.

" Oh shit, he's beating a motherfucker with another motherfucker! " Riku exclaimed

Discarding Tesla he turned his attention towards Sandra who was providing support attacks with cosmic fire. Five orbs manifest around him, he sent three directly at Sandra, causing them to triple in side and weight as they got closer. The last two he sent at Towards the Lees, Dave, Garfield, and Donovan pulled their magic to form a triple layer barrier with Cassandra adding her telekinesis. Emmets attacks shattered the first two abarriers.

Donovan threw himself in front, intending to tank the attacks, but suddenly, a loud crack of lightning echoed as Kano came plummeting down, his bolt coated in divine enery, he came down directly on the orbs. The clash causing them to ricochet in random directions, Victoria and Katy narrowly missing them.

Emmet felt the gravity around his body suddenly increase and telekinetic force adding onto it. Adrian and Tyrone, Riku was charging up a large ball of demonic and magical energy in preparation to fire it as Noah charged up a large light bullet, the two firing their attacks at the same time. Victoria watched for a moment, not sure what would happen, but the attacks halted in front of Emmet.

Adrian and Tyrone were flung into the air and the two attacks thrown at them. Riku took the air and held up his hand " Devour! "

A swirling black vortex opened from his hand and swallowed the attacks. He gripped his hand as it dissolved away " Heh, guess I havent gotten it fully under control yet, but it'll have to do! " his hand regenerated and flew back towards Emmet. Tabitha began casting buffing spells on the whole group, it was heavily taxing, but she had little choice.
